Great place for stone related problems and laparoscopic treatment doctors are good with great knowledge bit costly for stone treatment but if you have medi claim then go for RG stone else take sharing room according to your budget but rooms were not at all upto the mark need’s renovation as tarrif’s are more then they offer quality of rooms doctors and staff is friendly with great knowledge hospital location at its best cleanliness is good with proper sanitisation parking space is less (for four wheelers)but they managed canteen food is not at all tasty needs improvement . thanks :)

It was really great experience we had with RG stone hospital. My mother had umbilical hernia surgery and we are really thankful to the overall staff and Dr of this hospital. Special thanks to the hospital manager Ms Anju bakshi who helped at every step and even clear our doubts regarding insurance, room etc. Dr Ashok Mittal is a Star, he motivates patient to recover from the post surgery pain and mental stress which is very helpful for patient and attendants as well. Mr Chandan from the kitchen, he serve food to the patient n attendant same like that he is from our own family. As per our insurance plan we got the single room and it was so spacious and well maintained, we were so impressed with the facilities which are even not seen in the big Private hospitals. Hospital overall staff, routine Doctors and nurses are very polite and helpfull, which is very significant as they are the one who take care of the patient post surgery. Pathetic staff... i called today to inquire about the Gallbladder surgery and the reception lady took my call listened concern and disconnected.. i called again disconnected purposely... called 3rd time and she was very rude while i asked to listen and not to disconnect. My first impression was way bad and might not recommend.. Hospital staff should be humble enough to listen and serve as the patient is already in pain or worried. Kindly support each other as the situation is already worse. #HelpingHand.

My Experience was excellent with RG Stone Clinic . This is my second visit here for a kidney Stone removal. Entire hospital staff has been very co operative starting with Dr. Manish Singla who is very well versed of taking care of my health, you feel free to discuss your medical issues. He gives personal attention to all the details concerning your health and advises accordingly & surely he is a great surgeon . It's rare to find such doctor that combines such personal touches & care for a patient, a as person with outstanding quality of medical care . Another person who really helped in admission procedure is Ms Anju Bakshi , very polite & humble , really took her time to help us out regarding the admission process . A special mention to a person who was taking care of our comforts and walked alongwith us throughout my stay at the hospital is Mr. Harsh . Highly recommend this hospital to anyone suffering from Stone related issues& laproscopic surgeries.

It is just a money minting organization, not a hospital...Recently one of my relatives was operated for Kidney stone here, it was a horrible experience for her and her family...Firstly she was told to be discharged after 2 days of the operation but instead took 5 more days due to complications arising everyday. The doctor had no time for the patient and did not explain why the complications were arising (like continuous bleeding, fever, water leakage from stent etc)..Secondly the staff is absolutely non-cooperative (Their salaries have been cut citing COVID slowdown reasons), you have to run behind them to ensure your patient is taken care of timely...Lastly the food and room quality is also not good... To sum it up the doctor has impossible targets to meet,the staff is overworked and underpaid, and patients are just customers to be looted...

All the nurses and doctors were very friendly, the sanitation process was well taken care off. The food was actually very delicious. Even the staff took well care of the attendee. So overall it was a very great experience. Thankyou to all the doctors, nurses , staff of RG stone hospital.

Highly unprofessional and online consultation appears to be a scam. I was given an appointment and made online payment of ₹1000/- as consultation fee. When I didn’t receive a call for consultation, I called them up. I later received a call saying that the doctor was unavailable as he was on leave since the past 2-3 days!! When asked about a refund I was told to approach the technical team. I have mailed thrice and talked to a person once for a refund but have not received any revert to the mail nor has the amount been credited yet. The payment was made on July 24,2020. Even if they are working on it (which I doubt) I am entitled to a reply to the mails or any other form of communication!!

Overall experience is very nice but visiting of the doctor is need to improve. After admission patients wait more sometimes for surgery so please try to do surgery within two or three hours it's my personal suggestion. Nurses and staff are very cooperative. Thanks RG Hospital.

It was really a disgusting experience. No doubt doctors are good but after service is pathetic .completely In human staff.

Doctors are very good and the treatment level is too good. But the billing department is real pain. They will make a package of private room for you and then will ask you to adjust in semi private room. They have vacant private rooms for new patients but not for the ones who go for stage 2 completion.

