Always amazing cocktails, and so much to choose from with everyone so far I’ve tried to be tasteful. The food is also good and the venue is always in lovely to sit in.

Food was absolutely amazing, the pancakes were so fluffy and yummy :). Our drinks were filled up as soon as they were empty, our server Laura was fantastic making sure we were never left with an empty glass! Would definitely recommend their 'Bottomless Brunch'

We had a great bottomless brunch here. Sarah and Issac were great servers. Quick and attentive. Brilliant atmosphere. Food was unreal and drinks were great as well. Can’t wait to come back. Just a shame the photo booth wasn’t working :(

If we could give 0 stars we would we went tonight for dinner and ordered the 3 starters & was giving chicken skewers which were RAW inside we sent the UNCOOKED CHICKEN back and was left with chips which we ate as we was hungry, we asked for a full refund which was £35 and got a receipt with £15 on & no apology. I told the waitress I would like a full refund and the manager came over and said it was not in there policy because we had eat the chips we would not get refunded on the whole meal even though they had gave us half cooked chicken really disappointed any other restaurant would have been more apologetic gave a full refund and offered at least a free drink! Will not be eating from here again or giving my custom the management is poor and so is the food on a busy Friday night you would expect food which was cooked absolutely disgusting!

Not bad at all for a large chain. I got some chilli dish which I wish I hadn't as it was very simple. It didn't taste bad, it just wasn't great. The rice was super dry and stuck together. With that said, my girlfriend loved her fish and chips and wanted me to bring her back after. The cocktails are very good and the staff behind the bar are very nice as well as talented at what they do. The location is great and the overall design of the place is very nice!

If I could leave 0 I would!!! Decided to visit slug & lettuce today first time, walked into a room full of sticky tables and chairs. I then went to the bar to order food and drinks waited 20mins to be survived in an empty room within that time I witnessed staff chatting, swearing and joking around. While waiting to be served a lad walked up after I'd been waiting and was survived before myself. After finally being served, food arrived fast but my £12.49 burger was burnt and so was my partners. We were then approached by the waitress saying we had to leave for 14.30 this was at 14.00 and still had to wait for 3 of our other guests to receive food. When it did arrive we were very unimpressed with what slug & lettuce like to call an onion ring. P.s. we also noticed after geting our food dropped off the waiter walked away scratching his balls. I am not happy!! Pps. I am not called Karen

Absolutely amazing cocktail making class! Will be recommending to everyone! I didn’t know what to expect when booking a cocktail class for 16 people for my sisters hen do but it was honestly amazing. We all had a fabulous time and loved every second of it! Thanks to Tom who taught us how to make the cocktails, he made it so much fun with games and challenges for us all to do. He put up with our rowdiness very well, couldn’t fault him at all. We also added the buffet on and the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! It was definitely so much more than I imagined. Thank you🤩🥳☺️

Food was fine drinks were fine. We had booked a table for 10 a few weeks ago. We were put on a round table which was moving and tilting. There wasn't enough room for 10. We asked could we be moved, to be told all tables were booked. At the time, they weren't occupied, it wasn't as if the place was full at the time. The majority of the time, there was 1 person at the bar and the queues were long. All food and drink ordered via the app or at the top bar. Cocktails are 2 for 1 so as you can imagine if you are behind somebody ordering cocktails the wait can be quite long. I dont think this is a very good place to go for lunch when you are at work and are out in your lunchtime.

Fantastic Bottomless Brunch, great value for money. £30 pp, we paid £3 more for a food upgrade so more choice. Our waitress Lisa ensured we never had an empty glass - you were fab Lisa! Highly Recommend

Great bottomless brunch brunch for £33! Prosecco, Beer and certain Cocktails included. Really great server called Sarah who was so attentive and generous. Great selection of food to choose from and all came out very quickly. Great vibes for a great place.

Went today for bottomless brunch with my friend and we both had a great time. Our waitress Sarah was very accommodating and made sure we were supplied with plenty of drinks and mad3 sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again.

