Totally disappointed. I thought it would be a restaurant. It's a small place, order your food and go. We waited an hour and 15 for the food and they gave it to us cold. The cold and soft fries. The wings were also cold. My daughter asked for boneless wings of 6 and one of them was very small. We ordered an order of wings with garlic and Parmesan cheese and they only added Parmesan cheese on top and no garlic flavor. I had visited Wing Stop in Pennsylvania and it was a great experience and full of flavor. Wing Stop in Rochester NY was a sad experience.

We ordered online for pickup, wings are mid, too much Cajun seasoning on the fries even after specifying “light seasoning”. Ordered extra ranch for the wings and chicken fingers, didn’t get extra ranch but also didn’t get the basic 2 dips that should automatically come with the order. So $40 worth of wings and ZERO dip. Called to notify the restaurant and they hung up on me. Pretty elementary mistake, and deplorable service to add, so yeah, I recommend you skip this place.

Ordered online. Gave a wait time of 33-39 minutes, arrived 30 minutes later to still have to wait on my food in a small packed space for an additional 30 minutes. After all that food was ice cold 😩🥲. Like how is that even possible. First and last time going there. Food was mid. Ranch was good. Girl with blue n pink hair good customer service. Oh yea and they don’t wear gloves. It’s a no for me!!

The Wing Stop in Greece Ridge Mall is very unprofessional and lacking leadership skills. I visited Wing Stop a few weeks ago and ordered a few combo meals. I realized that after 20 or 3o minutes later, there were people receiving their food before me? I kindly ask the supervisor (who pretends to act like she didn't see me) about why I haven't received my order after 20 minutes. The supervisor had told me they were serving people who ordered online first. So, I kindly asked her for a refund because I wasn't going to wait for 30 minutes to receive my food. I told myself I would never go back to Wing Stop because It is very unorganized and very unprofessional. I can guarantee you the way they are conducting their business they won't be out here in Greece for very long. I haven't given one star once in the post about 3 years ago. I am very disappointed and shocked by management.

Seeing all the bad reviews really made me very hesitant to even go and try it. Went this morning soon as they opened at 11:00 I received my food at 11:40 which honestly wasn’t too bad. It was piping hot. Chicken was good just missed a little flavor. Corn was amazing!! Chicken tenders are definitely the best. And of course the ranch… definitely is what the hype is about! The ranch is the absolute best ranch I’ve ever had!!!!! Overall the customer service experience was pretty good. The young lady at the front was very nice and helpful and wasn’t rushing us to order. As the day goes on I can see how it can become frustrating. Give it some time after the hype dies down and this will be my new late night dinner!!!

Not sure why this place gets bad reviews. I went around 11am when they opened and got our food by 11:15am. Food was hot and fresh and the workers were so nice. One of them put a smiley face on our bag and another one asked if we needed a high chair for my daughter - I didn’t even need to ask! Will definitely be coming back

Never been inside the restaurant. I always use doordash to order Wingstop, and so far the wings are really good for an okay price. They usually come out crispy, juicy and tender each time. Fries are not always the crispiest but they are always well seasoned. They don't disappoint for the most part. Honestly don't get the bad reviews.

This was my first time trying wingstop and it was surprisingly really good! The customer service was helpful and nice and the wait wasn’t too long! And the food was amazing. But one little complaint is that it’s very small and crowded.

Visited on Superbowl Sunday and expected to be rushed to order on a busy day. I was greeted by LaDarris and was invited to take my time. He made a couple of suggestions for me to try and add on but wasn't pushy. Store was spotless and everyone was focused on what needed to be done. Very inviting, clean, delicious. I'd never visited a Wingstop before and was hesitant being such a busy day. I was very impressed by everything I experienced. I was told that this particular store was under new management and that the best was was yet to come. If this place can do better than they did last night then I will be back and will be back often. Great experience. I highly recommend this spot to all that enjoy wings and great service.

The workers were backed up and politely reminded us that it will take a minute. We understood and were in no rush. They were short staff and the staff that were present were nothing but kind and trying they best to keep up with the rush of customers. The food was great esp the ranch! Get the ranch yall!!!!!

Terri is awesome! As many times as I have come here, the employees didn’t seem to genuinely love what they do, but she on the other end has great customer service, great energy, and a positive attitude! She definitely deserves a spot here and a higher position here ❤️! Keep up the great work!

i placed my order, drove 20 minutes to the store to pick up my food, said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes so o thought it would be quick in and out right? no. places to order at 9:00, got here at 9:21 and i’m still waiting and don’t even see my order and it’s currently 9:38. 3 more people showed up for orders they also placed at the same time around as me and i don’t even see their order either. these people don’t know how to be efficient at all do not go here. there are so many other places that are faster service and much better wings. these wings taste like garbage the only good thing about my order was the corn. that was the only good thing everything else was awful.

Honestly I was nervous to go because if the reviews but my bf and I ordered the boneless meal deal. We went around 2-3pm and it was busy. The girl at the register was nice and helpful. Little to no seating but that’s not a huge deal. Waited about an hour, if you ask how much longer for your food it seems like it comes out faster after that. The food was actually really good, the wings were super crispy and hot, the fries were okay nothing special. Overall was good
