Easy to access. Lot of space. Recommend using app and don't take the ticket from the machine if you want to pay be app.

We parked here due to staying at the premier inn opposite as we knew they offered discounted parking for guests. When we pulled into the car park, we used the app (which it does encourage you to use), instead of the token. When we came to pay, both the NCP staff and the premier inn staff said a discount could not be applied to the parking because we used the app. Disappointed as otherwise the car park was pricy.

At £5 an hour if you haven't got the app is just a joke. Went into the second hour by 5 minutes price became £8. Avoid unless you can download the app in advance for the carpark.

Park here as part of a hotel deal. Always has space for us. Very clean for a car park. Hotel deal price is OK, can't comment on normal price.

Ideal car park specially if your staying at the Ibis Styles. Safe and secure and less than a 10 min walk from the Cavern District, Liverpool One and the docks

Fantastic as always, simple and tonnes of spaces. Great offer with the local Double Tree which was simple to get. Good lifts.

Parked for 2 days. No damage too the car and found a parking space easily. Bot pricey though, even with the discount for the hotel.

I always park here when visiting the city, its easy to get to, also has two exits, they used to do a weekend deal which was quite reasonable for city parking, be good if they put it back on, it's always clean but not sure if it staffed anymore.

Perfectly positioned for the Travelodge. Discounted parking too because of the hotel stay. £14 for 24-hours. The place was clean, maintained and no urine smell in the stairwell.

Decent car park at a central location. The price isn’t bad either, especially if you download the NCP app.

Good place to park your car. Its £17.95 for 24Hrs on the weekends. Was the only place close to our apartment that was the cheapest. Also it was the only one that looked safe to leave your car.

I was amazing! The atmosphere was so nice with live music. But the food was nothing I’ve had before it so so yummy and so well done. Next time we are in Liverpool again we will be coming back!

Reasonably priced parking while we visited the Liverpool Xmas Markets

Needs more signs to advise us the way to walk to the exits, and some of the spaces say reserved when they are not these should be painted out. Payment on exit is easy as you only have to put your registration number in.

Used as part of my stay at Hilton. But even without hotel discount. Well priced and very good location for staying locally

Narrow entrance. Spaces not too badly sized. Very expensive (although about the same as other city centre car parks).

Easy access and departure with their park pass. Bit pricey, but no worse than anywhere else in Liverpool City centre

i have given this a 5* but actually.its the travelodge exchange.street that should get this - inside parking perfectly ok but £25 charge per day - i can get much cheaper parking in london.-£10 /day so i do not know what justifies this - however with the.ticket.from the hotel £50(2days) suddenly became.£18 - thats better!!!

An expensive car park, even with a company discount, that you use to park your car. Sometimes the barrier doesn't work and the contact details displayed do not get any response.

Great location and good rates. Your hotel may offer you a discount for this car park £24 for 3 days.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Do not park here, they are awful. No customer service, I was charged £30 for parking that should've cost me £8.95 and now I'm trying to contact them regarding a refund, they ignore my emails and hang up on me on the phone when I mention refund. Absolutely appalling service and company.

Secure parking in a good location within walking distance to a heap of hotels. The only downside is it's a bit on the pricey side.
