The place is decent LOOKING for Greece apartment living. However, my roommates, my fiance and I have lived here for 5 months, and within this time we've had far too many issues between the management and the other tenants. We have been accused on multiple occasions for drug use by our neighbors, who have made it very evident that they don't want us here and will go above and beyond to get us evicted. They consistently call the police and report it (When we do not use drugs within the vicinity, or disturb their living whatsoever). The management have done nothing help stop the harassment by our neighbors. Instead, they have warned us, as well as charged us, for the police being called so many times without knowing for a fact that we were doing any of the things we have been accused of. We feel as though we have been harassed and wrongfully treated for a majority of the time we have lived here due to being visited by the police so many times, being called on multiple occasions by management to be warned of an eviction, and being wrongly accused of things we are not doing without reasonable, or plausible cause. We now have been told that we have 30 days to leave due to more untrue accusations from our neighbors. Not that I am very upset by this news, but it's a huge inconvenience to us, as it would be to anyone; especially when the reasoning is completely unjust and uncalled for. To anyone considering moving into Stoney Creek Apartments: don't move in unless you are above the age of 40, work full time, do not make hardly any sound, meet all of the neighbors beforehand, do NOT smoke or use drugs, do not smell at all, and are okay living under many rules and regulations, similar to those of a monitored group home. You must also be okay with the screaming of old women being abused by their caretakers/ nurses. Signed, a not so happy, almost Ex- tenant

Like to make up rules as they go. Try to evict you because of the vehicle you drive even though they okayed it when you moved in. And Then try and force you to pay the remaining of the lease. Hope you have a good lawyer like I did. they'll be trying to squeeze you for every dime that they play God and think that you owe them your life. You will have to take them to court like idid for you get your full deposit back. They think the laws don't applied to them and they can do whatever they want. They single out people and their lease is not legit. If you ever wanted to get treated like a real person with respect you have to wait till the weekend and talk to Sara. The only person who cares about the tenants. The other management don't care about what needs to be done they don't care about your issues all they care is about money at all four locations. I used to work on the maintenance team and they targeted me because I quit on them. There are things that they do that sickens me it puts the residence health and safety at risk in all four of their complexes. Do not move here this place turned into a joke and management does not seem to care.

We got a townhouse here in December.and we have had trouble since we been here neighbors don't watch there children there outside all hours of the night riding bicycles walking all over other peoples lawns people just don't watch there children certainly not respect others.were working with management but if things go..keep up we will go elsewhere..management has been very helpful so far..my mom has been here for 28 yrs and it was Beauitful.but it has gone downhill hope it doesn't get worse I still have relatives at stoney Creek every time I come here a lot of people here have sheets on the windows for 3 4 5 months I thought that was illegal in the paperwork. Anita is wrong the children in the 933 are we're unsupervised and they were wondering around the neighborhood all hours of the night with there bicycles..... believe what you want drive around and see for yourselves..check out this complex for yourselves.... Worst place I've ever lived at don't go there....Don't move here my aunt and a few other people I know are moving out due to children walking around the complex at night herrassing older people looking in there windows you call the office and then don't want o do anything about it I guess there scared to say something..what a shame they rather have good people move out and the scum stay there

Management is rude and disrespectful. They would never listen to what I said. Apparently the new tenant that moved in below me though my music and tv was too loud. As well claimed I was shouting and slamming doors. I have thrown mulitple party's and never got a complaint. I've lived here for a year and a half paying 800 a month. I shouldn't have to live uncomfortably in my own home and management basically told me it wasnt their problem. Never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. Unless ur over 40 and want to deal with the worst management ever then this it's the place for you.

Lived there nearly 3 years in 2 different apartments. Initially liked the apartment and the complex, but management standards dropped alarmingly in the last few months. In my opinion it's now become a shoddy operation with sleazy business practices - they will avoiding replacing anything, but then try to find ways to charge you for replacements. Steer well clear unless the management changes again.

DONT MOVE HERE!!! Rent go up every year 15-30$, You can’t have a charcoal grill or a fire pit. The town houses are cheaply made for what they want on a monthly basis. They have poor communication with the office. They miss placed my rent Check asked if I can send them out another one but end up receiving it and never even gave me a call to let me know I had to call them and didn’t even offer an apology for their mixup

I love it here been here over a year I've had no problems. Management is great I love Courtney she's my go to person. There was never a problem with the kids in the complex the kids were always inside of their homes by 9pm and they knew when to keep the noise down. Donna complaining about the kids is being ignorant. The kids are always respectful to the adults. Donna and her husband always yelled at the kids, called them out their names and also had threatened them. Must I say I don't have any kids of my own but I know some of the kids in the complex. Watch out guys if you get them as neighbors be careful around them. She definitely thought the grass/lawn was her own.❤❤❤

I love it here lived here for over a year now. Management is great. Courtney and Arianna have been wonderful to me. We have had some problems but they were on top of it in the matter of days. The DBI employees are very kind and always here to help(joe is the best). Would recommend this complex over any other apartment complex in Greece!
