Lovely clean hotel. Very spacious not cluttered. Light and airy. To say its a large hotel, hosting a wedding on the weekend we were there, did not feel overrun with people. Food was lovely and reasonable except breakfast, I think nearly £18 for a breakfast is a bit steep!!! Spa was lovely and relaxing. Room was clean and simple. Bed was comfy but could do with a couple more harder pillows but I could have asked at reception. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly Only downside was the bar on Friday evening, it was busy and definitely need more staff behind the bar took far to long to get served.

I Stayed here on a work trip, and a very nice time was had here, check-in was welcomed with a warm cookie. Room was great, especially the bed and pillows which were awesome. I like bed the bath, shower also so best of both worlds. Staff were great, nice garden area to enjoy a drink. Breakfast was excellent with a full selection of English, continental and pastries, muffins and cereal, available until 11am at weekends. Large safe car park, with plenty of spaces. I didn't bother to use the Spa as was an extra £10 (not included in our deal). Great hotel, enjoyable stay..

My mum and I visited the hotel as part of a Spa Package, which was £250 for room for one night, 25 minute spa treatment each, 3 course meal and breakfast. The staff on reception were friendly when they greeted us and provide a welcome cookie, which was really nice. The spa and gym were really nice with good size pool (although a little on the cold side) and Jacuzzi. The spa treatments were really good. I had the back, shoulder and neck massage which was very intensive. In the evening we drank cocktails in the bar and the strawberry daiquiri was perfectly delicious. We then ate in the restaurant, which was little disappointing except for the sticky toffee pudding. Overall we had a nice break.

Please Read Before Booking at This Hilton Hotel! My recent stay at the double tree Hilton hotel left much to be desired, making it one of my least enjoyable experiences with the brand till date. What initially appeared as a promising surprise for my brother's 21st birthday quickly turned sour due to some unexpected issues! First and foremost, I was disheartened to discover an unmentioned £20 charge per person for pool access. I had assumed, like at many hotels, that this amenity would be complimentary for guests, but sadly, it caught us off guard. We only found out about this charge when we requested towels from the spa/pool reception. What perplexed me further was that I had used the pool on the day of check-in without any mention of this charge. However, the next morning, when I wished to use the pool again, I was told I needed a 2-hour booking and had to pay £20 per person. On a more positive note, the check-in process was handled with professionalism, and the hotel receptionist even went the extra mile by offering a complimentary drinks voucher. In the deluxe double room reserved for my parents, we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary drinks in the minibar, which was a nice touch. Nevertheless, it was disappointing to discover empty shower gel and moisturizer bottles in the room, not to mention the faulty air conditioner that made 19°C feel like 25°C. Furthermore, the breakfast experience fell short of the standard one would expect from a DoubleTree. Additionally, the unexpected charge for pool access, which was not disclosed during booking, left a bitter taste in our mouths. While we appreciated the professional check-in and complimentary drinks, the disappointing breakfast, room issues, and undisclosed pool charges significantly affected our overall experience. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to return to this particular Hilton property in the future. What's more disheartening is that I received no compensation or apology from the hotel.

I was gifted a spa day for Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was an extremely relaxing experience. The staff were all very friendly and professional, the treatment was just what I needed. There is a very well set up spa area, with pre-room and a relaxation room. The pool area had steam rooms, sauna, pool, hydrotherapy pool. We were there for hours, just going round all the different areas. I would definitely recommend this spa.

Came here for a spa-style hen weekend. The food was nice and the staff did a good job looking after us all. The spa was nice with some good facilities, although the treatment session felt a little rushed to me. I wasn't told that my treatment time had been moved, until I asked what the delay was, which I found rather odd. But it wasn't a problem as I was enjoying the complimentary teas and relaxing in the lounge. The room was pleasant, and the facilities included were good, but the sofa bed was not hugely comfortable, although I'd imagine it would be absolutely fine for a child or smaller adult. The breakfast was very nice (special mention for the unusually lovely scrambled eggs!) but I am glad we came down on the earlier side as it got very busy after 9.30 am and there was a queue to be seated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, not quite the exceptional 5-star experience but pretty good value for money and certainly enjoyable.

