Its so unprofessional. The community manager thinks she can talk and treat people anyway. Wheni complained to upper management nothing was done. Appliances are old as hell .. Very unprofessional . There private owned so be careful horrible place. And i moved out over a month ago and i have yet to see my security deposit . AVOID AT ALL COST!

Loud traffic, loud neighbors, busy road, lots of noisy road construction, entry doors broken weekly, squeaky floors, paint peels off walls. Old appliances, expensive laundry! Keep looking....you get what you pay for!

Any negative reviews here obviously either never paid their rent or didn't take care of their apartment. I've never lived anywhere that such a responsive and efficient maintenance staff. Emergencies are immediately taken care of, routine maintenance within a few days. The property is taken care of, improvements are made, the office has always been fair and professional. I've sent 3 recommendations to them that have all happily moved in and chosen to stay also.

Jane, the office manager is very kind and professional. She helped quite a bit during my move last year. Free water, heat and garbage more than makes up for the expensive laundry. And I can always get my laundry done at a family member's house when money is tight. I'm happy here and would recommend it.

I’ve lived here for years and love it! The property folks from office to maintenance are excellent. I rarely call maintenance but when I do they respond quickly. The property is well kept, especially during snowfall. Kids are kind and not playing in the road. It’s within walking distance to stores which is great in warmer weather. Highly recommended!

Nice location, easy access to many stores. Great service during the winter! Free heat. And affordable rent and senior-discount. Old buildings, but nice and roomy space. Only my problem that they don't update the appliances. I have a 30+ year old fridge, not great energy-efficiency. Same with window air conditioners, they are pretty old, again, not energy efficiency.

Just want to said thank you to jane the office manager for helping me in the process of getting the apartment she was very helpful and polite. My uncle has live here for over 7 years he never had a problem thats why i choice to move here it was the best decision again thank you jane

Maintenance is awesome. Rent is affordable and neighbors are friendly. Washer and dryers are a bit expensive, but most people go to the laundromat anyways. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for something that is nice and quiet and also affordable.
