This place smells like a middle aged man's taint after not showering for a week.

Hated living here nobody who works here is willing to work with anybody or act like a decent human being all the places have mice in the basements that flood on the regular with non-working washer and dryers and a strange infestation of spiders and large Carpenter ants. Much nicer and larger areas to live many other parts of Greece and Rochester just keep looking this was not worth it

Somehow I signed a lease to a place I didn't even get to see before signing the lease. Yes I did need a place but she made it a fact that I could not see the apartment until after I sign the lease. Some of the sketchiest behavior I've ever seen. When you live here you will see nothing but stink bugs, spiders and mold on Windows. The leasing agent will think it's appropriate to hang up on you. As a tenant of 3 years (not by choice) I would say save your money. She makes the people in my building romove every thing from the hallways (fire hazard or not) for the sake of one tenant who isn't going to be staying here anymore but complains day and night. And when it comes to us living here together the squeakiest wheel shouldn't get the most oil. neighbor has to get his refrigerator fixed apparently couldn't even get it within the same week. They will tell you that deposit is cheap or zero. But in actuality if you don't make a whole lot they don't want nothing but a double deposit. Doesn't matter how good your credit is even though they pull on it. they used to let people bring payment's down to the office now they have it to where you have to mail it in just so they can get a late payment fee. yes they have online payments. The way online payment works is that both people have to be able to use it. I made the mistake of paying $615 which was my old rent and got hit with the 50$ charge of a late fee instead of just working it out (for the honest mistake of 10$, 625.) do not fall for this scam. they would rather let the garage sit there to upcharge tenants while rotting with festering rats instead of letting tenants use them.

don't trust people who charge you 50 for a late fee, when the late fee was just a mistake on paying the old rent by accident (615) was what we payed. they hit us with a full late fee because we forgot it was 625 and they had no problem cashing the check.

Perfect floorplan to hear your roomates every bowel movement. 800+ nightmarte. They increase the price expotenially every year without maintaining the complex. Expect to go months without lights being fixed and weeks of not having a washer and dryer. Once they have your money you are invisible. Expect to pay +800 per month for a hallway. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

This place is too noisy and smells bad. Beware, they keep (steal) the whole security deposit $ even for a tiny stain on the carpet.

My son and I have lived here for 3 years and our moving is bittersweet as we have greatly enjoyed our time at Dohr but are buying our own home. We have loved the sense of comfort and security of the small building including having only a few immediate neighbors that we have had the pleasure get to know. I have read complaints online regarding management enforcing things like fire safety (in the hallways) and late fees being added when the renter was clearly in error. I have never had an issue with Kathleen and frankly I would shy away from an apartment that did not take safety seriously! Furthermore I have found Kathleen and her maintenance crew to be accommodating and helpful every step of the way. Add in the amazing location close to Lake Ontario and the 390 and you have found one amazing place to live!

Wow I just got off the phone with Kathleen after asking questions about how to rent and she was extremely short and rude . If this is the customer service its really sad
