I took my two children to The 10th Street Eye Center. We are also foster parents and because of the awesome experience we had with our kids we also now take our foster children there too. This is a great place for not just kids. My husband and I have been here also. Not once have we had a single negative experience with this Eyecare Center. I had called on 1/23/2020 for an appointment about some problems that I was having. They scheduled me in at 6 pm that night, because of possible emergent care. Everyone was great and very nice. The doctor did a VERY thorough exam and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. They have a great caring team at The 10th Street Eyecare Center!!!!

They made me wait forever when we had an appointment and checked in. They forgot about me . And a lady at the desk was getting tired of my kids fighting and asked what am I here for . And I told her we had an appointment at 2pm. The only reason you get a 4 star rating is cause the assistant guy Jason was super nice to my kids. And answered all there questions . And was super nice .

The doctors and staff always exceed my expectations! Friendly and efficient service at every visit and always take time to answer any questions. Was very impressed with their service when my sister came to visit from out of town and had forgotten her contacts and they provided her with a pair to get her through the weekend! Not a negative thing to say about this business!

My wife and step daughter and I really love this place they are by far the best place to go to when you need to get your eyes checked or need new eye glasses and or Sun glasses the staff are so awesome, friendly, and caring we would recommend this place to everyone who we know and tell them to go see Dr. Premer he is wonderful and has a great personality.

good friendly service but the warranty on the oakley glasses is pretty terrible for the money you spend. the scratch resistant lenses dont hold up very well either.

I had a routine eye appointment today and was very pleased with my experience. I've been going to Dr. McCaulley for a few years now. The ladies at the front desk did a great job of explaining what insurance covers and providing up front cost at time of appointment. During my appointment I noticed that they've updated equipment and testing since last year which made the appointment easier and quicker. They also have a ton of promotions going on now and they advertise them well. I received a rebate on my contacts so I can receive some money back!

10th Street Eyecare is the best! They are always polite and you do not have to wait long for your scheduled appointment. They are quick to get you back in the chair as close to your appointment time as possible. They have a wide selection of frames and competent staff to help you choose the best lenses and frames.

I’m pleased with the thoroughness of my exam, the customer service, the price, and quality of both pairs of glasses! I will be returning for scheduled exams due to macular degeneration risk. Absolutely horrible they send u a bill for glasses and wen u call to tell them to run ur insurance for the glasses they lose all the information about the glasses so ur forced to come in and try to find the same glasses u had picked out cause supposedly they don't save any information wen u pick them out and get it all set up don't go here they mess up ur insurance too and they r very rude

The worst place to go not to mention that they don’t send the claims over to insurance it’s ridiculous these people don’t know how to do their job correctly and not to mention the rude customer service!
