Cones placed on every single drive-in spots, I couldn't pick up mobile order, so waiting on drive thru for 15 minutes, food was really soggy & looked nasty when I got it. This is not the first bad experience & I will not ever come back to ANY sonics

Waited 30 minutes for cold food and a melted milkshake. First employee I talked to gave me an attitude about my order, they cleared my order off early to improve their speed of Service. Worst Sonic experience ever.

This was definitely a no for me. Just don't come here for food unless you want to possibly get sick. Burger was the texture of a brick and the chicken sandwich HAD to be at least 2 days old. I'll just stick with their ice cream if I come back...

Ordered on the app, went to a stall, checked in and... nothing. Definitely saw my name on the screen and the notification that my server was approaching. No server came. I have never once been to a restaurant where I paid for my food and was ignored. Saw multiple people in the same situation leaving stalls without getting their food. At least one employee seemed to be using a stall for a parking space. Be warned, the only way to get service seems to be the drive thru, which is extremely slow. If there is a change in the way service is provided, that needs to be communicated to customers. People expect the drive in stalls at Sonic. They're in every commercial. In the end, the glacial speed of the drive thru was just not worth it. I cut bait on the money I paid, but was unable to get a refund (somehow I have an email receipt for food I didn't get.) I drove down the street to Checkers instead, and I was through there in a minute. I recommend anybody considering this Sonic do the same, or really, anywhere else. This place has gone severely downhill from where it was not too long ago. I don't know if it's a staff shortage or bad management or what, but something needs fixing and it needs fixing now. Just look at the more recent reviews versus the glowing older ones.

Had high hopes for this location because of the franchise and its outstanding quality and value. We ordered food that was simply uncooked. Each and every last item appeared to be rushed out. I know that this company can do better than this. Luckily enough the items that we ordered were meats that are heavily processed and we did not get sick. However one of the people in my group opted to take the protein out and replace it with our own when we got home. This is simply unacceptable for any restaurant and we are considering writing a letter to the leadership of the franchise over this. The sides were fine and are the reason that we did not go lower on the star system. To management: it's fine to take a few minutes more on making sure meats are cooked. Wahts a few minutes going to cost you? Trust me it's far better than a lawsuit and being forced to close over food safety violations assuming it wasn’t done on purpose (raised eyebrow).

Friendly, accurate, & speedy service plus generous portions. Sonic was a nice get away from the ordinary burger chain. Plenty of options on the menu and has an old style feel to it where they take pride at this location. I will be back soon. Ordered the Super Sonic Double Burger & Sonic Blasts M&M’s + Butterfinger. Temperature was hot, flavor was prolific and hit the spot as a stop off from a long day.

I didn't enjoy my purchase my tea had an horrible after taste, my cinnamon snacks were really doughy as if they weren't cooked completely, & to add insult to injury the male shift manager wasn't professional!! Sincerely unsatisfied first time customer

Last 2 times I go there at night time they're out of #10 chicken sandwiches. Yall need to figure out your supply issues. I go at night I hope they're not just too lazy to make it and it's a supply issue. Probably not going to come back for awhile if you're out of what I order every single time.

First of all. I always give Sonic a 5. My 2 stars is only for this one visit at the Elicott City Sonic. Manager was super friendly, staff nice, got food in good time. Everything great. Why the 2 stars? After we left and pulled off to eat, the slushies just were not as sweet. Very disappointed in this. Then 2 of our 4 pretzels were a bit hard and stale. Not much buttery taste nor salt either. So if you to this location, taste stuff first before you leave and ask for replacements if need be.

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The popcorn chicken was delicious. My daughter loved the slushy too. The cherry limeade was good to try as a new soft drink. The reason I gave 4 stars is the wait time. The wait time is a bit long.

The food is good, it’s nice to see a staple of the south this far north. the Drive thru is tight and it’s difficult to make the turn at the end if your are in any type of truck. A new truck and inevitably you will scratch a rim.

It's a hit and miss restaurant, sometimes the meal is done right and fast, other times the opposite. This time the burgers had no taste besides the condiments. Drive thru was fast, but the drive-in style parking was coned off. (Might be under staffed this memorial day weekend). I should use the app to order ahead next time.

Living in Georgia for a bunch of years I fell in love with Sonic finally found one up here and Columbia Maryland foot-long chili cheese Coney Dog and chili cheese tater tots love of my life

The family loves Sonic, but if I am going to gamble I prefer a casino, not my meal! Check the bag before you pull away! Service has been slow but responsive and they are working to improve.

Good food, but not worth the 20 minute wait in the drivethrough. No dipping sauce either. Guess that's on me for not asking for it but i feel like y'all should at least ask? That extra star is just for the milkshake. That's Oreo cheesecake master shake SLAPPED. 5* for the shake. 1* for the wait. 3.5* for the food.

Food came fast and service was great, I just thought the food would be better. The slishie for my kid was great but the food was subpar quality even for fast food. Also they didn't give us any sauces and the price was a lot more than other places would have been. Great for dessert skip for all other foods

Pam the general manager is a huge liar. She couldn’t even talk to me face to face. She had to send her underling manager to talk to me. I’ll be contacting my friend the AG about their business practices. FYI - if you were scared of losing your job over a drink, leave your job.

The food was delicious! The employee who brought our order to us was very friendly and nice.

A lot of things to choose from, burgers to hotdogs to tenders to corn dogs, etc…more things to choose from on drinks…corn dog had such a great breading, tasted great!

I didn't go through the drive-thru, or park in one of the stalls. I went inside to eat. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. What I ordered tasted good. I just wish the prices were a little lower, but having the app on my phone definitely helps! Then again, with inflation, prices are high everywhere.

Love the milkshakes here (both classic and blasts). And kids are fans of the corn dogs. We've been here several times and always have a good experience.

Always enjoy stopping by Sonics just to get a good hot dog and/ tots! They're always a good alternative to the major chains and I appreciate that you can pull up to order, go thru the drive thru or order/pickup inside.

It had been a long time since I've been to a Sonic. I got the Sonic Double Bacon Cheeseburger. It was delicious. And of course I had to get their sweet tea which never disappoints.
