My experience with Mueller Honda was exceptional and I owe it all to Michelle and Edna. From my first conversation with Michelle to the arrival of my vehicle the process was so easy. Michelle was available to address all my concerns if and when I had them. The purchase of the vehicle was seamless and the car arrived in the timeframe I was given. Edna was awesome as well; she really knows her products and the tutorial regarding the car's workings was great; I walked away knowing what all buttons were and how to operate them. Mueller is a better dealership for having these wonderful people working there.

I have purchased two lease vehicles at Muller Honda of Gurnee. My wife now owns a 2022 Honda CR-V Touring from them as well. I highly recommend them as a friendly dealership. This dealership is awesome. We came in to test drive a used car and from the moment we met with the sales person and through the process, it’s been wonderful. Edna showed us everything about the vehicle and she has been fabulous. We’ve actually come back a couple times with questions and she’s been answering them and walking us through a whole bunch of things. Our sales person was Justin and he did a great job with us too. The finance manager was great, and the manager of the preowned section was wonderful as well. We felt very welcome here and, even bringing our kids with on a couple of our visits over here, they’ve been patient with the whole family and just great. Edna is awesome and Justin is awesome as well. If you need anything in the way of a Honda, this is the place to come.

Between my husband and I, we have purchased 20 cars and the service we received from the Mueller team of David, Edna and Ryan surpassed all of our past experiences. David kept us apprised of the progress on our car's manufacture and delivery and had all the paperwork ready to roll when we arrived. We were given a very fair price on our trade-in. Edna spent almost an hour going over all the apps and workings of the vehicle and went so far as to give us her personal cell number in case we had questions when we left. Finally, Ryan was very clear on financing options, packages, etc. and got us through the process painlessly. We would and will recommend Mueller of Gurnee to anyone looking for a vehicle. Amazing costumer service! Ivan Navarro was absolutely amazing. I was looking to buy a car with good Mph mileage. Ivan took his time to explain every question and found the best vehicle for me. We end up buying two vehicles for me and my daughter. Definitely will return and recommend friends and family. He made our experience truly memorable. Happy, funny employees work there, they all seem to love their jobs, happy to help with anything. That made me as a shopper more relaxed and not a nerve racking experience, like other places have made me feel. We bought our new vehicle using the Costco Auto Program. Costco sent us to Muller Honda. The salesman David K. was in touch with us the right amount, not too much, not too little. He responded to, and answered, all of my questions in a reasonable amount of time. I usually hate buying vehicles, but the combination of Costco and Muller made the process easy and as pleasurable as possible. I would recommend the combination of Costco and Muller.

Needed a car urgently due to unforeseen events and was taken care of. Edna and Leesa were fantastic and were able to help me find the perfect vehicle. The ribbon on top was Ryan from financing was able to work his magic and help me get my car in a range that worked perfectly for me!

I recently helped my daughter to get her first vehicle at Gurnee Honda. I was very concerned since I was not able to go to the dealership physically with my daughter from the point of initial contact to closing the deal. Tom is very professional as well as caring and down to earth. I highly recommend anyone who is bit intimidated to step into the dealership and talk to a salesperson. Went to Muller Honda on the recommendation of a friend for my son to get a car when he was in a bind. Had a wonderful experience with Edna and Leesa and Ryan in finance and since I was in the market for a car myself, I went back to them. Edna and Leesa took care of me as well, answered all questions and explained things clearly, they were just a pleasure. I walked into Muller Honda of Gurnee in jeans and a rain-soaked hoodie to wait for the shop to rig up an impromptu/band-aid repair on my '07 Civic. I was open to a new vehicle if the right one showed up at the right time for the right price, AND if they had the right team of sales and finance folks. Boy howdy -- I hit a grand slam. My 2023 Civic is a dream come true, as was the car-buying experience. Ivan is exactly the kind of sales rep I was looking for -- a personable straight-shooter, who maintains a consistent air of professionalism without being a pushy stuffed-shirt. He absolutely deserves that silver plaque on his desk -- the dude is going places, and I'm glad to have done business with him so early on in his career! I really don't look forward to the whole buying a new car process, but I must say my experience with Muller Honda of Gurnee was about as pleasant an experience as can be expected. Our salesman Ivan was very polite, not pushy at all and answered all our emails and text promptly. In the future, if I am in the market for a car, Muller Honda of Gurnee will be my first stop.

