My husband and I Went out for dinner for my bday. The wait was not bad the server was amazing she made sure we were fine and also let me pick a sweet for my bday. Thank you so much! The food was amazing!!

Food 4 stars. We don't venture far into the menu but their soup, salad, and bread sticks are always good. Service 5 stars. Our waitress was very nice and very friendly. Environment 4 stars. Nothing outstanding but it's nice and clean. Met what we expected in standard American Italian restaurants. Price $$-$$$/$$$$. On an average family's stand point, expect to spend $20+ per person for a normal dinner.

I just got to say the service was outstanding they estimated roughly about a 25 to 30 minute wait on a Friday evening, which for most places is very good I believe we got in before even the 25 minute mark. Our server from table 65 tonight was phenomenal. She was super attentive, anytime we needed anything she was there 100 out of 10 will eat here again.

I took my crew here for dinner the day before Father’s Day & the service was wonderful! The food was nice & hot & delicious!! Our server was sweet as pie, all of our dishes were Amazing!! Service was great! Tonight they were extremely crowded. But made sure everyone was still satisfied. Patrick was super friendly and made sure everyone was happy. Our waitress was very friendly too. Shout out to Patrick who was super cool and respectful. He helped make sure the restaurant was organized. Our waitress was very friendly too. I also liked how the manager personally came to each table to make sure everyone was satisfied. The restaurant was super crowded but the manager still wanted to make sure everyone was happy with there Olive Garden experience. This shows how important there customers are to them.

I’ve been a regular to the Olive Garden restaurants. From texas to Chicago. But I must say what an experience I had tonight. The service was not only great but our server was phenomenal. His name was Roberto. The place was clean and cozy. Greeted from the entrance to the exit. I will be coming back. My family and I had a great dinner outing experience tonight. Thank you.

Went there for Veterans day. They kicked butt. Food excellent. Always could eat more pasta. But wonderful staff. And what ever you order. You're in for a very nice meal. Nice to be there with loved ones, family. But he fore warned . You may have to wait a bit to get a table. But it's well worth it.

Amazing food...Amazing ambiance..Amazing service....authentic Italian cuisine....a bit expensive but food quality and quantity both are very good....they have plenty of seating arrangements..they have a nice bar....they offer a few veg menu as well..a very good site for birthday and anniversary dinner..

It was mine and my family’s first time in Olive Garden and it was splendid! All of the staff members are so friendly and polite. I have dined at all restaurants luxurious to casual and I have to got say our waitress, Kylie, was the best waitress i’ve ever had. She was so kind and she did an amazing job! The food was delicious and the restaurant is very generous with food portions, bread sticks, and chocolate in the end. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Had a family dinner here the other day, and it was quite the treat. We had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady named Emma, who was as friendly, polite, and professional as could be. All the food was delicious (be careful not to get filled up on those famous breadsticks), and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It's definitely a worthwhile dining experience.

Food was good. Biggest problem was getting served so fast. Barely finishe appetizer. Got our soups and salad, and before we could pick up our spoon our entree's were being served. Brought it to the attention of the manager who did nothing but say "I'll take to the servers about that". Not the greatest experience.

Everything was great. It did seem to take a while for food to come out and a table that ordered after us got theirs before us however it was well worth the wait! The food was amazing. Everything was so well made. Happy we chose to go to this location.

If you've been to one olive garden, you've been to them all. This one has the same relaxed atmosphere with the same quality of food and staff you'd expect. Never seems to be a wait, which is far better than others with an hour long wait. I've been here plenty of times, and the food seems to arrive before we've finished the soup and bread sticks. Also seems less noisy than others in the franchise. I've sat at the bar, booths, and tables here. All the same great service. Chicken parmesan for lunch seems like the perfect 640 calorie lunch portion.

Extremely friendly staff...they went above and beyond to serve us an hour before closing of our 15 in our group....and the food was Great

Great service. Sergio was training, but he and his trainee were extremely detailed and polite. Food came at appropriate times and all requests were fulfilled in timely manner. New Chicken Marsala Fettuccine was delicious.

Amazing food, stellar service, superb atmosphere. Lauren W was an absolutely 5 star awesome waitress! We thanked Mgr Amber Palmer for such a great evening as well. You can tell everyone cares here. All the staff are helping, everyone is hustling, and best of all, everyone is happy! We will definitely come back during our stay at Great Wolf Lodge. Incredible experience!

After despite a not great experience here Saturday. Waited 45 minutes and nobody came by. Not even water. Gave another chance Sunday. Service was good. We were seated and waited on with 20 minutes. Still waited while for bread sticks and salad. Which is there new normal now. But food was great. Waiter was good. Much better than Saturday

Used the app to place order which was flawless. Timelessness of order coming to car was not. After coming to restaurant at required curbside pick up time I checked in using their text method. Waited 10 minutes and no one came out. Called them and then they finally brought out food....cold. They were not remotely busy with the parking lot more then half empty.

Very disappointing. Server had zero personality, manager came by, did NOT introduce herself, and did not add value. Had to ask three times for another beverage, bought the Alfredo dipping sauce which was the only ONE (supposed to be endless). The food mediocre as expected. The staff walks around scowling. Employees group by the bar not showing any interest in the guests. No ask if we'd like a cocktail or dessert. This chain needs serious attention to customer experience. The only saving grace was a server named Isaih that saw me looking around in dismay and checked in on our service. He was gracious and attentive. He should manage this restaurant. He was the ONLY one to observe that we were very dissatisfied. At a time that restaurants are fiercely competing, this is a zero. Save your money, you can over cook and over salt your food at home.

Our server tonight was Davian, he was super friendly and provided excellent service. He continued checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Best Service!! 5 stars!!

Service was great. Food was good if you like that type of restaurant. Everything clean. Don't get the espresso though! 🤣
