We
been
here
for
a
dinner.
This
time
we
ordered
Takoyaki
and
Age
tofu
as
an
appetizer
and
these
never
disappointed
us.
Yum
Yum.
For
main
dish,
we
ordered
BG
Ramen
on
a
special
menu
section
and
Tonkotsu
Ramen.
We
would
like
to
compare
as
BG
Ramen
soup
base
is
also
the
same
as
Tonkotsu.
it
turned
out
BG
Ramen
is
very
delicious
with
Tonkotsu
base
plus
the
black
pepper
and
garlic.
Those
ingredients
enhanced
the
flavor
and
make
the
soup
even
more
tastier.
If
you
like
the
plain
broth
of
Tonkotsu,
this
will
surely
make
you
happier.
I
did
add
some
of
the
chilli
oil
before
the
soup
ran
and
it
also
get
along
very
well.
This
surely
will
be
my
next
favorite
menu.
We
definitely
comeback
for
the
next
time

We're
returning
for
the
dinner.
This
time
we
ordered
fried
Gyoza
and
Of
course,
Takoyaki
for
appetizers.
Takoyaki
is
outstanding.
Gyoza
is
good.
For
the
main
course
we
ordered
Spicy
Miso
Ramen
and
Akamaru
Modern
Ramen.
Both
are
spicy
Ramen.
Interestingly,
this
time
the
ramen
soup
is
super
rich
and
very
tasty.
One
up/down
side
is,
Up
side
-
the
level
of
the
spicy
is
just
right
for
me
(I
love
spicy)
and
this
is
the
taste
of
the
spicy
ramen
should
be.
This
is
the
same
level
of
the
spicy
Ramen
from
Totto
and
Ippudo.
Down
side
-
From
our
last
visit,
my
son
can
eat
the
soup
and
noodles
on
the
Spicy
Miso
Ramen.
However,
with
this
level
of
the
spicy,
he
could
not
make
it.
This
make
me
wonder
what
level
of
the
spicy
I
will
get
next
time.
I
hope
they
give
an
option
to
choose
if
I
want
a
regular
spicy,
extra
spicy
or
less
spicy.
Overall,
we
are
satisfying
with
the
food
and
definitely
going
to
come
back
to
find
out
more.
!================
This
is
a
new
ramen
restaurant
in
Great
Neck.
We
ordered
Takoyaki
and
Age
Tofu
for
appetizers.
Both
are
delicious.
The
Takoyaki
exceeded
my
expectations.
You
can
smell
the
grill
but
crunchy
outside
with
the
2
x
octopus
inside.
The
Katsuobushi(dried
bonito
flakes)
topping
added
more
flavor.
The
Aged
tofu
was
also
good
with
the
soy
sauce
and
radish.
The
main
course
we
ordered
Spicy
Miso
Ramen
and
Tonkotsu.
For
Spicy
Miso
Ramen,
the
level
of
the
spiciness
is
just
right
although,
my
personal
thought
is,
if
they
can
enrich
the
broth
to
be
richer,
I
think
that
would
be
perfect.
However,
if
you
like
Ramen
with
less
salty
broth
and
very
light
soup,
this
is
what
you
are
looking
for.
All
the
other
ingredients,
such
as
Noodle,
boiled
eggs,
ground
pork,
pork
belly,
etc
are
all
good.
Same
as
Tonkotsu,
the
soup
is
very
light
and
less
salty.
Overall
this
is
one
of
the
authentic
Ramen.
If
you
don't
want
to
commute
to
the
city
for
Ippudo
or
Totto,
this
restaurant
is
definitely
the
place
that
I
would
recommend.
