Nice, albeit small museum about the island's history. Admission is $3USD or 8ECD. Per person. Recommend paying in ECD to save some money. You can hire a tour guide for added fee.

As museums go the $3 entrance fee was good bang for the buck. Interesting/sad history of the island. Lots of artifacts to see. Good sense of the negative impact of colonialism on this beautiful place.

I loved seeing the culture and history of another county, honestly they don't have alot of history and pirates didnt come to this part of the Caribbean but they had a big English and slave trade part of it. Come to the best museum on the island

Interesting history asmr building but not much of either. Grounds and building could be kept up better.

Quite small ,but with lots of interesting items, it can get crowded as the school children were on a trip ,didn't impact on our visit as they were so polite. It was 3 euros to enter, and we could use the wifi. Wish we had more time there. There was a lot about Christopher Columbus, a small gift shop in the corner that offers small trinkets. The museum is well worth a visit. We will return on our next trip.

Very informative museum. Learned a lot about the slave trade, sugar plantations and the history of Antigua and the Caribbean islands.

No visit to a new country would be complete without visiting their historical sites and museums. I enjoyed learning about the history of Antigua and Barbuda. The information is well presented and compelling. I travelled here solo, but I would recommend this for a family outing as well.

Small museum details the geography and human history of the islands. Many people may wonder why it is called the Caribbean Sea, this museum shows you. You learn about the sugar plantations, slavery, rum and pirates. There is something of interest for many people.

Small museum but full of good history. The architecture of thy building itself and the history of it was worth the price of entry, not to mention all the rest this place had to offer.

I'm curious to know if there is a vision or plan for the Museum of Antigua & Barbuda, as the design and presentation of artifacts and information has largely remained antiquated and unchanged since my last visit (over 7 years ago). There is definitely an opportunity for the museum creatively curate historical facts, oral and written histories by African descendants on the harrowing treatment of our ancestors, and how that has shaped the mindset and the culture of the descendants today.

Worthwhile visit. A very good summary of the islands history and The Why behind all of the progress of events.

A wide range of artifacts. Lots of interesting documentation of lore and cultural heritage. You could spend hours here getting informed. The staff can help you find what you are looking for. There is a lot to explore here. If you are just poking around for tidbits you will find this museum fascinating. I saw one adult and a child browsing quite thoroughly.

A sweet little museum. Only cost $3 and we spent almost an hour looking at everything in there. So much history and the staff was very friendly.

This museum shows the history of Antigua. Small $3.00 fee to enter. Well worth the price to help with the upkeep of the museum.

There are signs around apologising about the state of the displays that are being updated. It must be a long update as when we spoke to people how had been before the same signs have been there for many years now. Interesting displays though and learnt a lot.

What an informative and outstanding display of the history of Antigua and Barbuda. Interactive as well. And I love that every time we've visited, we meet incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff members. This is a must visit on your Antigua trip.

This museum is small but well worth a visit if you're in Barbados. It provides an overall history of the Island from its creation up through its transition away from slavery. For train Buffs they have the last remaining armored World War 1 Train around the side of the building.

👍👍 Beautiful catholic cathedral devoted to the Lady of Lourdes. Big enough to seat at least 600 comfortably. Sundays morning holy mass is celebrated at 9 a.m. The choir is good in their Caribbean drums, just amazing.
