We were seated right away! Our server was a delight. For appetizer we had blooming onion, it was tasty! I had the filet mignon with lobster which I enjoyed! Dessert was yummy! My kids devoured it!

This not my first time here but it is my first time meeting the manager Josh. Josh and my server Gary were amazing, they checked on us throughout my night and made sure I had everything I needed. Josh recommended the cheese steak dip appetizer and honestly it was unbelievable. Probably one of my favorite things to order aside from the Kookaburra wings. Amazing manager and server. I will be back of course thanks to Josh.

Ill start off there was a good 30 min wait so we decided we would dine at the bar best decision so far. First the SERVICE from the bartender/server DELI was outstanding helped with questions & did everything he could to fix any issues we were having with our food/drinks. Drinks were good for the most part I got the boomarita 2 out of 4 were good Mango & Blackberry the 2 with salted rims I didnt like. Deli assisted as much as he could to fix the drinks but I still did not like them. The chicken wings medium was the highlight of the whole meal they were SEASONED very were they are not really sauced wings at all but I would have did good by just ordering them. We ordered Pasta comes with chicken & shrimp the shrimp was seasoned but cold the chicken was about the size of the palm of my hand the pasta had no flavor & had very little sauce & the noodles were so over cooked they basically melted in my mouth. I asked for more sauce thinking I could still attempt to eat the pasta but it didnt help. We also ordered a Tbone steak medium with asparagus & loaded potatoes the steak was not seasoned ate like one bite there was no point. We had to politely let Deli know we did not enjoy the food & at that point we only liked the appetizer. We were offered to ordered something different but didnt want to chance wasting anymore time or food. (TO SUM IT ALL UP) We were disappointed I dont kno if we will try again in the future but THE STRAWBERRY RITA, CHICKEN WINGS MEDIUM, THE BREAD & BUTTER, 2 OF THE BOOMARITA FLAVORS WERE GOOD & THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE BAR BY DELI WAS GREAT.

I wish I could give this no stars. This is the second time we went to this location. We thought that we would give it another chance after the first experience wasn't great. The hostess told us she didn't have any waiters for a booth. We requested a booth, and she sat us down at a smaller table, then proceeded to seat 2 different parties at booths. In addition to this, our waitress had no customer service skills. She wasn't even the one to being us our food and failed to realize that we didn't have silverware. Both my boyfriends and I Mashed potatoes tasted like they had been sitting for a while. We both received silverware that looked like it was ran in water and wiped off. Another issue was that we were not brought any water. There was hardly any butter for the bread. We will never return to this location. I advise other people to go to another location where you will get service.

Food was delicious. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp. My husband ordered the blooming onion fried chicken. We both were very happy with our meals. Steak was cooked perfectly. Broccoli was so flavorful. Chicken was moist. Overall very good. Only reason for 4 starts is because the hostess was not very friendly and on a Saturday afternoon we were packed into tables like sardines. Felt like we were having dinner with strangers we were so close. We asked to move and they were more than accomodating.

Very good had planned to go elsewhere but they were closed. It was a very good experience. Its my birthday🎈 Now she did say they had cheese and carrot cake but none was offer for birthday. We were full anyway. Yes I would go back Brie was a great waitress. Thank you.

Great food as always. They seemed very short staffed today so there were delays in the service. I don't blame the waiter, as there should have been at least another server in our area. The steaks were nicely seared and ya gotta like the bloomin' onion!

