Pathetic. Fake Photos, presentation in web and everywhere else ( I have been offered 4 different rooms n the review is based on thebest of those) Don't trouble yourself. I booked it as it's a last min booking and look n feel over the web was decent. But most of the roms shown to me were tiny, old ,smelly shabby with decade old fittings of flooring & everything else. Sleep quality is just above average. Can't even call it a 2 star hotel . Staffs (mostly service staffs n reception guys ) are highly confused ,unprofessional and untrained. Nothing was there @the room. . .not even a water bottle (after 3-4 calls I got it after 20 mins) , glass or basic (business standard )amenities like toiletries or tea coffee maker, on-request iron box etc. Floors are damp. Paints coming out form the wall (thowueugh newly painted) . . Restroom is just somehow usable. Breakfast ; don't even think twice to go to the restaurant. Options of oatmeal n indian bread (paratha; that too was served after 15 mins n there was a queue). AVOID !!!

Horrible experience at the hotel. Not clean enough. The rooms and the toilet. The bed was so uncomfortable to sleep on. They had no chappals to wear in the toilet. No kettle, no iron box and a dental kit at an extra 50rs. My husband and I went to stay at the hotel coz I had an exam the next day nearby the hotel. And the worst part is we had the hotel staff knocking at our door at 11.30 in the night when we were asleep. Who even does that!!! They had some technical issue with the oyo booking it seemed. Whatever the reason. Never visiting the hotel again.

I stayed there for 2 days with my family. We booker 2 rooms. Both are lack of hygiene. Both the room smelling badly. Bathroom was in worst condition. Gyser was not working. I asked reception for service but they neglect it saying no one is available for service. They didn't shift me in another room even the room was available. Reception staff was too rude. At billing time lady receptionist greet with sweets. I stayed there for 2 days just because I was paid the full amount in advanced.

Good and attentive service but the rooms are terrible maintained and not clean at all. The cleaness problems go from smelly cushions, oil/food stains on the bed linnen and pillows, dirty toilet and sink and that is what I could appreciate at plain sight as I decided not to open, explore or touch any other furniture/place within the room. The breakfast selection and quality of the food was terrible, I would recommend you to have breakfast outside the hotel.

Decent place for sure, but the service was sloppy. The linen was used and terrible. I first informed at the reception immediately after checking the room and the receptionist said he would get it changed as mine was an early check-in and his employees had not come yet. Later, I informed two persons cleaning my adjacent rooms and they started playing a blame game. Finally they asked me to inform at the reception which I did for the second time (now a different person). By the time I came back, room was cleaned up but the linens were the same. Else everything was fine.

Stay was nice. But facing a bad experience with the service Guy. To whom I gave Rs. 500 to purchase something for me from our side. The total value of the particular things was Rs. 275.00 and he told me that to collect those good I have to pay Rs. 150.00 and the rest will be returned after some timeotime or at the time of dinner. He don't even come to me again and I have to check out at midnight at 2 a.m. it's impact bad to the hotel so request to the hotel management for looking such kind of things.

The best part of the property is its location. Opposite to Nehru Place very easy to reach. Good budget hotel. Best for training and small events or get together. Staffs are caurtesious. The best part is there food. I attended a 3 day training session in this hotel and all 3 days the food they served were fanyastic. Only issue is there is no shaded parking lot. Your car would be parked in front of the hotel at the rodeside.

Didn't liked any service of this Hotel. Breakfast is having limited items. Rooms are playing but Indeed that ambience of other hotels is missing. Dull staff indeed. I got a physical key as they had missplaced the card key. Prefer a different Hotel if you have lil more money. Boring!!! And Sucks!!!

The location is really good. In terms of conveyance it is just 100 feet away from the nearest metro stn. Nehru enclave. Being at a very busy junction you will never have trouble finding any public transport. Rooms are pretty decent and also has very cooperative and well behaved staff. Food on the other hand is quite good.
