Got a chance to visit the centre today, however, my grand parents have been getting treatment from Shroff Eye Centre for last 15-20 years. - The centre is very close to metro station so accessibility isn’t an issue. - There is a Paid parking close to the back gate of this centre so parking is sorted - They have a small canteen on the front gate and 1 more on the 4th floor - They have been managing it well in terms of hygiene, processes, staff and other facilities For my grandfather, Dr Shroff got the eyesight when others mentioned that it is impossible to do. You should definitely consider a place for eye related consultation

Absolute disaster of a place. The admin here is equivalent to a govt hospital (probably worse). We went here for the our first consultation. They asked us to fill the form. Fairly "simple" alright - no, Form had a section called "Empanelment". I understand that they want to cover CGHS or other empanelled arrangements but with no description it is confusing. + the admin does not help asking us to make the changes on our own (unlike other places where they ask for clarification orally-after explaining and making amends when they register). When you are paying 1700 bucks you expect certain level of quality. After filling the form and billing, we were asked to wait and the waiting area is not conducive given the COVID is still around the corner. The best part was one of the admin person asking us to mask up which clearly was of no use. Anyways the tests and dilation was fairly quick, but our turn only arrived almost 1.5 hour after tests were done. Also there is no criteria on how patients appointments are presented to the doc. I saw people that were behind us getting ahead of us. Although I think it was this one particular group who were together (one of them ahead of us and one of them behind us) but that person easily manipulated the staff and got ahead of us. When asked about the criteria on how appointments are being prioritize, got a rude answer saying that I will talk to one person at a time. Cmon I know you are dealing with abnoxious patients, but given that this is one of the best eye clinics, surely again they can do much better. We finally got to the doc, we were satisfied by their review and consultation. Overall the experience was like a bad wedding with good food. Hope the admin gets some quality people because frankly speaking the experience is not that of a premium clinic.

Our very first visit to this clinic came via a referral. And found the whole atmosphere extremely welcoming. The organizational setup and working is flawlessly engineered. The consultants are the best minds of the nation, working meticulously and our pride. All other allied staff too is competent, work efficiently and possess humble and affectionate behaviour. Any of our requests are also entertained promptly at every level. Coming to the technology end, the centre remains at the forefront of acquiring the latest and the best medical equipments available across the world pertaining to the precision care. To sum up, this institution is highly valued, providing unprecedented eye care, par our expectations. They continue to gain a lot of praise and goodwill with each of our visits. An excellent eye hospital, situated in Kailash Colony. They have a very proficient team of doctors and up-to-date services. The staff is very polite and helpful. It was recommended to us by a number of friends who had had good experiences there. So did we. My husband had to undergo eye surgery there and everything went smoothly. I heartily recommend this institution for anyone in need of a good eye hospital.

Earlier I did not get time to post the review regarding my nephew visit which happened around few months back, where the concerned doctor was so horrible and rude, with everyone in fact. It was so astonishing to see that how kids were being treated for their eye treatment. I also went to the Manager & GM of the hospital to lodge a complaint and still did not get a satisfactory response other than taking appointment with some other doc. Anyone would pay fees to get the best treatment for their kids, but going to this kind of hospital is actually not worth it, where the only intention is to make money. Kids needs special attention and care and if a doctor is not in a mood that's his problem and other people should not suffer because of him, especially kids. I would advice people going for their kid's treatment should find a better place, as this is not a clinic where your kids will be treated with utmost care. Thanks

