I
am
really
really
disappointed
and
frustrated.
I
trusted
them
to
buy
an
used
car
I
went
to
see
the
car
and
everything
was
fine
the
next
day
I
went
to
buy
it
and
I
asked
them
twice
if
the
car
wasnāt
leaking
any
oil
and
they
said
no,
so
I
trusted
them.
They
delivered
the
car
the
same
day
I
bought
it
when
I
got
home
I
realized
the
car
was
missing
the
antenna
cover
and
the
front
fender
lines
and
the
bumper
were
very
loose,
the
next
day
I
took
the
car
to
my
husbandās
shop
(5
min
away
from
home)
to
check
under
the
car
and
surprise!!
The
car
had
oil
leak
:|
I
took
it
right
away
back
to
them
one
of
the
āmanagersā
told
me
that
maybe
it
was
because
of
how
I
drive
š¤¦š»āāļø
and
the
fenders:
maybe
the
mechanics
who
checked
the
car
š¤¦š»āāļø
so
1st,
the
person
who
checked
the
car
was
my
husband.
2nd,
the
car
was
leaking
oil.
Then
they
said
it
wasnāt
oil
leak
it
was
a
power
steering
leak
and
it
needed
the
hoses,
the
lady
at
service
gave
me
a
price
of
$800
and
later
the
manager
told
me
$1,200
and
they
want
me
to
pay
the
half
of
price
like
how
the
hell
will
I
pay
for
something
that
is
not
my
fault.
I
stopped
there
today
to
talk
to
the
āGMā
he
said
he
didnāt
have
time
because
he
had
a
āmeetingā
and
then
he
sent
the
salesperson
to
tell
me
a
different
price
that
now
the
price
is
$650
but
still,
I
donāt
have
to
pay
for
something
that
is
not
my
fault.
They
lied
to
me
I
need
the
car
to
drive
it
with
my
two
little
kids
everyday
and
now
they
donāt
want
to
fix
it,
they
want
me
to
pay
for
something
that
is
not
my
fault.
Also
I
took
the
car
back
to
them
since
the
next
day
I
bought
it,
they
said
they
didnāt
have
time
so
I
dropped
it
off
the
next
day
and
left
the
car
there
now
the
car
is
been
there
for
almost
2
weeks
waiting
for
them
to
solve
the
problem
and
they
donāt
do
anythingā¦
If
youāre
thinking
on
buying
a
car
there
I
donāt
really
recommend
them.

next
day
l
wrote
this
review
I
went
to
the
dealership,
the
āgeneral
sales
managerā
talked
to
me
about
thisā¦
so
he
said
they
were
going
to
fix
the
car
under
their
cost.
But
I
told
him
that
I
need
a
car
thatās
why
I
was
buying
this
one,
if
they
have
one
that
I
can
drive
while
they
fix
itā¦
he
said
they
donāt
have
cars
but
he
was
going
to
see
if
he
can
get
one
and
he
was
going
to
call
me
backā¦
I
never
got
the
call,
Iāve
been
trying
to
talk
to
them
and
they
donāt
answer
the
calls.
2
weeks
later,
I
went
to
talk
to
the
manager,
to
see
whatās
going
on
with
the
car
since
they
donāt
get
my
phone
calls,
they
didnāt
even
say
āhiā
or
āgood
afternoonā
(so
unprofessional)
I
drove
45
minutes
to
sit
there
down
with
my
sick
little
girl
just
to
wait
1
HOUR
for
one
of
the
managers
and
none
of
them
talked
to
me,
they
just
sent
the
salesperson
to
say
āthey
were
waiting
for
partsā
I
work
with
customer
service
and
what
theyāre
doing
is
so
unprofessional!!
If
you
(students,
moms,
or
whoever)
are
saving
money
to
buy
a
car
I
donāt
recommend
them,
go
somewhere
else.
They
are
unprofessional
and
they
just
want
your
money.
I
called
again
today
(11-03-2023)
and
they
just
said
one
of
the
managers
āPaulā
was
going
to
call
me
back
to
let
me
know
what
was
going
on
with
the
car
and
of
courseā¦
He
never
did!!!
