So
disappointed!
Over
20
years
with
this
group;
one
horrendous
procedure
followed
by
poor
customer
care
.
.
.
I'm
out!
I
had
an
abscessed
tooth
(under
a
crown)
and
was
in
pain.
They
put
me
off
for
a
appointment
in
a
few
days.
Next
day
pain
is
8+
and
I
call
to
beg
for
a
time
slot.
They
do
take
me
in,
xray
and
in
30
seconds,
the
problem
and
the
solutions,
extraction
or
root
canal
(I
decide
root
canal)
are
discussed
with
a
very
nice
woman
dentist,
another
appointment
is
made
and
I'm
sent
off
to
get
antibiotics
and
pain
killers.
Next
appointment,
I'm
surprised
to
meet
another
dentist
(man)
who
wants
to
discuss
options
and
I
tell
him
that
I'd
already
had
a
consult
and
decided
root
canal.
He
tells
me
to
book
a
date
and
this
2
minute
exchange
now
cost
$150+.
What?
And
not
covered
by
insurance.
Why
should
it
be?
It
was
redundant
and
all
of
2
minutes.
When
I
return,
I'm
in
full-blown
abscess
again.
He
chastises
me
for
not
coming
in
sooner
but
his
schedule
dictates
that.
I'm
rife
with
anxiety
but
no
mention
of
sedation,
no
comforting
words,
just
right
into
work.
Mouth
chocked
open
for
2
and
a
half
hours.
Drill,
drill,
drill.
No
talking,
no
reassurance
that
this
is
not
a
circle
of
Hell,
no
end
in
sight.
I'm
told
part
2
of
the
procedure
could
be
just
as
long
and
to
make
the
appointment.
So
when
I
call
the
office
manager
to
unpack/discuss
my
concerns
she
says
she'll
call
me
right
back.
I
called
7
times
over
3
weeks.
She
never
returned
my
call.
The
subsequent
appointment
was
not
found
on
their
books.
Seriously?
I'm
not
begging
to
go
in
for
any
more
of
this.
The
general
dentist
was
dismissive,
uncommunicative,