I had never come across any complications yet , Dr. Rushad is an amazing and very well experienced doctor. He explains the things very well , he is very polite and humble. Last month I got my dad’s cataract operation at shroff eye center. Our experience was great. The whole process was so structured and was made so easy for us. The staff was very helpful. One of the best eye hospitals in India. We have visited many, but am very impressed with Shroff. I trusted Dr Rushad Shroff with my mothers cataract surgery- let me tell you this was the best decision we ever made. My mother was very anxious, he managed to assure her and this was the biggest thing for me. So many doctors have no time to listen to patients- he was a welcome change. He explained everything in detail and gave us all options- no pressure - In fact he even suggested her a less expensive lens-IOL (not the most expensive one as we had been told to get at another eye hospital) as it would suit my mother's lifestyle more !! We also met Dr Darius Shroff for retina check of my parents- again an excellent eye doc who was able to make my mom laugh and distract her from the anxiety. From the moment you enter, the front area is so nice and open and doesn't feel like a commercial hospital. The person at gate and the reception are very helpful. Counselors are also v good- Ms Shalini was the one we met I think. They do have a lot of patients, we did have to wait a bit and this may be the only slight problem for some- but then any good hospital in India you have to wait a little to see a good doctor, so we did not mind. ( Tip- when bored sitting waiting with parents go get something to eat from Big Chill 2 min walk away and see the cool tree graphic which shows how the eye hospital has evolved over last 100 years). The Consultation is 1700 for first visit- this it is same or less than other top eye hospitals we went to. Most amazing part is that even after seeing many patients, Dr Rushad was so calm and understanding with us. No rush even tho more patients were waiting. The surgery was very quick. My mother recovered fast and I am writing this after 1 month of cataract operation. One post surgery visit was also at their Ghaziabad eye clinic- which was even more efficient than here. We have had zero problems thanks to their care and attention before and after surgery. Even my father ( under Dr Rushad & Dr Deependra treatment for cornea issues) -who doesn't like hospitals or doctors- doesn't mind listening to Dr Rushad! Infact, I have had eye check for LASIK and if doc gives me the go-ahead I will get my LASIK done soon (fingers crossed) and my sister coming from the US also wants to visit doc about LASIK! Haha, I guess he's our family eye doctor now! They have good services. Clean toilets and clean interiors- we saw a person sweeping regularly. Clean cafeteria also- It is good and outside in Open so you can take mask off and eat without worrying about COVID- they don't let you eat inside OPD as COVID protocols are still in place here. My father lost vision in one of his eye! This Institute is much hyped and just a money making machine. I have really bad experience with Shroff Eye Center, Kalash colony. My father, a senior citizen and a patient of diabetic retinopathy was being treated there and the treating doctors were Dr. Cyrus Shroff and Dr Gagan bhatia. They recommended an eye operation and filled gas in retina, after couple of weeks of operation, we were told that the vision would be there soon but one fine day they asked for another surgery on account of retina detachment. Even after the second operation and after charging few more lakhs, they claimed that the nerves are weak and they can't do anything here. Common, how can you do this? When you already knew the nerves are weak than why did you forced two back to back operations? Just to make some bucks? They charge hefty amounts when the treating doctor is Dr. Cyrus shroff, and still all the treatment is given by junior doctors and Dr. Shroff only come there at end to give some final remarks. Really very bad experience with Shroff eye center, would suggest everyone to stay away from them.

2 stars for the reputation that Shroff eye center has. Overall experience is not as expected. Not sure why appointment is required when one is only sitting for more than 2 hours for their turn. On a weekday they have almost 100 people waiting for their turn but the process is so badly managed that it's better to try somewhere else. Reception ladies are also rude to lot of people (thankfully not to me) but not helpful, making fun of people coming to their centre. Although my experience is not yet over but for last 2 hours, really pathetic. Update: the doctor experience was great. But given the wait time, i would be reluctant in visiting them.

I visited this hospital for eye checkup and the doctor appointed to me was Dr Shubha Mehta. As a hospital it was good but that lady doctor was just horrible she doesn't check up my eye properly said proper eye checkup will be just waste of time, just look up to me and said ahhhh you don't have good eye vision , well lady that's why I am here at the first place and the next second I am out of his cabin that's it so I come from agra to hear just this.

Not a good hospital. Routed to Dr. Aashraya Karpe upon appointment of Dr. Cyrus Shroff. Poor treatment by her. She doesn't have sufficient experience, and couldn't help my mother in pain relieving. The hospital couldn't tell the treatment properly and always talk about options like I'm booking a hotel. I went there for doctor consultancy, not for some counsellors advices. Senior or junior doctors out there should keep this in their mind. And so insensitive they are.. even after informing them about expiring of my mother, they are calling just after 2 days for their injection appointment. Very poor pathetic experience

I have been a patient of Shroff Eye Centre for last 40 years. I was operated for cataract for both my eyes 36 years back. Till date I have excellent vision. For normal reading and watching TV / car driving I don’t need glasses. I visit them yearly for my retina checkup as I am diabetic. They always give me excellent service.