RG Stone one of the best and clean hospital I ever seen. Well organised and staff corporative. Some time doctor scared you but keep patience. Easy to locate it is just in main Street. They only take simple case to maintain his repotation high if any case they little critical they do not accept those case I hope you understand that what I am saying.

The URS operation for a stone in ureter went fine, Dr Manish was my doctor, although Dr Gaurav did half of the procedure and was joined by Dr Manish in the later half. I was discharged the next day. Everything was fine but the thing that I did not like is that there are females in the care taking/nursing staff. I feel men should take care of men and women should take care of women. Also, when I initially came to get a date for the operation, I was asked to get a number of tests done and were told that they are not covered under CGHS. But when i told them that I had spoken to senior officials from CGHS already who had even shown the MOU that clearly mentions that all tests are covered in the package, the tests were done for me. I don't understand why patients are harassed like this ? I had to pay an additional fee to get the stone analysis done. This should have been covered under CGHS.

I was spk about Kinney donate he explain me if u pay registration fees 6500 then we will proceed ur case after that we transfer half amount in ur bank account . But when i pay the fees he change words and told me u have to pay 85000 for life insurance. If u will not pay we cant process ur case . Like this cheating stated as he a doctor. Now a days in India how cheating started please carefully go in hospitals . Mostly Rg stone urology hospitals.

Going by my personal experience I can safely say that RG stone is a home away from home, for all those who are seeking topmost and genuine healthcare by the country's best doctors and hospital administration. My father Mr. S.C. Kapoor was diagnosed with Prostrate Enlargement that had turned Cancerous. My father was in a very bad shape when we admitted him in RG Stone, East of Kailash, Delhi. Moreover, my father at 80 yrs of age is a very difficult patient to deal with mentally and emotionally, he being very short tempered and always in doubts and confusions. But the way the Senior Consultant Urologist at RG Stone - Dr. Manish Singla, and the Unit Head - Ms. Anju Bakshi handled my father, it was so beautiful and comforting that we did not even for a moment feel we were at a hospital. I am a mother of my Son, Sadamsa Subba, who was recently admitted(08-05-2023) to RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital. Firstly, I am very happy on success of my son's gallbladder surgery under Dr. Pankaj and his team. Secondly, the hospitality towards not only my son but to all the patient was very humble and friendly. The staff seems to be active and punctuation in every step to give us comfortable. At this present scenerio of Covid 19.. My mother was suddenly struck with an abdominal pain and we took her to RG stone Laproscopy and Urology Hospital..My mother needs to undergo laproscopy and ercp as sugested by Dr.Ashok Bhatia.He also told us to go to Max or some other hospital for ERCP post which he could proceed with the laproscopy.. i took my mom to Max Super and met Dr. GP SINGH (gastro) who examined my mother and ignored that she had an obstructed hernia which could rupture inside.. i called up Dr. Bhatia and he asked me to bring back my mother to RG stone..After reaching there my mother got her covid test done and at 4pm the doctors did a second ultrasound and informed that we have get ger operated urgently..the doctors and the were soo kind.. they took mom to the OT and got her operaated..First private hospital i have come across where the payments were not a priority before the patient. I am very thankful to the RG stone facility and the doctors as they have given me a reason to belive in humanity which has been lost in the present days..the Doctor's right decision at the right moment was life saving opportunity for my Mother.. During my stay the nurse, the ward boys, the helps were ?very helpful .. i would recomend people RG stone to anyone approaching me for laproscopy or urology related issued.. 😊

I came with pain at RG stone hospital, East of Kailash . Immediately I was seen by Urologist and admitted. On the same day , my procedure was done and got discharge very next day . The whole process was so smooth . I would recommend anyone having Urology related problems to come and get treatment. Dr. Jaya Mam is a god to us. My mother and younger sister both were treated by her. Both of them go through the surgeries, she take care of all the things and inform us with every necessary things. My sister recovered within 1 month of the surgery. I don't have any words for her, she is just so cooperative. Rather then her, actually the whole staff is so cooperative. They are so good in nature. With 1 bell the staff will arrive. After getting admit over there, they take all the responsibilities in there hand only, and they take care of all the things in the best way.
