I went for the complete health checkup believing that it will be a world class experience. But to my dismay, overall structure was in shambles. They run diagnostic service for profit only it seems but pay little regard to patient's experience. On day of appointment i.e. 29th Dec we had an appointment of 9:00 am but before 10:30 there was no one to pay heed to fasting patients. At 10:30 they somehow managed to take blood samples and now utlrasound was planned, which they hived off to a third grade lab approx 2 km away where it appeared that they are doing ultrasound for charitable patients. So, virtually they kept us fasting till 12:15 pm and than we were suppose to have our packaged breakfast which became lunch due to timelapse. After all this we kept waiting for TMT, Echo test, X-Ray among other tests. However, i kept chasing their attendants here and there to get the tests done. Finally after lot of trouble at 3:30 pm we left the premise and were told that test reports will be given next day. Today after 2 days and multiple calls our reports have not been provided to us and Physician consultation they mentioned as part of package was non existing. I wont recommend anyone packaged annual health checks from anywhere, especially from Apollo Spectra. I dont know why they are maligning brand of Apollo with poorly run Diagnostic services. Really bad

I wish there were options for negative rating, this people don't deserve 1 star rating as well Don't choose this hospital just because of the rating it's showing on there page, I highly doubt they are paid I had given sample for blood checkup 8 days before and still am waiting for the reports, The reception and lab staff doesn't even bother to pick your call and tell you the reason, I tried calling them from past 5 days and still not getting any solution Very poor service I warn you don't choose this hospital I choose it for a corporate checkup provided by my organization, don't you do the same mistake again And for the management Look into the people and hire some human staff who understands the importance of timely reports When are you supposed to give the blood report, After the patient died or after the reports doesn't hold any significance VERY VERY POOR

It's a multi speciality hospital. But these days it seems not good in medical care. Because no. Of cases they are unable to manage. Need improvement in medical emergencies. It's on the path of another private hospitals to fool the patient family. When they were unable to handle case they didn't refer you instead they said now your patient will get better at home. It's ridiculous. Seriously didn't expect this from them. And all the machinery and medical equipments they are using are outdated and didn't work properly. And the building requires immediate renovation. Because during rainy days there roof started leakaging. I wish I could rate zero star but there is no option available.

My sister had surgery today in this hospital and I would suggest nobody should come here ever. Their protocol which they themselve are not aware of and when we ask anything they just said 'kar rahe h madam'. They even don't bother if a patient waiting for planned admission for three hours where they have called us at their convience nothing was prepared... Even we are still struggling, Hope other shouldn't suffer from all this things.

It was the worst experience for my friend who had to stay an extra day and pay for the services just because the staff took 18 hours to discharge him specially during these critical times of COVID. Since, the cabs are not in service after 9, the staff deliberately delayed the discharge procedures even when they were informed one day prior. And the next day they could not even provide the summary of the operation. And they even dodged the calls of the surgeon when my friend informed him about the mishap. My friend has recorded these incidents and will be reporting to the concerned authorities.

Wards and rooms are neat and clean. 24 *7 store is located in the premises of hospital. 5 to 7 are visiting hours in the evening .

We have very bad experiance in this Hospital. We rechaed at Emergency on 02.06.2020 around 11.30 in night with our 13 Years Kid (Who Cant Speak) affected by Strok & Breathing Problem before start the treatment or Admission they require Rs.70 thousand Advance for ICU & 4500 in cash gor Covid test which result may come after some day. In this discussion they sent our kid in ICU without any attendent or our Knowledge. No Satisfaction we avoid the admission & ask for our kid back. After some time they return back with our kid in very bad Condition Head Enjory & some skrachs in both hands. kids anable to speak. After that around 1.30 am we go in St. Stephens hospital they found very bad condition & try his best till morning but we cant Save our Kid. We advice please avoid this Hospital & save your Family.

i have done my pregnancy ultrasound from the hospital. It was conducted by Dr Randeep Kapoor. It was level two scan . he just gave 5 to 10 minutes time and made a very short report and also an incomplete report. My gynaecologist said most of the markers he did not mention in the report. his behaviour was rude too without any reason. it was highly unprofessional. I did not expect this from the hospital which has good reputation. I don't recommend to anyone.

