Beautiful
place
but
the
interior
maintenance,
staff
and
overall
execution
post
booking
and
payment
needs
a
HUGE
improvement.
-
The
lights
in
the
room
were
flickering
since
check
in.
3
days
later,
this
had
still
not
been
addressed.
-
The
drain
plug
in
the
bathtub
didn't
close
at
all...
why
have
a
tub
in
the
first
place
then?!
-
Because
of
the
flickering
ceiling
lights,
needed
to
use
the
bed
side
lamps
the
whole
time
-
the
plug
points
in
the
room
didn't
have
2
pin
plugs
to
make
this
possible.
-
The
swimming
pool
was
dirty.
Giyani
is
a
hot
place
on
any
day...
if
offering
accommodation
in
this
environment,
the
pool
IS
the
key
feature,
why
is
this
not
maintained?!
-
The
daily
complimentary
breakfast
was
subpar,
at
best.
A
full
English
does
not
have
to
be
that
dry.
The
staff
on-site
truly
try
their
best
with
that
is
there,
but
management
CLEARLY
needs
to
do
better.
Hospitality
is
more
than
beautiful
furniture.