This was my second time here the second time everything was okay but everything was slow I wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant I don't know if they were short of Waiters but my waiter was wonderful he kept coming to the table to make sure we was okay he was apologizing by the food was slow coming out he burned bread to the table he was really nice but like I said it wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant with the food came out slow but besides that everything was good but I do advise the wedge salad it was too cold it was cold enough to chat on my teeth I had to wait for the salad to cool down before I ate it in the future at least take some out and let it thaw out first

Erick is a fantastic waiter!!! As soon as we sat down, he immediately came to our table and inquired about beverages, bread, and perhaps appetizers. I had the best vodka tonic with stuffed blue cheese olives! It's the best I've ever had! Erick made the Stuffed Olives just for me! Seriously… the olives were a big deal and were phenomenal! The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. The food is delicious! And ....... Our waiter, Erick, is friendly, professional, and fun! Our family will definitely come back! Went here after a chilly day at Six Flags Great America. We were seated right away (4:30PM), and our server, Jeff, was very attentive during our whole visit. Our dinner came out quickly, hot, and prepared as ordered. So glad we picked Outback as our destination, when there are SO many other good choices in the area!

This must be a newer built Outback! The atmosphere, service, and food was at another level! Nice comfy booths seated 4, service was friendly, and my Alice chicken for lunch was the perfect amount of food (no leftovers!)

Restaurant was very pleasant and clean. I was there around 4pm the restaurant was half full. I was with 6 other people our service was great and everyone's order and appetizers were done as ordered with in reasonable time. I recommend this location at Gurnee. We all had a great experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and very family oriented. Our gathering was celebrating a birthday and I brought a cake in for our waiter to bring out at the end of our meal. Our waiter was great she even surprised us and put candies on the cake when she brought it out.

I just want to say that this review is about our waiter, Elmer. He took our drink and appetizer order. After that, he completely disappeared. Appetizer and drinks were brought by someone else. We didn't even get forks for the appetizers. 30 minutes after sitting down, he still hasn't gotten back to our table. We had to go to the hostess stand to our check.

I had the most delicious crab leg dinner last night! Extremely tasty, but the best part was my server, ELMER! You'd have thought this young man was trained at a 5-star restaurant in Chicago. He was very attentive, polite and professional in every respect. Elmer was the best part, but I will also give kudos to management for training the staff there to such a high level. If Elmer was too busy, very quickly drinks and/or food came out by someone else who was also well-trained and professional. This location runs like a well-oiled machine!

My family has been in the service industry, owning many establishments for over four generations. And I absolutely must say that Carl the manager at this particular restaurant is so beyond exceptional. I have not met another person in over 20 years who is more dedicated to making sure his customers are happy and taken care of. Absolutely outstanding job Carl! If our business were closer, I would try to steal you away to work for us in a heartbeat. AAAA++++++ service! Thank you and we will be back because of you!

We had a great service. She was really helpful and on top of it it. Our wings appetizer came out after our food and she had that taken care before we even asked. She was very attentive but not overly hovering. Food was also tasted great but was a bit expensive but deff worth the money will be back.

10/10 the wings were absolutely amazing so flavorful. Not to mention the bloomin onion I ordered the wings and ribeye steak absolutely amazing and tender cooked to perfection !

The restaurant was very packed and lively the service was good our blooming onion kind of already bloomed before we got it. It could have been crispier it was kinda soft. the steak was very tastyThe lobster tail was on point

Such great service at this location. Very attentive and just overall a positive experience. For dinner ordered the 12oz rib eye with fully loaded backed potato and a side of the Mac and cheese. Also had a blackberry martini. Steak slightly overcooked the medium but not enough to dry. Great flavor, portions and atmosphere. Would visit again! Thank you for a nice end to our weekend getaway! *Don't forget to try the blooming onion!*

We had lunch there with family. Our waiter Alec was very friendly and had a great personality. All of the food was delicious! The manager Josh stopped by our table to make sure we enjoyed our meal. The service and food was excellent!

Seated right away, attentive server, and the food was delicious. Mashed potatoes and steakhouse mac and cheese are to die for. Steak was a little overcooked but was still good. Came to this location for the first time with some coworkers and will definitely be back.

We asked for dairy free and the waitress was really nice. She gave us suggestions and made sure everything we ordered was made grilled without butter. We didn't even have to worry. The shrimp we ordered were really good and the steak was great! We were worried because there was no allergen menu, but the staff was amazing. Everything that was brought to me they told us it was dairy free as they were setting it on the table.