Traded in for a truck and added on the top of the line warranty. We where assured everything was in perfect condition and the warranty would cover all components. Took the truck in for an oil change and they found that the truck had front end repairs needing to be done. The warranty company would not cover it as the truck was lifted. Called the dealership for a week asking for help with no call back. The second week I finally got someone to take my call and said yes we forgot to check the box when we sold you the warranty saying to was lifted. They said they would try to get me a partial warranty refund as they couldn't get me a new warranty. I had to keep calling to follow up. I eventually had to get a 3rd party involved that used to work their to get any help. They finally said I will get a refund for the warranty but I will not see that money as I financed the truck. I asked for help with the repairs as this was like this since we purchased and it was not our fault the warranty wouldn't cover as they forgot to check the box. They would not help with anything. I am hoping I will get a refund for the warranty. The last call they said they could no longer help as I asked for the mechanic to fix my truck that I had been without for weeks and needed it back. Was so excited to order a 2023 Cr-V. Will not use this dealership anymore. It shouldn't take weeks to get someone to talk to you. I'm not sure I even want to own a Honda anymore. They make mistakes and blame it on you and don't even want to give you your money back or help with repairs that should have been covered.

My salesman Steve was great! Everyone was helpful. The only recommendation I have is that the young girl who was to teach me about the car could use some training in teaching customers rather than doing things for them.

Very easy process to buy a new car and would recommend to others looking to buy a new Honda. Also always received timely feedback with updates. Overall a good experience and would come back in the future

Overall, our experience with Muller Honda was satisfactory; it could have been better had it not been for a continuing issue with the business department. Our experience with sales was a painless as car buying can be. Our price was fair and the sales person was accommodating. The service department was somewhat lacking; they took almost three hours to change a set of tires, although the manager had said they'd be done in 90 minutes. The one issue that remains unresolved stems from the business end of the operation. We purchased an extended warrenty through the dealership through Warranty Solutions. We were pitched the warranty while closing on the purchase and felt pressure to make a decision on the spot. After researching Warranty Solutions, we found the company was substandard, had consistent customer service issues and was unknown by service stations in our area. So we asked for a refund, which we were told we were entitled to within 30 days of purchase. We sent an email to the business manager and left a phone message asking for confirmation of the refund, but as of this date, we have received no response. This is very disapointing and we await a response from the business department, because it has marred an otherwise decent car buying experience.

My experience was very excellent, especially considering how wild the market is right now. The Salesperson, Daniel Kim, was eager to answer my questions, and then the finance staff and everyone I met with made me seem like a priority. After purchasing the car, Edna went through the new features, which was really helpful.

Muller Honda was very easy to work with! Our sales person, Daniel, was very friendly and kept us in the loop the entire time while waiting for our chosen vehicle to be built. He worked within our schedule restraints due to my health restrictions and was always full of information. During the final pickup, someone walked us through all the things we needed to know about the vehicle and showed us how everything worked. Finally, the individual who helped with financing was quick and friendly. We plan to keep this vehicle for a long time, but we would recommend their services without hesitation!

When my daughter was ready to purchase her car, we went to at least 10 different dealerships in southern WI and northern IL. Muller Honda (Gurnee) without doubt beat the rest of them. We had an excellent sales person, Luis. He worked very hard to get the deal done. He made us laugh and definitely put some miles on those shoes running to and from the business office. Our business manager, Phil, was awesome as well!! He was funny and honest and took his time explaining the paperwork to my daughter, who was going through the process for the first time. He wanted to make sure she understood all the details. As a mom, this was excellent! Thank you Muller Honda of Gurnee!! I decided to buy out my leased vehicle, a 2020 Honda Pilot, and everything went very smoothly. Pat, the senior sales rep, spent a lot of time with me discussing lease buyout versus leasing another vehicle and was a great help. D. Jay in finance worked to get me the best interest rates and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about purchasing the vehicle. These guys made the process so much easier than I thought it was going to be. I would not think of going anywhere else to lease or buy a car. Many thanks for all their help!