I visited Shroff Eye Centre for an urgent eye concern on August 28, 2020. I took an appointment over the phone and was asked to see Dr. Shubha Mehta. I went through the entire series of assessment and was finally seen by the above mentioned doctor. She diagnosed my swollen eye as an allergic reaction and gave two eye drops which turned out to be ineffective. The same night, I could not sleep due to constant itching all over my body. I decided to visit a general physician the next morning since my condition did not get better. Thank goodness for my own insight that I decided to discontinue the eye drops given by the doctor and instead follow the medicines of the general physician. The general physician is a humble doctor named Dr Kapoor, whose clinic is at Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar. His medicines worked like magic on the very first day. All this points to the fact that these private clinics are only fixated on the cost and facade of organised and systematic medical treatment. At the end of the day, it’s all SCAM. I hope this feedback serves as an eye opener for the entire system.

It's not the same Shroff Hospital anymore. They are a pure commercial set up with low ethics. I visited the centre almost a month back. After paying 1800 INR and waiting for 1.5 Hours, Doctor didn't even bother to check the eyes properly. With in 5 minutes she was done. I asked her that why my pupil wasn't dilated like it was done previously. She casually replied that it's not needed. Though, she herself was surprised that why my number for close sight has changed and also she observed beginning of cataract. Still, thorough check up wasn't done. Extremely commercial set up now, they have just too many people to cater to.

These dumb doctors have impaired my vision and I have been suffering because of that. As a citizen I kindly request you to don't go to these maniacs.

Be ready to wait for 2-3 hours minimum. They will give u appointment as if they are very perticular. U reach thr on time and wait for 2-3 hrs with no clue what's ur sequence. And this is the third time it is happening. No covid safety followed. Too crowded. No cleaning if sitting areas I hope better centres open soon

Giving 3 star only for infrastructure. For satisfaction zero star, doctors don't give any positive sign, they are like confused. I don't take name of the doctor. Consultation fee is too high. Really they are looting people for filling their pockets. Not much good not too bad. It's okay if you get results, else time waste and money waste. TAKE DECISION WISELY BEFORE GOING THERE. Visited for retina related issue and LASIK surgery. I was treated under Dr. Rushad Shroff for LASIK and Dr. Sandeep Kumar for retina related problem. Both were quite humble, listened to my problem patiently and would explain all procedures with pros and cons. They've all the latest equipments and knowledge as well. All my queries were entertained and resolved satisfactorily. LASIK- pre procedure, during procedure and post procedure every step was smooth without any problem as such. Within 2 hours I was back home, under 2 days I was able to return to work. Quite an effortless transition this was. Everything is systematic here. On your first visit, you'll be asked to fill a form, related to your personal details. A file number is created and assigned to you. Thereafter, no matter whenever you visit, all your visit details and doctors observations will be there in that file. (Even if it's decades old!!)

Doctors are excellent. 5 star no doubt. But rooms, TPA, billing desk etc are below average. If you don't want to get in unnecessary delays and walking around from one office to other and can find a good doctor elsewhere. Go for it. Else come prepared so you don't feel frustrated. Again: doctors are excellent.

I am taking treatment for last two years from Gurgaon Centre. I am being treated for retina problem in my eyes by Dr. Darius Shroff. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and have observed significant improvement in my vision.I find Dr Darius Shroff highly experienced retina specialist. Over and above he is very humble to his patients and explains all related issues .I would strongly recommend every patient to take treatment from him. The staff is also well behaved and experienced. I took my mother for a cataract check up. The doctors are very kind, professional and courteous. The process is quite smooth, including tests to be done, consultations, corporate insurance tpa etc. For covid they have maintained strict social distancing guidelines. Would definitely recommend this place for any eye related issues such as cataract or other eye diseases.

Don’t ever visit Shroff’s hospital for eye laser surgery. Their inexperienced doctors have totally ruined my sister’s eyes. She still wears glasses after spending lacs of rupees. Centre for sight is far better hospital. My closest friend had SMILE surgery from there and her vision is just perfect.

Have been visiting Shroff Eye Center to Dr. Manish Malhotra since 2014 for my daughter's Cataract in both the eyes. She had cataract by birth in both the eyes. He was the first one of all the doctors which I visited, who told us that she'll be fine and have 100% vision. And here we are today where my daughter has 6/6 vision and is capable of doing anything and everything. Really thankful to him for all the guidance and medical assistance. Never met a Dr like him. Overall, all the staff of Shroff Eye Center is also helpful and kind and always ready to help. Thanks to everyone for everything.