Had an absolutely brilliant 2 hours. Sarah, our waitress was amazing. There was 13 of us on a hen-do and were probably a handful but she kept smiling and was most helpful throughout our bottomless brunch. Will definitely be back and will recommend.

Server: Jess Jess was quite the host, understood us and our beverage choices quuckly. Drinks were also flowing quickly and generously, however the food was unfortunately extremely disappointing so I wouldn't hold your breath for food here. We left most of ours. The good thing is the drinks were very nice and as mentioned quick. We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks though. Thanks Jess, would recommend coming here.. just don't expect to be eating 💀

Food was very nice and just enough for our Bottomless Brunch. Our lovely waitress Carole made sure are glasses were never empty. Good value. It was a noisy atmosphere though, and in the end, our table of 4 had to shout to each other to be heard, because the music was so loud! We might go again, but definitely when the Christmas festivities have finished and also not on a Saturday night.

Brilliant bottomless brunch on a Tuesday afternoon! Drinks were great and staff kept them topped up at a good pace. The food was equally amazing. Perfect portion size to line the stomach for more drinking. The venue is lovely, very nicely decorated.

Visited during our recent trip to Liverpool. Not impressed with this place. If it wasn’t for our want for an afternoon drink to meet us with the rest of our party then we would have gone elsewhere. Cleanliness on entry was poor and never improved in any other area such as booths, menu cards, floors and staircases and finally toilets. The floors were so sticky all you could hear were anyone walking around with the soles of their shoes sticking with every step. Never ordered food due to cleanliness issues. Pints were good quality and cocktails were too. Over filled with ice but most places do this too. Staff good and pleasant when bringing app ordered drinks to table, app very easy and straightforward to use. Compared to Glasgow this Liverpool branch of Slug and Lettuce has some work to do

Very slow service at the bar. Took ages to make 4 cocktails, guy didn't know what he was doing and stopped for a gab half way through. 2 of the drinks were more like a dessert than a cocktail with more cream than drink

We had a fab time Saturday, I was slightly disappointed when arriving as I had spoke to someone prior to attending about being seated at one of the birdcage tables but unfortunately this was not noted and didn't happen. We did manage to get a nice booth at the back of the venue and it was nice. Our waitress was Leah and I can not say enough positive words about this girl! She was fabulous! So helpful, always smiling and as we where there for bottomless brunch she kept the drinks flowing! We will be back im sure! Hoping for the same positive experience!

Npt really a 1st good experience. Toast was burnt and at my table there was little midget flies flying round what you find hovering above dirty bins so didn't get to eat most of my food. Got told by one staff member that we were early so we could wait and then another member of staff rudely stated we was early and was looking at his watch. Not very welcoming to be honest.

Our first time trying Bottomless Brunch here was amazing, I couldn’t fault it! Our waitress Carole was perfect- so so lovely and helpful, recommending us drinks and even replacing our sparkler when we didn’t take pics before it burnt out!🤣

Food is always lovely, but the service was the best part about it, a very friendly kind lady called Becky in your Liverpool venue couldn’t help us enough, she made sure our day went perfectly. I have been numerous times with different groups and every time we are greeted by her lovely smile upbeat presence and helpful service. She’s a credit to your company (as are your cocktails) 10/10 will all ways recommend whenever I’m asked where to eat in town.

Went to the Slug and Lettuce with my Bottomless brunch, we had Carole as our waitress and she was amazing. We’ve never had bottomless brunch before and she explained it so well and made sure we were alright all the way through. We had a great 2 hours here celebrating our bottomless brunch here for valentines day after watching Liverpool play the night before. The best service we could have asked for. Would highly recommend Carole any day/night.

The most amazing bottomless brunch experience we have ever had. Julia was incredible - so attentive, chatty and funny. He was so patient, bubbly and enthusiastic on the phone to make sure we could make the afternoon a little bit more special. Top tier customer service and hospitality.