Wonderful venue with a fantastic spa and swimming pool. The rooms are a good size with a fridge and smart TV. Bathroom is well equipped with both bath and shower. The lounge areas are great for relaxing with a beer and watching sky TV. Lunch and evening meal was amazing quality and the breakfast was one of the best that we have encountered.

Beautiful. Nice gorgeous. Lovely place gives a country side feel. Staff were amazing especially the breakfast staff and janitors. Breakfast was super amazing. I can't fault them at all. They were patient with my little girl who was having fun jumping around. The only short fall is they were few dairy free options. For example for no dairy free yogurts and no dairy free butter on one of the days.

We stayed her for the night having travelled up from London for a wedding. Parking easy and lots, location is great for easy access. When we arrived reception staff was lovely really friendly and welcoming. Our room was as expected in truth, clean, tidy, okay bed, with okay bathroom. There was an element of the bath that just annoyed me. The spot light over the bath didn’t have a surrounding so just an exposed bulb. I know it should silly but it just showed lack of attention to detail and basic upkeep. I imagine it had been like that for months. Breakfast was average at best, and that is being generous. From a cooked breakfast basis, just cooked and left on the side for self service (bacon not crispy, sausages no real colour, eggs warm just). Didn’t experience the spa but did hear from others it is nice. In truth would I return, if I had too and if the price was right. Otherwise lots of option in Chester.

We stayed in the Deluxe Room with King Bed, it was beautiful and spacious. The bed was super comfortable, the shower could have been a bit stronger in terms of water pressure, but everything else in the room was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym was very well equipped. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods. The restaurant and garden was bright and spacious. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning.

I have one minor gripe... cook the bacon! It was good quality meat, but ruined by barely qualifying as cooked. Everything else was great. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food (apart from the bacon at breakfast) is excellent. For business trips, it would be handy if breakfast started at 6:00, rather than 6:30, but I guess that is appropriate for most people. Also, grounds are veautifully kept. Ample parking.

Only popped in for breakfast. Plenty of parking, situated near the exit of the M53 and A55 leading into Chester A56 Nice eating area, polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice and what you'd expect from a double tree hotel chain.

Went for a spa experience with my wife for our anniversary. It included 4 hours in the spa, a couples massage, 3 course evening meal and breakfast. From start to finish the experience was incredible, the facilities were immaculate and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommended

We booked this hotel after seeing the photos of the swimming on the hotel's website. Our daughters were really excited about swimming at the pool. We did not see any information on the website stating age restriction at the pool, only to be told at check in that the pool was for 16+. It's a huge disappointment. We can totally appreciate the need to have age restriction. It will be very helpful if such information is highlighted on the website. Nonetheless, it's a very nice hotel. Welcome cookies are delicious.

I booked on line me a 3 children I selected the hotel for the spa / pool paid over £300 more to stay I paid £705 for 3 nights b & b and booked local attractions and activities. The day we were arriving had an email from the hotel to say we could not use the pool as had to be over 16, my children were 5, 10 and 12. It was very disappointing. I spoke to a few people not very helpful in the end Spoke Ellie who was very helpful recommend several things for us to do and offered a discount code for an evening meal which we took the offer up and was fantastic. The waitress was great and the food was excellent so all in all our vist ok. Ellie did save the day and probably added 2 stars to my review.

I didn't stay overnight but had a meeting here. As soon as I entered the building, I was welcomed with a big, bright, airy, immaculately clean lobby. Reception staff greeted me with professionalism and warmth. This spa hotel has a lovely vibe, has comfortable and clean seating areas and is set in around 18 acres of beautiful landscape.

The pool area and steam rooms were great, they’ve not been updated in about 8 years but I’ve no complaints. The room was nice although the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows so as soon as it was sunrise I was woken up and couldn’t get back to sleep, most normal people can cope with a bit of light but I cannot. I hadn’t noticed they started charging for the spa area but £20 for 2 hours isn’t too bad I don’t suppose.

Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. Nice clean room with great facilities. Restaurant and food was really goid. All staff were professional and friendly. Had a great time in the spa and the treatment I had is probably the best ever.

