I'm
very
torn
about
the
hotel,
I'll
start
off
with
the
positives
which
were
the
staff
are
absolutely
lovely,
in
my
experience
the
attitude
of
staff
can
make
or
break
your
visit.
Susan
on
reception
and
Richard
who
worked
on
the
bar
and
at
breakfast,
really
stood
out
to
us.
They
were
so
helpful
and
friendly,
so
thank
you.
Also,
the
buffet
breakfast
was
lovely
too,
really
well
set
out,
lots
of
selection
and
fresh
tasty
food!
The
negatives
for
us
were
the
fact
the
lift
was
broken
and
we
had
2
young
kids
and
a
pram
to
get
up
a
flight
of
stairs.
That
was
pretty
inconvenient.
Also
the
hotel
could
do
with
a
lot
of
updating
and
slightly
more
attention
to
detail
when
it
comes
to
cleanliness
of
the
rooms.
The
showers
were
constantly
changing
from
boiling
hot
to
freezing
cold
too.
And
lastly
we
used
the
pool
which
was
lovely
for
the
kids,
but
the
changing
rooms
and
the
pool
itself
had
a
funny
smell
and
again,
looked
a
bit
grubby
as
though
it
could
do
with
some
updating.
That
been
said,
the
wonderful
staff
and
lovely
food
totally
outweighed
the
negatives
and
we
ended
up
having
a
really
lovely
stay.
When
the
staff
are
this
good,
it's
easy
to
look
past
minor
negatives.
