I contacted Ryan via text message when i and an emergency flooding in my house. He was able to help me diagnose and fix the issue through a few text messages and pictures. He knew the source of the issue and guided me on how to fix myself. He did this at NO CHARGE! He followed up a few days later to see that everything was ok. What a great l, helpful person. I would have been lost without Ryan!

Last year in the late spring we called Forever Dry out they presented a few options and were upfront about which would work best for our set up. It also happened to be the least expensive option. They came out and did the work in a timely manner and were great the whole way through I’ve recommended them over and over to people who need similar work. I waited almost a year to write my review because I wanted to see how it held up against a big spring rain. Last weekend we got about 5 inches of rain in about 24 hours. The street and parts of my yard flooded. Many of my neighbors had furniture and rolls of carpet out on garbage day. But not us. The basement stayed perfectly dry. Thanks again Forever Dry!

Ryan came out to investigate what we thought was seepage. Turned out the catch basin was full and had probably overflowed. He recommended calling a catch basin cleaner or plumber. He also looked at some exterior issues and offered suggestions. I really appreciated his honesty and his suggestions and will not hesitate to call him again should we need waterproofing.

Sump Pump in crawl space died! Water in crawl space had to be drained and new sump pump installed. Ryan came out to my house. He was very professional and personable. I can not tell what a delight it was meeting Ryan! I will continue to use him for future projects. I highly recommend Forever Dry.

Ryan and Justin are clearly the best. I experienced leakage in my basement and was quoted an enormous fee from a different company. Ryan evaluated and provided service that was needed to fix my problem and identified a concern which should have been fixed and identified during an inspection, at a fraction of the cost. Justin and Ryan checked daily to ensure my problem was corrected This is the best company as I have evaluated quite a few during this crisis I will never use any other company.

I called Ryan to get a quote for a sump install and drain system (I was quoted by other outfits). After hearing my situation, Ryan referred me out to a plumber and indicated that type of a system might be overkill as I might just be able to handle the issue with routine maintenance or a check valve install. Ryan is amazing!!! He responded super fast and was extremely helpful concerning an old crack in our basement foundation wall and leakage from our chimney clean out door. He is honest and knowledgeable. We are on the Northside so it was too far for him to come (we are out of his service area) but he gave us a great referral to another company and answered all our questions anyway! He really cares about people and is 1000% who you want on your side.

I will say so far so good. The serviceman that came out spent time to find the problem and explored different solutions, which is more than other places did. Felt he gave me honest opinion and fair priced solutions. I've had other contractors look at the same problem and was quoted way more money with little inspection. I had a crack repaired in the foundation they were timely and polite. As long as the repair works the way they say it does, I have no complaints.