Delightful knowledgeable Reception personnel. Friendly and efficient. A very busy venue. Our request for the room to be prepared with twin beds had been recorded on the room reservation but not fulfilled before our arrival. When we found a double bed situation and raised it with the Front Desk, the Housekeeping staff were called immediately, arrived straight away and converted the beds into two separate single beds instantly. We would have preferred to have more than 3 tissues to be left in the bathroom tissue box, so used a loo roll instead. Airconditioning temperature controls were very responsive, and we had a great restful night's sleep. Breakfast was a standard basic selection. Next time I shall better research a venue in respect of wedding parties and children, etc and make more informed choices.

Really lovely hotel. I was especially pleased with the underfloor heating in the bathroom and heated lamps. Great service at reception and the restaurant on a busy summers day. Lovely outdoor area, would be nice to have some folding hammock chairs or beanbags on the grass for extra seating in the warmer days and I'm an advocate for bringing in non alcoholic beverages (other than sodas) for someone who enjoys a beer or a wine but can't drink alcohol. Food was great. Room was clean cosy and a good temperature. Will certainly be back again soon as I didn't get to try the spa and it looks amazing.

Rest and relaxation couples visit as a birthday gift. Book in was chaotic on arrival, with no clear priority line for Hilton Honors members. We had a genuinely friendly check in and were very pleased with the comfort of our room. The main let down of the stay was the spa! Busy, unrelaxing, people flaunting the rules, using phones and talking loudly, and staff were quick to walk by without correcting attitudes from clients. Felt like we were on a hen party. And totally detracted from the purpose of the visit. We brought our complaint to staff, who were quick to rectify by kindly apologising and offered us use of the Duo Suite couples spa room, which compensated us for the zoo of the spa. Of which we had our R+R time. Not in a rush to visit again...even as a Gold Honors member.

Great stay here, room was clean and comfy and as expected. Fridge and Hairdryer in the room. The food in the hotel was also nice and not overpriced. Breakfast had good variety to suit most tastes and requirements. The restaurant is staffed by friendly, helpful staff and a young man called Sam served our table on the evening and he was just lovely, it's a pleasure to be served by naturally friendly front of house staff 😀 . Local the central Chester, the Zoo and the Aquarium.

We really enjoyed gym and spa. The gym is quite big and all the equipment is new and modern. Spa was nice. Facilities are new, big pool and 3 different saunas quite big size. New and big changing rooms with shampoos and conditioners. The only disadvantage - gym and spa are located in the bottom floor and doesn’t have any windows so it’s quite dark there.

I booked a spa day and hotel stay here with my mum & sister. Spa, meal and hotel stay were all lovely and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely do this again here.

Beautiful and elegant Hotel, with stunning spacious rooms. Was very welcomed upon arrival. The room freebies such as mini bar and shower stuff are spot on. This venue has a well equipped gym, pool and Spa. The later of which was simply lovely. The treatment on offer are also spot on. Left feeling genuinely refreshed after a much needed break.

As you pull into the hotel, you are met by beautiful, well kept grounds. Inside, the hotel is clean and tidy, well decorated and modern. Our room was lovely, clean and fresh, with a huge bed, which turned out to also be very comfortable. The pillows were a bit too soft and squishy, they went flat under the weight of your head, but weren't so bad if folded double. That's my only minor gripe. All in all, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The spa is amazing, and the hotel stuff is super friendly and helpful. Straight away offered us to set up an extra bed for our toddler on arrival. The only small minus point for us was the breakfast as for our toddler with food allergies, there were barely any options. Maybe upgrade to some vegan/allergy friendly alternatives. Otherwise, stay was perfect, loved the dinner on the garden room.

Nice hotel, perfect location for what we wanted. Breakfast was really good and worth having. Bar staff very friendly. Our bathroom looked a bit tired and in need of re grouting, light on the mirror didn't work.