Please for god’s sake, stay away as far as you can from this hospital and do not bring your beloved family members to this awful and horrendous hospital. My biggest mistake to this date, was to go here, thinking I will receive appropriate care for my father. They are rather “killers” than “doctors”. My father was recently admitted to this hospital on December 15th. He had weakness and had trouble urinating on his own due to minimal body control. On the first day, the staff did numerous tests. I was responsible for obtaining countless overpriced medications, some which even had no purpose. I was shocked to see how the staff, including Dr. Chetan Kuman Jain, behaved with my father, as if he was experiencing a critical life-threatening disease, even though it was a simple case of weakness. The NCV test caused a sheer amount of pain to my father and his condition continued to deteriorate. The doctors should have kept in mind that a 39-kg person is unable to handle these kind of invasive tests. My father, who just 2 days ago, was relatively mobile, now had trouble even lifting a muscle in his hand as he soon became unconscious. The doctors then forced to shift him to one of their affiliated hospitals whose per day charge was triple than Parmanand’s. The doctors also mentioned how my father had heart problems after 5 days, with no valid proofs or cardio tests being done. I figured that this hospital’s sole focus was to literally squeeze money out of our pockets with inhumane behaviour and poor healthcare treatments. I got charged 1 lakh rs and quickly took my father to another hospital. Now, after unintended weight loss and exhaustion, my father is on bedrest and is at the worst physical stage yet. I don't even know how long or if my father is now capable of recovering appropriately. All thanks to parmanand, he is experiencing life-threatening conditions. It's a multi speciality hospital and the doctors are there very qualified and experienced thay did there job excellent but the rooms are not up to the mark the hospital overcharged housekeeping staff are totally useless. My gallstones surgery was done on 30th Dec 2 noon but nobody was there for patients diet till next morning 31 Dec.im highly disappointed with Sant Parma and hospital.

Hospital is well located. It has various departments like Medical, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Cardiology, Nephrology etc. It has well equipped ICU with good facilities and qualified doctors. There is a big Hospital Pharmacy, operated by Sanyog. Parking is good but not sufficient for cars.

Dr l m parashar sir did my wife ear surgery. He is a gentleman doctor with helpful nature and a good human being. We cane from Turkey to do this surgery. Before and after sir explained us all about how the surgery will happen and what precautions we need to take after surgery. Hospital staff is very cooperative and helpful . I had my father surgery at Apollo spectra, overall a great facility and good treatment. Scope of improvement: Network issue inside all floor of hospital.So, something can be done. Billing persons can be more polite while admission. I was forced to pay all my amount during admission. This was a bad experience. Rest doctor, staff, nursing, support and all other facilities are excellent.

From the PSE to post surgery care and discharge, everything was carried out meticulously. The Orthopaedic team members at Apollo Spectra were attentive, caring and provided great hospitality. They were very accommodating of our needs. No stone was left unturned by the nursing and GDA staff when it came to my care. It's a very good Hospital specially in orthopedics field. Shekhar Agarwal visits the hospital who is a specialist in Knee and Hip replacement. It's just outside the Civil Lines Metro station. Staff is very helpful and polite.

If we talk about staff “absolute 5 star” for them but if we talk about process can’t give more than 3 star, “Why” the reasons are My appointment was for 9 am morning with empty stomach, and my first test was done at around 10:30 or 11 I was free from check up by around 4 so it took approx 6-7 hrs which again on very higher side from a normal health check up prices. I had a laproscopic cholecystectomy. My surgeon Dr Usha Maheshwari was excellent. The hospital staff was caring and the entire experience from admission to post operative care was great. The room I was shifted to was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The only things I would ask to be improved are the taste of food in the canteen and the cleaning of the couches at the reception.

