Such poor service by this store. Regret buying Voltas AC from Reliance store, Ommaxe Cannaught place greater Noida. Been four months of buying this ac and 5 complaints. Moreover, there is proper assurance/assistance from Reliance. Would never suggest buying from this place.

Located at future developing place. Interiors of the mall is pretty good. It's still not fully functional many anchor shops still empty. Small children will like this place because of the kind of artificial dinosaurs which turns it's face n tails and all. So kids will like these things. Outside n of the mall has specious place. Local transport is easily available. You can find major stores inside the mall and also inox, insignia etc. Show off Tajmahal etc. It's a good place to visit overall. A great place to hangout with - for movies or fun. The mall is still under construction and hence there was less crowd late in the evening. It has a huge dinosaur park when is currently closed - 2 huge dinosaur and a hatchling and some small ones in the first floor of the mall. Soon there would be a dinosaur ride for kids and I’m sure it’s gonna be all fun. There is a big Burger King next to the movie screen - just outside the theatres and loved the food over there. We went during late evening - it was all fun and the light settings were very attractive. Situated very close to Pari circle and accessible for people around.

Do not but from here if you do not want your money to get stucked. We went to buy electronics for our new home. Bought 4 Samsung TVs 43 inches. When we made payment, amount of 150000 got deducted and showed on their system as received but they could not generate bill. So instead of giving kacha bill and delivering product. They said please make payment again maybe this time there is no issue. How can you ask for payment again after we already paid 1.5 lakh. Now amount is stuck, they are not sending TVs and asking to wait for 10 days for refund or status maybe bill will be generated. We should have called police but we had kid with us who also waited for 2-3 hours while they were talking though Thierry customer service. Pathetic outlet. Do not trust them. Your money can get stuck anytime and they will not give you product even after taking money

Took 1.5 lakh and did not give product. Daylight robbery. The agent even had audacity to say that you pay again and then we will consider. Manager confirmed that payment is received but just because they had IT issue so they could not generate bill. So they punish their customer, we returned back home empty handed and now 1.5 lakh is stuck. They are saying either it will be refunded in 10 days or they will check if received. All this after knowing they received amount and we showed them bank statement where amount is deducted. If you value your hard earned money then do not go to this store. They will take money and will not deliver product. Pathetic digital electronics store in world. This is last time I visited reliance. You Should not recommend reliance digital even to your enemies. Poor customer services. Made us wait for 2 hours with kid to tell you chat they cannot do anything after receiving 1.5 lakh money and to wait for refund to check with them after few days.

Good and nice mall with different themes..like dinosaurs.. Mall is still under construction and almost 50% empty..its has major showrooms like Shoppers stop, Pantaloons, Reliance digital, etc food chains of Burger King, Taco bell, etc. For movies its Inox. Overall good and nice mall in emerging Greater noida

Huge construction but 95% of shops are unoccupied.Shopper's Stop,Max,Pantaloons are there but store quality is low as compared to otger outlets.Inox for movie.For food- Burger King,Barbeque Nation,Southern express.Few other showrooms like Raymond,Park Avenue,Pepe jeans. Parking is spacious but lot of bad smell there.

The mall is relatively new and does not have all the shops opened. Currently, it seems only 20% of the shops have opened. The major attraction of the mall are the Dinaousors standing tall at the entrance. These Dinaousors are life size like structures and look really amazing. There is Oh Max! In the mall which has a very unique conpect but the entry ticket bis a bit expensive. The mall also has INOX threatre for movies which is really great. Food - you get limited food options in the mall. Burger King, Barbeque Nation, Pizza hut are the known joints in the mall

Omaxe Connaught Place in Greater Noida with Oh!Max Wonderland is the latest attraction for all age groups. Nearest metro station is Botanical Garden. Wheelchair parking and enterance facility available. Many shops have recently been opened there as well as Inox Cinema. The mall opens from 9am to 9pm. The first thing after entering the mall are the huge dragons and for the best view, people can go to first floor. #greaternoida #family #malls #botanicalgarden

Sales mein chust, Service mein super sust! you might get a really good deal at a Reliance Digital store but be prepared to: (a) wait at the billing counter for at least 30 mins for the billing to process (assuming there is no other customer in queue). those guys forget how to process transactions on their system every single day. At least 4-5 execs get together, brainstorm and them get the billing done. Training level - very very poor. Speed of execution - don't get me started on this one. (b) once the product is sold and they get their money, it seems it is tata bye bye from there. our fridge is standing boxed in the house for 2 days now.....and no 1 has turned up to unbox, install and demo it. You call up the reliance digital guys, and their response is either 'we will follow up and get back to you' (which they don't), or, '1 ghante mein ladka pahuch jayega sir' (trust me their 1 ghanta is measured in some different way for sure.

A guy name shaurav behavior is very bad. They always look at their benefits. never look to give discount to customer. At the time of billing, don't know which things they add.. Even after my refusal, they added insurance and removed discount coupons. And when I asked why are you removing the discount coupon, then he say that you have to take insurance.. If you don't, then you will not get the product. I felt that I was cheated there. Mr shaurav was talking very loudly, seemed like he was ready to fight.

Very worse customer service even they have enough of manpower but still no attention to customer. Every employee was doing gossip n no one was showing interest in customer service.

Yes, it exists. Your digits from account will keep on moving for sure once you are in the premises. Options of electronic items. Can get good deals. Depends on season and festivities also. Sales guys needs to be more polite and have some.patience to hear out. Can have options of finance and all. But before final touch evaluate options if you have.

Mostly good service. Prices are reasonable. One should definitely try bargaining. 2%-3% discount is completely normal.