We turned up on my wife's birthday 13/10/23. We went into the spa which was nice and clean. Only issue in the spa was the lockers could be temperamental and not always unlock when you typed the code in. It appears to be an ongoing problem as the staff are well aware of it. We had massages booked for the afternoon and Abbey and Nic were excellent and very professional. I would also say attention to detail of decor and finish is very much lacking. If your rating that out of 5 its a 2 or a 3* with much improvement needed. So Friday night we had the 3 course dinner booked in for 8pm. Drinks came after a little while as it was very busy. Then from ordering food starters turned up quick and was enjoyable. Sadly mains took nearly an hour to arrive from our starters arriving. The member of staff serving was apologetic and offered us a round of drinks on the house but it was house drinks only so no cocktails or champagne items. Mains turned up eventually and they was good but not exceptional. Dessert was delicious. The secret cake came out for my wife but the kitchen staff broke the numbers and the candles were not lite so that was disappointing. Maybe because it's by Hilton then you do expect a bit more. Breakfasts both mornings were very good and lots on offer so it balanced out from the night before. Rooms were to a good standard but in our room 222 there was dust/cobwebs above the door in the bathroom and our hand flannels never got replenished the day after with room service. The light was also broken in the wardrobe. I can't fault any of the staff they were all 5* whoever we spoke or dealt with. I would say what would make it better in future is for some money to be spent on updating it. A lot of areas feel a bit tired and need some TLC. I would also say the way you enter from the main road but it's stupid how you have to go right and not left. If you turned left it would work much better as you never cross other cars when turning up/leaving so it would vet rid of that hazard.

Me and my partner stayed for a night break at the beginning of September. We had a lovely time, the room was very comfortable and the most amazing shower. I loved the shampoo and conditioner it made my hair feel amazing. We were there for a spa break and enjoyed the bubble pool and steam rooms available. We decided to book impromptu massages and a facial, the facial was amazing and exactly what I needed. My partner really enjoyed his massage and couldn’t believe the difference it made. I however can’t say I had the same experience, my masseuse was quite rough when moving my arms and especially when accessing my neck which he did by holding my bun and pushing it forward. I didn’t feel much benefit after this massage and had pain in my shoulder two days after whenever moved. Despite this we did have a lovely stay and would come again but may be cautious when booking a massage.

I attended a friends wedding here at this hotel and I can hands down say it will now be one of my best memories that I will get to hold on to forever. Everything went flawlessly thanks to the expert coordination and tireless efforts of the team here. They did such a spectacular job that many if the guests including the groom agreed that the wedding was flawless. The staff were wonderful every step of my stay and thanks to then I get to carry a perfect, completely unblemished memory of a valued friend wedding with me for the rest of my life.

Had a lovely time at double tree, the room was comfortable and had lots of facilities. The reception staff were good, spa was lovely, the only thing was that the room service menu prices were quite expensive. The breakfast was fine we had the non cooked, but we felt that the breakfast price was over priced. We didn't try the cooked breakfast but seemed over priced. We would love to return but might double think where to go for breakfast next time.

Gorgeous hotel! Me and my pregnant partner stayed in the deluxe King room and had a very pleasant stay. We got complimentary breakfast with it being our first time staying at the hotel. I would highly recommend 👌

Stayed 2 nights. Friendly receptionist. The room is clean and has decent space for storing 2 big suitcases. Plenty amount of food selection for breakfast. Spacious free parking within walking distance. The only minor thing is that there’s no door or curtain for shower and floor can be very wet.

Just got back from a 1 night stay this end of the week. We had ventured out down to take our child to Chester zoo for his birthday and when we showed up at the lodging we were enchanted that they had overhauled us to the official suite for this event. The gathering staff were so inviting and the kids cherished the warm treats. The room was stunning and had everything and more for our visit. Breakfast was incredible with the special reward of being creepy themed. Staff were so mindful and truly couldn't have done any longer for us. We will remain here once more. Much thanks to you everybody for making our end of the week additional extraordinary.

Room was not properly cleaned even though it had the little blue sanitised sticker over the door . Dirt and dust behind chair along skirting and used face mask under bed, hair in the shower drain . Phoned for 4 consecutive days trying to book in with the spa only to find nothing available 3 weeks prior to visit . Used the pool area after booking on arrival 3 people in so why was the actual spa fully booked 🤔. Bar prices expensive & changed every time I ordered a drink, 3 drinks 2 pints of larger and a short with mixer £18 , £17.50 & £15 at the end . Room service was absolutely awful £16 for a small bowl of microwave pasta that was like congealed rubber & £8 for a chicken sandwich with finger prints in it . Good location and food at lunch nice but just not the usual standards from a Hilton hotel .

