Ordered
on
the
app,
went
to
a
stall,
checked
in
and...
nothing.
Definitely
saw
my
name
on
the
screen
and
the
notification
that
my
server
was
approaching.
No
server
came.
I
have
never
once
been
to
a
restaurant
where
I
paid
for
my
food
and
was
ignored.
Saw
multiple
people
in
the
same
situation
leaving
stalls
without
getting
their
food.
At
least
one
employee
seemed
to
be
using
a
stall
for
a
parking
space.
Be
warned,
the
only
way
to
get
service
seems
to
be
the
drive
thru,
which
is
extremely
slow.
If
there
is
a
change
in
the
way
service
is
provided,
that
needs
to
be
communicated
to
customers.
People
expect
the
drive
in
stalls
at
Sonic.
They're
in
every
commercial.
In
the
end,
the
glacial
speed
of
the
drive
thru
was
just
not
worth
it.
I
cut
bait
on
the
money
I
paid,
but
was
unable
to
get
a
refund
(somehow
I
have
an
email
receipt
for
food
I
didn't
get.)
I
drove
down
the
street
to
Checkers
instead,
and
I
was
through
there
in
a
minute.
I
recommend
anybody
considering
this
Sonic
do
the
same,
or
really,
anywhere
else.
This
place
has
gone
severely
downhill
from
where
it
was
not
too
long
ago.
I
don't
know
if
it's
a
staff
shortage
or
bad
management
or
what,
but
something
needs
fixing
and
it
needs
fixing
now.
Just
look
at
the
more
recent
reviews
versus
the
glowing
older
ones.
