Scarborough is a magical place for kids, Pirates πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ Playground is amongst the Scarborough Beach Park. My parents used to bring me here as a child as did there folks take them, and I now take my kids to climb the trees, go for a swim, take a stroll along the beautiful sweeping concrete footpath along the water front, climb trees or even grab a coffee and just hang out and enjoy this beautiful place on the soft grass. This place is hard to beat and definitely a must visit for the family. Take care climbing the trees in and around the park though it’s hard to hold back and remember your an adult once you start .. lol πŸ˜† Happy Days

I always return to Scarborough they up keep the facilities. It's always clean. Now with the big cushion it is just an extra incentive. So nice to have access to a free facility that is easy to access and has a variety of play equipment

Perfect beach spot. You can hire a kyak, paddle board, etc. Also the park has huge trees the kids can climb on.

Spent an afternoon here with my beautiful grandchildren. Its a great play area. It has a special area just for climbing trees as well as your normal park playground. Its on the foreshore so very easy to pop to the beach to search for shells or have a swim. I highly recommend a visit.

A brilliant themed playground for children of all ages. The train draws a lot of attention within the playground, and there were plenty of climbing obstacles for kids to play. The playground is equipped with climbing frames, slides, swings and an area for climbing trees. The area is fully fenced and gated, with nearby benches for parents. Toilet facilities are not too far away too.

Lots of places for kids to play, safe environment even though right in the beach. Enough shaded picnic areas. Equipment for all ages, even some low climbing trees

Kids love it here its great for the family to chill out and let the kids run free. Can get packed at times but overall its a nice playground for the kids to play. We walked over to the jumping pillow on the other end but again when theres heaps of kids jumping it can get crazy. My son ended up get kicked in the nose from a kid then I saw another little girl get kicked from another kid but not on purpose...just too many kids on at once today. It'll be nice if they had one for little todders and one for the grown kids so the little ones wouldnt get kicked and what not but overall a nice playground and perfect spot!

Wonderful fully fenced play areas for kids, bbqs & plenty of seating areas for families. Found this quirky door in a big Norfolk Pine at the beach.

Where else can you get fish and chips at nearby shops, and sit in comfort by the beach in the evening? Quintessential bay views. Slight zephyr of a breeze. Safe. Toilet facilities nearby.

This is a great park to visit when the weather is good, The park itself is best suited to younger children however down one end of the park you have all the tree's that are tightly intertwined with one another which makes for great climbing and exploring for older kids. The tree's are so intertwined that it's actually very safe for the older more capable kids to go and challenge themselves through the maze of branches, a word of caution if the trees and branches are wet and slippery but otherwise it is quite safe. You also have great facilities here, shaded seating, BBQ's, public toilets, large grassy areas, Cafes and shops across the road and of course the BEACH which generally has nice calm waters with lots of shells for the kids to collect and plenty of sand for building castles. I would also highly recommend if you are visiting this park and are planning on buying lunch that you go to Marvelous Fish and Chips which is located a short walk away from the park. Amazing food and up there with the best fish and chips in Moreton Bay/Brisbane, They are also a "Marvel" themed shop which I think is really cool and have heaps of cool Marvel figurines and collectables on display, very clean and hygienic and your kids will love the atmosphere here.

Excellent variety of play items being fully fenced and with a delightful tree exploration area, it's a large and well enjoyed place with good lines of sight to monitor the kids from end to end.

The flying fox was AWESOME!!! So awesome in fact that everyone queues up for it like it's a theme park ride. MAKE MORE OF THESE!!!

Playground equipment is a bit lack luster. However, kids over the age of 5 love the old fig trees, best climbing trees of any playground.

Fantastic park, shady, next to the water and some sand, different things for kids to play on, excellent climbing trees, jumping pillow, chairs and tables, bbqs and friendly people.

I'm a big fan of anything with a beach or ocean view. My daughter had fun here for about an hour or so. A few different features to play on, including the Pirate Ship, Train and carriages, climbing frame, and cool little forest of trees to climb and play on. A couple of different under cover areas to sit and chill. Toilets nearby in the carpark Park area. Obviously nice and close to the beach.

Gated Park with lots of space. My toddler enjoyed it. The sand part of the beach was small and a little rocky but otherwise nice and clean. Not super busy even though there was a couple of parties going on.

Plenty of areas suitable for all different ages of children. Gated and non-gated areas as well. Close to take away shops for your picnic needs. Will be organising more play dates here.

Brilliant location for a family day out. Ocean frontage, several great play spaces for the kids, reasonable amenities and good access to take away food and coffee across the road. In the right conditions there is even a fish or two to catch off the beach.

Awesome for kids. My daughter loved it! Can't wait to bring my little boy too, once he is old enough. It's in a great location and it's full of adventures for the little ones as well as for the older ones! And easy to keep a close eye on both..

Visited in January 2019 good little play ground for kids between ages of 1 to about 10 year's of age. Car park is not the biggest so it can fill quickly. Close to coffee shop for parents. There are toilets at each end of the park at northern end there is s jumping pillow, half basketball court and climbing sculpture. But could do with a revamp or atleast a clean up paint job and some landscaping. Please like if this review helps you thanks πŸ‘πŸ»
