All around awful. If you like bad maintenance, over priced rent, nosey neighbors, stupid rude people working in the office, hearing your neighbors clear as day through the walls fighting, having sex or even having a normal conversation, smelling what your neighbors cooking or smoking 24/7 then this is the place for you! Worse place I've ever rented all-around awful. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Trust me do not rent here. I should've listened to the reviews that have complained about the same exact thing for years now

Tofu drudge apartments. Passive aggressive money hungry leeches. My rent went from 750 to 865 for a studio apartment. The basements studios are glorified basements with spiders, ants, and bug infestation for God only knows where. Never rent from here. It's not worth it. 2.6 stars says a lot about them and how they treat their tenants. 02/09/2023 Instead of fixing the things they need to fix and make it insect ready, I fled for my safety. My 1400 dollar computer had to be scrapped because of all the bugs inside that melted the motherboard. Now they want to say I broke the lease and owe them money. New York corruption at its finest. Please people, deter away from this place, it will only bring you financial ruin. Update 02/28/2023 I see the ponzi scheme. They force people out by not fixing anything. Then they force you into court for lease breaking while leaving the apartment empty so they could say it was the leaders fault. Very disgusting money hungry dirt bags. Never rent from here.

A complete mini city of Rochester ! Street gutters litterly safety hazards. Trash all around dumpsters including old tv's ,furniture also trash also spills over into the Greece Baptist church property. There is actually a stop sign installed on the left side of one of its roads. Police often in the complex. There is so much wrong with this complex it has ruined public safety on nearby streets. It is sadly not a pleasant complex. This complex and Now Fielding Garden Apartments has gone down hill badly since the Dimino family has sold its properties. So badly Long pond Senior Apartments installed a tall wooden fence separating the two apartment complex. Not a place to raise children at all!

It has potential but there’s no accountability and a lot of staff time is wasted time. For instance, the lobbies NEED to be repainted and debugged in the buildings, but the natural wood doors have been ruined in every apartment because they’ve been painted over badly. The actual grounds outside are terrible. Very little grass. Very muddy. The leaves in the roads have been turning to mud because they don’t get cleaned up in autumn. The community itself is better if you don’t speak to many people because a LOT of these people here don’t actually live here and are friends/ drug users with some people that DO live here.

WORST apartment complex ever DO NOT LIVE HERE. Nothing but issues and they won’t fix anything. A baby is smarter than the people who work there. All the workers have poor communication skills and all the did is sit on their lazy A****. The “new manger” lies and tried to blame us for things that said they would take care of multiple times because they don’t want to put anything in the computer and took a large part of our security deposit check because of something that was THEIR fault. They don’t even have cameras in the office which isn’t safe. Which this apartment complex isn’t even safe anyway with gun shots, cops there all the time, drug dealers and people coming up to your cars in the parking lot asking for money or drugs. I WOULD NEVER WISH THIS ON ANYONE. Please don’t live here.

Management is terrible, maintenance is terrible (they do not care and are not experienced). The plumbing, heating and water is terrible. The outside area is not kept up, the buildings are old and falling apart, the roof leaks into the apartments (and management doesn’t care). You can definitely find somewhere better to live do not ignore the bad reviews for this place! I made that mistake while my house was being built.

Apartments are a good size but not for their price. Heat has not worked since i moved in. Power to my Ac plug was turned off during a heat advisory for over 24hrs because maintenance was to lazy to fix it from leaking in another apartment so they cut it off instead. Also keep your door chain on because staff has a tendency to use their key and just walk in if you don’t answer your door after a few knocks. Woke up to my door being opened by them more than once. Walls are also very thin so you hear everything, such as your neighbors phone calls

Zero maintenance and unprofessional staff members. Just making money and don’t care about the customer. Won’t recommend for living and particularly for family.

Only cares about money and not quality of life. So disappointed in management but it's a lesson learned.

worse apartment ever, they only care about your money to the point that after they told me and my husband that we won't have no problem on staying, out of nowhere they decided to kick us out mind you I have a 6 month baby the neighbors make so much noise is ridicules also the people from the office are to face they act all nice with you but when is time to pay and u have a problem they be come the most toxic and rude people please don't rent here is point lest 2.6 start is sad it should have a 1.0 start