It's my 4th time I'm visiting to the hospital continuously from last 4 weeks for eye treatments (4Laser sitings per eye and Injection). The staff behaviour is very rude. Wasting of time and money. Every time you visit you have to waste your time at least for 2-3 hours. Charge to much but facilities are worst both hospital staff and the treatment. Since then you won't get billed staff would be very polite post that they start humiliating you. Only best part is the Dr. Cyrus Shroff who listens to you medical problem and suggest you accordingly with his assistance along with DR. Stuti Astir to get it done properly.

This place has some wonderful doctors specially Dr. Naushir Shroff. But the worst part of the center : 1. Parking issues, still can be managed. 2. Worst staff one hospital can have. 3. Very rude reception area. 4. For a normal check up you need to atleast waste your 3 to 4 hrs., as staff them self don’t have any coordination. 5. I got my father catract surgery done with Dr. Naushir, it was very smooth and nicely done, but the real pain starts after that when you have to do follow ups, one follow up will take minimun 2 to 3 hrs, which could have hardly be done in 10 to 15 mins. The best part no one is ready to address the concern, as they have an answer we are remapping our system it caused the issues.

During COVID times it was very difficult for me to decide on an eye doctor since I didn't know how safe it would be. But Shroff Eye Centre was very clean, they were taking all necessary precautions and it felt so good to see that social distance was being maintained. I felt safe. The best part about my experience was the highly professional and experienced doctor. 10/10 recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an eye doctor.

This eye center is treating me since last more than 10 years. So far I have good vision and I can lead my normal life. I can never go to any other Dr. For my my eye rather than Dr. Cyrus. His skill is beyond excellence. The clinic and staff are very coordial.

As heard, it is the best eye centre in delhi so it seems, for everyone working here seems overloaded with its fame. Hardly anyone seems interested in discussing patient's problems. Finally I got rid of my glasses! Thanks to Dr. Dariel Mathur. All that I heard about her was true. She’s so kind and experienced that one could actually see that during consultation itself. She did my lasik eye surgery. I thought it’s going to be painful and was super anxious when I saw how the surgery is performed on YouTube! But when I experienced the surgery itself, I was amazed!! It was just 10 mins surgery, no pain at all, by the time I could realize something, the surgery was all done. Dr. Mathur was talking to me throughout the surgery and the entire team in the room made sure I am comfortable and not nervous. I am so happy with the service and honesty I see better than what I saw with glasses haha. There are so many misconceptions in the society about lasik! It’s totally safe and not painful at all. I have been coming to this clinic since 1998. I have never seen such good doctors in a single clinic elsewhere. Dr Cyrus is not only a doctor par excellence, he is humane and extremely caring doctor. The staff in the clinic are also efficient, caring and cooperative.

I had LASIK surgery in January 2019 by Dr.dariel mathur if you are looking for an eye hospital it's best whether for an eye checkup or surgery Talking about the surgery my vision got perfect but I still have dryness and some glare at night but it's not something unbearable it's fine I just wanted to get rid of my glasses glad that I took this decision The staff is very good talking about Dr.dariel Mathur she is polite🙂

Waiting period is too long specially for old n kids. Diabetic patient feels hypoglycemia for sitting so long they don’t even tell how long it ll take. Ur no is uncertain

Dr. Noshir Shroff performed my surgery here in Shroff Eye Centre. He has been very helpful.

For the past six years I was suffering from pain, swelling and blurriness in the retina of right eye, due to black floaters. There was some relief in swelling of the eye and vision only after injection into the retina. To get rid of the above problems, I had also consulted 6 eye hospital but did not get any satisfactory opinion. An ophthalmologist advised me to visit Shroff Eye Centre, Kailash Colony, New Delhi. I showed it in the month of June, 2021 at Shroff Eye Center and came to know that there is endophthalmitis in retina. Dr. Daraius Shroff performed the surgery on 26/07/2021. My eye surgery lasted about 90 minutes and I didn't know how the time went. I did not feel any pain or discomfort during the surgery. Dr. Daraius Shroff did my surgery very well.
