Not trying to bash them but want to warn future tenants to do their research and not believe the website. A current tenant that always pays on time and has done everything to keep the apartment clean and in good shape. But was mislead in the beginning about what was included and the price and have been dealing with mice and roaches in our apartment and building. They charge you for water based on your building and it has been increasing. Can’t wait until the lease is up so we can move and stop dealing with the stress of this place. Also you are forced to pay for cable and have to set it up yourself since they make it part of your rent.

If I could give it a 0, I would. The worst place ever to live. They rob cars daily, they don’t have cameras around, maintenance don’t do anything at all. I’ve been living here for a couple of months, my floor started to lift and I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 months now and they haven’t done anything about it. I left a message, maintenance came but never came back. Pick something else guys, the rent is not worth it for these apartments. $1,060 for 1 BR and don’t care about who lives there. Mice all around the building. I try to be the cleanest but there’s always something that messes up.

Do not move here, mold, mice, roaches our whole building is infested. Other than the fact that rent is ungodly over priced. I have had a leak in my ceiling since December 2020 that escalated after maintenance put a hole through it with a screw driver and gave us a bucket....Not kidding we still have the bucket. I have called, submitted tickets, and been in the office. They are not going to fix it. The buildings are old and outdated. Trust me spend your hard earned money someplace else

Run! Nasty and ghetto tenants. Staff does absolutely nothing about it. They steal your packages, everything is broken, roaches mice disgusting.Neighbors fighting each other every day. Kids eat and throw their trash in the hallways. No one cleans up after themselves. They break into your home and your vehicles. Loud music played throughout the entire day! Awful and horrible. Price for this place is ridiculous.

Beware the model apt will look nothing like the apt you get. Old outdated dirty carpet in halls the homeless using the bathroom in hallway rats infection mold in bathroom

Roaches..Rats..need I say more? I approached the office with the issue and they offered to treat my apartment, but when I asked about the surrounding apartments, the lady in the office(short hair, glasses) stated: “since your the only one that has complained..no”. Meanwhile, my neighbor works in the office stated while being in the office, that she has also seen a few…this place is disgusting and not worth the $1,000 with all the hidden fees and cable that you don’t need added to it.

It’s a great place to live, lots of live life nature and trees, 🌳 good for oxygen levels people are nice only thing needed is a nice make over and Greece commons, will be perfect. 👌🏾

Greece Commons, for the area and the price, is a overall very good experience. Nice park vibe with trees and grassy areas, decent quality apartments and overall good experience with management and maintenance. Location is convenient with the mall and a variety of shopping and food nearby. Definitely a score for someone looking at this area and price point.