Excellent hotel, very clean, good sized room. Staff very pleasant, breakfast and evening meal were both good value. Hotel easy to find, large secure car park. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room on the first day hadn’t been cleaned on entry, so had to change room. The restaurant charged us a £20 compulsory tip which we didn’t think was acceptable because of the poor service constantly forgetting our order each time. However the spa was excellent and warm

Booked a suite for 5 nights. Room nice though very dark, not much natural light. Evening meal in restaurant was good, apart from having to catch a waiter for salt and a steak knife and when we wanted more drinks. Felt like we had a lot of new inexperienced staff. Very annoyed at no newspaper, despite arranging it on arrival. Breakfast buffet was very average and fruit well past its best. Not the standard I was expecting for price. Very disappointed.

  • 3/5 Kathryn M. 2 years ago on Google
Very nice rooms. Staff nice. Evening meal starter was lovely but main was over cooked and disappointing. Spa was a lovely treat although £55 for a 20 minute treatment is excessive. We have previously paid that amount for an hour, at other spas.

We recently enjoyed a perfect 3 night stay. We enjoyed the on site restaurant, bar, room service, the spa and the gym and the whole experience was perfection. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. There isn't a single thing that needed improvement and we will happily return in the future

Well equipped bedroom with a large and really comfortable bed! Completed with a nice TV, lovely toiletries, dressing gowns and black out curtains. I had the same therapist for the three treatments booked. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The spa itself was very much a standard Hilton spa, my partner loved using the different steam and aroma rooms whilst I had my treatments. Check in and check out was easy. Staff were friendly and we had warm cookies which was a lovely touch. We dined in the Garden room restaurant for an evening meal and breakfast. Reasonably priced dinner and drinks. Standard cooked breakfast with some lovely touches to the buffet, the yogurt and fruit were lovely! The only negatives were that it was difficult to get hold of the booking team for rooms and spa by phone but it was worth it.

The staff make this hotel! They were so nice and helpful to deal with all week. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms are perfect. My colleague and I stayed 6 nights this week. The gym is really nice, a good selection of machines and the equipment is new/very good condition. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the spa but would definitely stay again. The breakfast and dinner were both great too just book dinner as the restaurant does get busy most days.

Me and my partner stayed here for a short one night break. We stayed in the De Hoole junior suite, which was a brilliant room. Large king size bed, swivel TV and Mirror, Deep bath, a really nice walk in shower. We did not end up using all the services in the hotel and just utilised the amenities in the room and room service. We were friendly greeted at reception on entry and exit of the hotel. Staff were really great from what we saw of them. Room service was brought to our room swiftly once ordered and the food was fantastic. The only negatives from our stay would be that there was no room service food menu in our room (not even on the hotels TV information guide) so this was a small irritation having to look round in search of a menu. A menu was brought up to our room swiftly though once we contacted reception. However getting through to reception/restaurant/spa took quite a long time really, which I also found after booking online when trying to contact the hotel. Overall a fantastic hotel which I would recommend. Spa services looked great despite us not using them. The hotel and grounds look brilliant. They just need to try to resolve the wait times for customers when contacting staff.

Room was super comfortable. Beds were outstanding. The hotel is a great place to cool off during 37 degree heat. Can hear a bit of corridor noise from the room that would be my only niggle. Lifts are super quick and silent - feels like you haven't gone up or down even though you have. The breakfast spread is very comprehensive and well stocked. The bar is also very well stocked and has almost anything you would want. The garden area is beautiful and so nice to sit in and relax. The spa is amazing - it was included with my diamond membership and we loved it. The pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam rooms were just a brilliant way to spend a few hours.

This place was amazing! We stayed in a suite. Several things didn't work, sink drain, fridge, phones, pull out bed. But they were so nice. Manager came in the room to try to fix the fridge. Personally brought in 2 buckets of ice. Breakfast was really good. Order your veggie sausages early because they take a long time to arrive.

Lovely spa and atmosphere, well worked with the space available. Had a nice pregnancy massage too - was very gentle. The only downside is that it’s all a bit chilly! Wore our robes the whole time and found every room except the pool cold. Takes away from the relaxation a bit!

