Great sports bar atmosphere with friendly staff and gambling if you're a gambler. Had the Mac and cheese and the BLT and both were great! Reasonably priced as well with good beer selection.

First and last time eating here. Special was a fresh tuna sandwich. Even asked the waiter to be sure it was fresh tuna. Got a tuna salad sandwich on white bread, no silverware or napkins. Won't be back.

I had the most amazing time at the Max. The waitress was super cool kept my Margarita's running my $3 margaritas because it was $3 margarita Tuesdays. I have this nacho now this isn't like any other kind of nacho it was massive it was as big as your head the thing took up an entire platter and I guarantee you it had to be 10" tall. It was Amazing. Suffices to say I will definitely be going back and I would encourage anybody and everybody coming through Great Falls to go to the Max get that super huge massive nacho that is amazing and make sure you do it on a Tuesday, Where you can get those $3 Margarita us and follow me here on Google because I travel to a lot of different places and you never know I may be talking about their restaurant that is your new favorite.

The lunch special today was delicious, and I was a little sceptical until I took the first bite, was almost too much to eat all at once, but the burger with generous bacon chunks mixed with an extraordinary BBQ beef that had truly been slow, long cooked til it melted in my mouth and came with pickles and tomato and onion and lettuce off to the side so I could decide what I wanted on it with fried green beans was a gastronomic delight, and the drink I asked them to put together for me was perfection, and it was awesome because it's not a drink they normally make the way I asked, but they were very accommodating and made it anyway, which I truly appreciated. So many places these days are like," it's not on the menu like that.", regardless whether they are able and refuse to, but occasionally I find wonderful places like this that charge me what it's worth and fix me something truly delightful that is the way I want it and for this I say," hats off to you for going the extra mile." Your staff today was amazing. It is truly wonderful you have this nestled inside one of my favorite motels. Who could ask for more all in one building, just had a wonderful nap after all that deliciousness and am off to the tropical paradise that your pool and hot tub area with the skylight has always been.

Both ,$6. salads were wrong and came with no dressing... chicken fried steak looks days old and didn't come with the mashed potatoes I ordered. Not to mention no silverware no salt no pepper. This is by far the worst service I've had at a hotel as good as the heritage. Sad part is we traveled 15 hours to get here and were really hungry and was served this pile of what looks like left overs. I don't recommend this place whatsoever. Who ever runs this joint needs to think about thier line of work because apparently you don't care about quality or your customers.

Good food, good service and nice atmosphere. Only complaint is over half the tables were reserved and in the 2 hours of sitting there from 6-8 only 1 had anyone sitting at them.

It was just me and my friend at the bar area, there was 4 people at the casino. Our first bartender (jack) was GREAT! He kept checking on us. We closed out with him and then got no service after that. There was 3 waitresses. 2 whom were talking with the cooks in the back most of the time, and one on her phone sitting at the table. We had to keep raising our hands and asking for drinks or for someone to come over to the bar. Waited 20 minutes at one point, then finally asked if we could get another drink. No one really seemed to care about actually working….

Pretty decent for NFL sunday! Get there early to get your TV set up. Nachos might be the best in town!

The food was amazing! But our server decided she had a personal issue that interrupted her work attitude. Had her back to me every time she came by. Would walk by and ask if we wanted more drinks and kept walking so I had to walk to the bar to reorder the second drink. I was super excited to eat here and watch my football game but I will not be back knowing this person works there and cannot leave an attitude at the door.

Clean lounge. Good food. Big servings. Lots of tv's

Terrible service! Sat for 20 minutes at our table of 5, before a server came over. Had to go up to order our food and drinks. Several staff working and all talking at the bar. Will not be back. Staff unfriendly.

Always eat here when we stay at the hotel on our drive down to Arizona. Have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed

Disappointing. Boneless wings dry. Not sure what flavor they are supposed to be. 14 bucks for over cooked burger.
