Very tasty chicken I only wish the zinger bread can be bigger

Very poor customer service from a Guyanese cashier, she acted like I came to her home to beg for food, I had to take back my money and leave, I was trying to dine in, never again

Greatest fry chicken spot on earth

There was no bbq, which was a bit disappointing (I don't think that flavour is served in Antigua, I could be wrong), and no coleslaw because they had no cabbage, but overall I was impressed as customer service was way better than any KFC I've been to in Jamaica and the restaurant was pristine. Oh!! They had mac and cheese! We don't have that in Jamaica!

They don't have fish anymore

It was fine. Had a craving went in after 6pm and was pleased they had everything I wanted. Satisfied customer.

Chicken was off the meter 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾, 2nd time i went they ran out. But good spot if its not busy.

They are in such hurry to serve fast that they ALWAYS get your order wrong. I wonder if they care at all about food safety, and their customers? People have food allergies. No MAYONNAISE sure bet you will ALWAYS GET MAYONAISE. TAP EAT OUT.

The order line is fast. The cashiers are efficient and friendly, but the line to actually get your order is really slow but its really not their fault

The disappointing thing for me at the moment is that the brought up the price of the value meal yet still decided to down grade the size of the chicken. A double blow!

So I went to KFC Fort Road 7th June, 2022....got a Strips Special. I checked the box(bcz something is always missing) and there was one BBQ sauce. I asked the window attendant for a Honey Mustard Sauce. She asked me to give back the BBQ Sauce. I replied that Covid 19 is still around and is she planning to give it to another customer, after I returned it. She said its the policy and asked me to wait. She returned and notified that the Supervisor said that I would have to purchase the Honey Mustard Sauce. I'm speechless. Is either KFC is strapped for cash, the Supervisor has no clue about management or they have no customer service training. ham.
