Quick service, good food. Probably one of the best Sonic Drive-ins I have been to. Like how it is easy to customize your burgers on the app and get 1/2 price drinks.

Nothing like it used to be I've been there several times and not once have they been able to tell me what my drink is and three times in a row they messed up my drink so they gave me a credit and they messed up the credit like the drink then even mix at the bottom used to be when you handed in the drink you told him what kind of drink it was and then they passed it on from there so just hand you a whole container trying to let you figure it out

Travelled into Great Bend on business. Great double cheeseburger and for $3.21 tax included on a Tues night? Can't beat it!

I mean it's a Sonic drive-thru. Most of the people that work at the one here in Great Bend are pretty decent. Now if I could just get them to understand the concept of easy on the ice....

I have only gone to the sonic is great bend, maybe 2 or 3 times. Well this time, I finished my meal. While I was taking a drink from my drink I noticed something a little weird. A little spot in the lid that looked funky. When I opened the lid I found a bug. I will NOT be going back.

Got a Dr. Pepper for the pop, almost all ice. 5 or 6 sips, the rest ice. Waste of money. but what do you expect anymore. SO ASK FOR LESS ICE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE THIRSTY.

App let me order quickly, and food was out in a good amount of time. The food was hot and hit the spot😊

Bad customer service. Pulled up before 11pm. Pulled up to the order board. They turned the menu board light off and snickered at me from the front while looking directly at me. Is this how they treat you in Ks?!

Got a, lemon berry cream slush for the first time it was phenomenal I now plan on trying every flavor of shush as a cream slush.

Get to stall to order, takes forever to get someone on the speaker to take my order and after 3-5 min. of waiting a gentleman comes on to take order. Said Gentleman was very rude and had NO customer service skills what so ever! Will not be returning.

I do not have a positive opinion about Sonic because of food that I received in the past...namely VERY dry chicken strips/nuggets that about broke my teeth! But today, I had the absolute worst crispy chicken sandwich of my life. Dry, tasteless, tiny piece of chicken, etc. Never again (it wasn't my choice today, as I had someone surprise me with lunch.) Just terrible.

I had a simple order. Large mozzarella stick and a sausage burrito. Should be easy enough right? Apparently not because I waited for over 10 minutes before I was fed up and just left without my food. Ridiculous.

Ran through drive-thru heading to work for my favorite drink, Diet Coke with cranberry and vanilla. Do with they would bring back the diet green tea as we loved it with blackberry.

Disappointed with the visit, first and foremost the gentleman taking the order was very disrespectful! Waited to get the food for over 15 minutes, got the order and EVERYTHING was disgusting and made wrong. The fries were very brown and shriveled up, burgers were prepared wrong. After informing the young girl we didn’t want this food a female manager came outside wanting to fix the food over! Firstly the food should always be prepared correctly and fresh. I would not recommend anyone visiting this place. My family and I definitely won’t visit this place again.!

They gave me perfect services. I had to send the poor Car Hop guy back three times for a number of things we all needed. We were a car of 5 and got all kinds of mixed up. I even spoke really fast and he still got out order perfectly written down. It was pleasant.

Everything here is okay but I've had several times where I ordered a sonic cheeseburger with no onion, and I got onion. Make sure you emphasize.

This is one of the more expensive fast food chains. When I pay more, I expect better quality. The sweet tea is rarely sweet. The food is okay sometimes. I've had poor quality food and drinks for the last three trips. Not going to return. We ordered mozzarella sticks last time. They were mangled and gooey.

Foods always fresh and good! They do always forget my daughters toy in her wacky pack so it's always disappointing.

There was a sale on regular coney dogs for 1.00 with chili and cheese but I didn't know until I got there, awesome

We've been there three or four times in their food is always amazing they said they needed a few minutes and we were okay with that and he came out quicker that's really good service

One star may overate my visit last Friday. I ordered a B.L.T. and large fries. Prepaid. When they arrived, bread was slightly burned, and fries only half full. That quality of service is becoming more frequent, and I will avoid it every time I smell it.

On 9/1/22 we ordered and paid at the store. 15 minutes later, before receiving our food, the power went out. Someone came out and said that as soon as the power was back on, we would be issued a refund to our bank. To this day, we have not received money back. The manager stated that I had to go online and make a complaint to corporate, which I did. Corporate stated that it had to be handled through the store. I called the manager again and AGAIN she stated she couldn't help unless we wanted to be paid back in food. At this point, the manager is so incompetent that we will never go back there. It's only a small amount of money but the way this has been handled is absolutely ridiculous.