I was hospitalized for an emergency laparoscopic appendicectomy within hours of my diagnosis. To be honest I didn't even had the time to process everything, so mentally I was in a state of shock. Kindness is something I received from the beginning. "Priya" from House keeping at the time of admission told me "that we are here for you". It may not matter much, but to someone suddenly at hospital, trying to making sense of the events, such comforting words can really make all the difference. I am grateful and indebt to her for the kindness that she offered me. She helped me with all my personal chores with utmost patience. I would really want the hospital to recognize the efforts of such young women and put in good word for her. One of the best house keeping staff I have witnessed here. Everything is super clean, hygienic and is well maintained. I would like to point out the environment and the attitude of staff is utmost positive. The nursing staff was patient with me and no matter how many times I called them for help they responded patiently. Often nurses can get angry on multiple calls but here I saw none of that. Kanchan ma'am was polite and upbeat and guided me with all necessary requisites. Patients here can live without attendants as nursing staff is very prompt and responsive. My surgeon Dr Anil Malik was very competent. I was operated on Saturday afternoon and discharged on Sunday. (within 24 hours). Since its been 5 days since surgery as I am writing this review, my post operative recovery is going good, there are no complications whatsoever. I do strongly believe that positive work environments make a lot of difference. The whole vibe was optimistic, happy and positive and the entire nursing staff, the floor doctor and Meenakshi ji another house keeping staff were very happy to see me walk back home post surgery. I am forever grateful for the positiveness and the kindness offered along with the care and support which has made my recovery quick and less painful. Thank you Apollo for such a caring experience.

My mother had gall bladder surgery done here. All staff and doctors we dealt with were polite, respectful and efficient, right from all the tests she underwent before the surgery to the care she received post-op. Special thanks and heartfelt gratitude for Dr Usha Maheshwari who did the surgery and Dr Navneet Kaur, who treated my mother for health issues prior to the surgery. And nurse Soni is an absolute sweetheart!

Good facility situated in the heart of Delhi but Indraprastha Apollo hospital on Mathura road is a much better hospital/facility than Apollo Spectra Nehru place comparatively. There are lots of good points for Apollo Spectra, but these are some important improvement points as earlier I've been getting health checkup done from IP Apollo Hospital Mathura road since past two years. Improvement points:- 1) Breakfast should be given on time and in decent quantity as patient is fasting since more than 12 hours. In IP Apollo Hospital Mathura road, they offer great breakfast from 'Whole Foods' by using a coupon as part of the health checkup and it's quite good with decent variety. Similar options should be made available so that the patients can eat properly after a long fasting and get good quality breakfast. 2) In Apollo hospital Mathura road, the doctor is always available to do any of the tests, and I've not seen any patient incl myself waiting for the doctor to do the test which has to be done (tests like USG, 2D Echo which are part of the health checkup package). Similar options should be made available here too and benchmarking can be done with Apollo hospital Mathura road. 3) In health checkup, Spectra Hospital does not give you the films of your USG / 2D echo and only the report is given to you. If ever you need the film for anything else or to show to someone else then you can't get it. So in a nutshell, IP Apollo Hospital Mathura road is much better than Spectra.

Experience of Billing needs improvement, because there is always health checkup package confusion initially. Second time happening to me. Patient has to wait long for Echo to be over as it is fixed for 1 pm. Just a feedback if this can be improved. Rest the nursing staff is very nice. Would like to specially appreciate Mr Ayush and Ms Suma at the Hospital. They were so nice and courteous. Appreciate their excellent service and behaviour

I had my surgery done for nose and ear here in Apollo spectra by Dr. L M Parashar. The surgery went very smoothly...In approximately 1.5 hrs both surgery were completed successfully. The staff was very helpful and active during the whole process. They explained everything in detail from the day we came to this hospital to the day we got discharged. During the night while I was admitted due to surgery I had some discomfort and slight pain. I called the nurse quite a few times, they were really quick to response and treating me accordingly. It was a very good overall experience.
