is
probably
the
first
time
in
my
life
I've
reviewed
something
lol.
Ive
lived
here
for
two
years
now,
the
management
has
changed
several
times
which
has
caused
alot
of
confusion
and
excuses
as
to
why
things
aren't
being
followed
through
on.
I'm
a
very
laid
back
tenant
and
have
not
had
a
working
dishwasher
the
entire
two
years
I
have
lived
here.
I
spoke
with
Kristina
(leasing
consultant
before
first
management
change),
Dominque
(old
property
manager),
Erin
(District
Manager),
the
current
regional
manager
although
his
name
has
slipped
my
mind
and
several
others.
I
had
to
track
down
the
District
manager
because
the
lower
level
associates
were
so
inefficient
and
unorganized.
After
having
a
reassuring
conversation
with
her
about
the
inappropriate
behavior,
extra
charges
to
my
account,
eviction
notice
that
was
sent
because
of
those
mistaken
charges,
broken
appliances
,
etc.
I
am
still
being
charged
an
extra
$185
per
month
and
still
no
working
dishwasher..
it's
a
quiet
enough
complex
besides
the
occasional
belligerent
tenant
that
screams
out
her
window
if
you
park
your
car
infront
of
building