Lovely stay here: we got a deal for a set price which included a 4 hour use of the spa, an overnight stay and 3 course dinner as well as breakfast the next morning. Check in was quick & easy and the gifted cookie was tasty! The spa was wonderful - not too big and not too busy, a range of steam rooms to use and a lovely pool. We opted for treatments which were good and staff friendly. The hotel room was clean, perfect size and had everything needed. There was a bit of a wait between courses at the meal and some parts not as appetising as others but overall a pleasant dinner. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of option, attentive staff and comfortable. Overall a lovely stay and would be nice to return again!

Lovely hotel, easy to find and plenty of parking. We stayed as a group of six and were all located on the same floor with rooms next to one another. We had a King room, which if I’m being picky was slightly on the small side but had all the amenities we needed. The bed was huge and the mattress comfy but the pillows were awful I didn’t sleep well for the whole weekend and ended up with neck and shoulder pain. The hotel and room we were in was nice and clean, and modern. There was a spa and gym but we didn’t use it. The restaurant was spacious and there was also seating and tables outside for the warmer weather. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening, the food was good as was the service. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful, perhaps one of the best I’ve been to for quality and choice. Advice would be to go early to avoid having to queue as it’s a busy hotel, especially popular for weddings. Good stay, would definitely stay again but would bring my own pillows!

Nice hotel, stopped on route to another location to rest up for the night. They were very busy (on a Wednesday night) so I would suggest booking in advance - this includes dinner, as we had to wait a little while for our table. The only thing I wasn't too pleased about was the noise - the water pipes were very loud in the room so you could hear when any other room flushed a toilet, washed their hands or used the shower. It didn't wake me up but it was disturbing trying to get to sleep. Otherwise the staff were fantastic and there was a warm cookie on arrival so overall very happy.

I recently stayed here with my partner to celebrate my birthday. We had a very smooth check in and the cookies were very much appreciated! We had a party in the abbey suite Saturday night which was fantastic! The events staff in the evening were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We used the spa facilities the following day which was very relaxing and the perfect way to end a great weekend. Thank you to everyone at the DoubleTree Chester.

Was here for a wedding and in itself it's a lovely venue. Stayed in a nice modern room. Breakfast is good with plenty on offer. The downside is that staff need more training.. When we ordered a whisky we got a gin and when we ordered a raspberry gin we got a raspberry vodka.. Prices were high too!

Fantastic place to get away. The staff are a joy and make you feel very welcome. Be aware though that children under 16 are not allowed in the pool or spa facilities. It does not tell you this when booking a family room, even after entering the age of the child. This particular policy is on the lower portion of the spa page on the website and not obvious at all when booking.

Good branch of this chain. Comfortable room. Excellent gymn. Check regarding pool as this is extra and does not allow children....part of the on site spa. Restaurant provides a decent dinner, expect 'medium' prices for this (steak £24.00). I found the portions perfectly large enough but others may think them small...however, this is a customer failing not a restaurant one. Staff extremely polite despite some severe provocation from customers not prepared to sit, relax and wait. Restaurant area is large. Small bar which also serves extra guests 'escaping' from the function rooms. Not a huge space in the evening for drinking only as area is used for the restaurant. So, in the evening if you order drinks only, then wander off expecting to be served, you may find yourself waiting a long time as expectation is you wait for your drinks at the bar. Lovely garden. Plenty of parking.

Booked directly through Hilton as they didn’t offer a single person booking online. The customer service team was really active and helpful in getting the booking sorted. I booked 1 nights stay with breakfast, dinner, spa access and a massage. The hotel and room itself was really nice, clean and the bed was comfortable, I had a great nights sleep. The spa had relaxation rooms, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, swimming pool. It was lovely and quiet on a Sunday, and the facilities was perfect. The massage itself was disappointing, the therapist didn’t start on time, finished earlier and she wasn’t able to put enough pressure to release the knots. The food in the Garden tea room was also disappointing, there was no flavour in the dinner or breakfast. Overall it felt really expensive for what I got and aside from the spa and hotel experience. However the customer service was really welcoming and the stay was comfortable and clean, I would come back to stay again. But I wouldn’t recommend the food or massage.

Very nice experience. The customer service team were exceptional. Through out our stay, the staff lived up to the high standards of a hilton hotel. The bar and lounge area is fantastic. The breakfast is one of the nicest buffet style I've had in a long time. Finally to top it off the spa is beautiful with a little area that has a roof that opens up like a lagoon. BEAUTIFUL
