Worst service ever, went for valuation of gold for loan, the whole process took upwards of 3.5 hours... Even though been promised by sales people valuer and manager for just 30 minutes to generate valuation report... And we were falsely informed for just 5 min more confirmation whenever asked for update on records, they have slowest staff ever, I recommend any other jeweller in the vicinity to be give a chance instead of going at multani (WORST MANAGEMENT EVER)
