    They are fake service provider. Today I faced problem. There staff were rude and I don't know how this company is still running. I have a proof of call recording how they easily lied to thier customer. Property owner talked rubbish and abbused me infront of top level managment of mmt staff and they are lying and I face the same problem with the mmt manager staff who clearly told me that we don't do satisfy our client and we listen more to thier property owner. I think deep kalra the founder of the company should take care of their company and take the strict action against there staff they don't know to trust their clients.

    This MMT ir makemytrip called company henceforth kill your trip or their associates who are vendors are swindlers Our holiday to Sikkim and Darjiling was completely mishandled On arrival at bagadodara we made frantic calls to locate their taxi agent We had booked and sent our credentials 3 weeks back they lied and did not make the natula pass impractical planning for visit to Pelling Final coffin to mail there vendor lied and denied us going to tiger hill citing traffic conditions and instead made us come to airport at 830 am for an flight at 130 pm We departed at 5 am for 80 km distance #makemytrip #darjeeling #tourisim #westbengalytourisim

    BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE Does not deserve even 1 star. Do not book a flight with this travel company. They cancel your ticket and impossible to get a refund even though they know what they have done it. Customer service BIG 000000000 Very unprofessional.. #BOYCOTTMMT #avoidmakemytrip

    BE CAREFUL !! If you book a outstation cab from MMT company you must take care of these things: 1 Please click a picture of the Kilometer reading in the car's meter and the time in the car's clock before starting the trip. 2. Ask what is the GST charged by company in the advance bill. This is a major flaw in their accounting system. Later on the driver charges you a different amount and this company says they don't show GST in the customer's bill. Company bill is opaque about it. 3. See that the driver follows the route on Google Maps and does not turn anywhere else, otherwise you will pay for the extra kilometers. If you don't do this, their drivers can fool you by showing extra meter reading and ask extra charges. And company will support the driver and not you !! Customers should start moving to other companies like Uber, Rapido, Ola etc.

    I always booked my hotels and flights with mmt. Now for my flight to Vancouver, which mentions everywhere there are no additional charges for change in dates and only 964Rs for cancellation. I am being charged roughly 10k for change of date and 3500Rs for cancellation. Highly unethical and very very slow customer support due to bad system (they are always taking a lot of time and not able to see what i can see currently on the app for some reason)

    Make my trip is fraud company. Employees of this company make false promises and spoil vacation experience in reaching them. When we were crying for help, MMT staff didn't help. Even investigation team of MMT is biased with operation team. DON'T SPOIL YOUR VACATION TIME WITH MMT and don't take any trip package. After payment of package they'll not attend you. No help during Trip. #noethics #fraudsters #cheaters Zero rating to MMT

    Being your old client decieved 4 unrequired,undemanded duplicate return ticket from Singaporeto Delhi @Rs.19000 on 2nd March 2002 when original booking failed so meanwhile booked by Yatra,but refunded,but should also be fully refunded on forced cancellation of useless Duplicate Ticket on your mistake partially refunded otherwise I stop using your services

    Experience I with my wife waited for good half an hour downstairs Nehru Place office from 10.30 to 11 today on the 18th of May 2022. The office which was showing as "open" was actually closed. I called the CP number, which by chance I could locate on web, to check. The guy answering hung it up, when I asked his name. Was rude to tell that I should check on website only, whatever I wanted to know. The office opened lazily at 11. The guy named Amar Mehta greeted us by giving out that the opening time is 10.30-11 only. I mean it was hilarious to listen to that. (a) There seems no fixed time of opening (b) Info on web is misleading Regarding Service To get the pdf print out for Mauratius, it was to be repeated thrice. Actually they were out of paper. Didn't get one. To get to know about Alaska Package, we were told that Ayush Gupta would explain that. He had not come yet. So the expected answer doled out by generous friend was that he's in a meeting. So much for that. We were promised that they would revert to me on my mobile no. Good begining to my vacation planning! So much for Deep Kalra's vision. Open as many, have none to attend. I'm sure they have cornered some awards too for their presence. Wish them all a happy living!

    It was strange, if we book any holiday package from MMT they won't provide detailed invoice so you cannot claim LTA. Beware if you are planning to book a package and also looking for LTA. Read all the terms and conditions before you book a package, no matter how big it is. Later they will say it was already mentioned and signed by you.

    They are just online trip booking app. No support will be provided after you leave for your trip. MMT executive told me that they have teams in Shimla and will inform if there is any landslides issue and assured me that I can visit there without worry. But they never contacted me for anything. They booked the cab via a third party (Guruji Travels). The driver was from the start trying to scare us how dangerous Shimla is. If you are so scared of hilly regions then why are you driving there. He said Mall road is closed and we can't go there. He took us to Kufri and told us that another cab will take us to the place where there is a temple. The cab we took asked for 1000 Rs. Per person and we spent 3K for traveling to a place where the MMT cab driver could have taken us by himself. I think they have some kind of arrangements over there to loot travellers. On the last day of the trip he was continuously trying to make us stay in Shimla for one more day and was continuously scaring us by telling news stories that this many people died in Solan. These many landslides have happened. He knew these things when he boarded us from the hotel but then he tried to stop us in Shimla and was saying that we should book another hotel. If I had stayed one more day, who know how much money they could have extracted from us. I insisted and we left. There were diversions, but there was a route through which we could leave. I arrived safely at home. But MMT provided the worst experience. Never booking a trip again from MMT. Wished I had checked their rating before booking the trip.

    Highly unprofessional organisation, they took almost 5 months to refund the flight cancellation money, which they themselves had already received from the airline. I had to call them atleast a 100 times and then also they never entertained my queries.

    One of the worst service out there. They don't value their customers. No way to connect them thru calls, chat, mail or Tweet. They are open for new tickets but not for old customers, who already paid a big amount. I recieved a call from their customer service after 72hours after trying everything i could. From finding the chat option in the website. To going to their web page for finding the numbers. Calling their headquarters which connects to wrong numbers. To tweeting them to mailing them my query. No resolution was made even after 3 days. Please don't opt for such third party services who dont value their customers. They are the most fraud company out there
