The room was beautifully decorated. It warm, clean and inviting. Lovely features and very comfortable bed. Margaret was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. She made sure we were happy with our room and was also able to tell us about all that was happening in Great Yarmouth. I would definitely stay again.

Family getaway We stayed in the family room during August. Margaret was an amazing host. She went above and beyond for us, giving us recommendations for local places to visit and restaurants she had personally ate at. The family room was lovely, very clean and lovely decorated. We ended up staying extra night. We will definitely be back. Thank you Margaret.

What a lovely place. The exterior looks amazing and the rooms are extremely clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Free parking outside and situated near the seafront. The host, Margaret, is so helpful. My trip got extended due to work commitments and nothing was a too much for her in rearranging my stay. I will certainly be returning and would highly recommend.

Have had a wonderful stay at Annabelle Rooms. The room was lovely and clean, with a lovely view of the beach, and close to all amenities. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Margaret, who was really friendly and a wonderful hostess. Would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples alike, and would quite happily return. Exceptional. Very clean and beautifully decorated. There was everything that you needed, with lovely touches, such as a tiny electric cooler (great for putting fresh milk in), Nice toiletries, fluffy towels, etc. Great TV with excellent reception. Comfy bed. Quiet and felt very safe staying here. Very close to beach, and free easy parking outside. Margaret, is a wonderful, host. Felt very looked after. She responded very quickly. Booked direct and this gave additional flexibility and a great rate. Will definitely be coming back.

A great place for a quiet holiday. Very convenient location of the guest house, cozy rooms decorated in English style, comfortable beds. The charming, attentive hostess is always in touch. 3 minutes to the seafront, 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and you can do a lot of interesting things in Great Yarmouth. And fantastic Hippodrome Circus! I highly recommend it!

Just on our way home from a lovely stay at Annabelle Rooms, the owner Margaret was lovely & made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable & over all very nice. The room was a good size for our family of 3 & you have full use of a smart TV which was nice. The location is excellent for Great Yarmouth pier/town. The price is also very good. The on street parking was always available too.

What a beautiful place to stay. Went with partner and mum. Margaret couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble even down to putting out cones so we had a parking space on arrival. Mum has a disability and Margaret made sure we was well looked after. We stayed in family room which was spotless and had an amazing bathroom with a very big shower. Already planning our return visit. Definitely worth staying her if you are staying in Great Yarmouth you won’t be disappointed
