😠 So disappointed! Over 20 years with this group; one horrendous procedure followed by poor customer care . . . I'm out! I had an abscessed tooth (under a crown) and was in pain. They put me off for a appointment in a few days. Next day pain is 8+ and I call to beg for a time slot. They do take me in,... People often mention appointment, years, office,

What a complete mess of a location. Had major oral surgery here 6 months ago and most of my appointments were complete disasters with miscommunication. The procedure itself was ok but all communications from the office and Dr were disastrous. Now I go for a follow-up and amazingly even though the office was perfectly able to contact me to confirm my appointment, suddenly when they "tried" to contact me to inform me the Dr was not going to be there - my number was suddenly blocked. Of course they couldn't possibly look into the fact that their system noted I was not getting this message. No they let me drive the 30 minutes plus schedule my Saturday around this appointment just to tell me it was my fault I didn't know and then proceed to ignore me.

So disappointed! Over 20 years with this group; one horrendous procedure followed by poor customer care . . . I'm out! I had an abscessed tooth (under a crown) and was in pain. They put me off for a appointment in a few days. Next day pain is 8+ and I call to beg for a time slot. They do take me in, xray and in 30 seconds, the problem and the solutions, extraction or root canal (I decide root canal) are discussed with a very nice woman dentist, another appointment is made and I'm sent off to get antibiotics and pain killers. Next appointment, I'm surprised to meet another dentist (man) who wants to discuss options and I tell him that I'd already had a consult and decided root canal. He tells me to book a date and this 2 minute exchange now cost $150+. What? And not covered by insurance. Why should it be? It was redundant and all of 2 minutes. When I return, I'm in full-blown abscess again. He chastises me for not coming in sooner but his schedule dictates that. I'm rife with anxiety but no mention of sedation, no comforting words, just right into work. Mouth chocked open for 2 and a half hours. Drill, drill, drill. No talking, no reassurance that this is not a circle of Hell, no end in sight. I'm told part 2 of the procedure could be just as long and to make the appointment. So when I call the office manager to unpack/discuss my concerns she says she'll call me right back. I called 7 times over 3 weeks. She never returned my call. The subsequent appointment was not found on their books. Seriously? I'm not begging to go in for any more of this. The general dentist was dismissive, uncommunicative,

Patient for 2+ years, one of the worst medical experiences of my life. Dr. Restrepo-Jaramillo, is excellent and very friendly, but the office itself constantly made costly errors for my treatment. Canceling several appointments without telling me until I arrived for them, losing my paperwork on several occasions, not calling back when treatment issues occurred, failure to communicate with insurance companies, and shipping treatment products to the wrong address. Problem after problem. Can't recommend this place less. Only reason its 2 and not 1 is because the doctor herself was lovely and office workers were at least friendly.

My root canal today has been rescheduled 2 times, apparently Dr is leaving the practice and they tried cancelling my appointment again today. They are now charging me more $$, not sure why.... bc Dr leaving? ,In pain so unfortunately rescheduling is not an option. Have appointment for cleaning and will never come back. I suggest you try to look elsewhere for an appointment.

I went to Western New York dental at the advice of my sister who also goes there. I changed dentists because I had been with a dentist for nearly 20 years that did not take my insurance. At Western New York dental I had a procedure done that I was putting off for years. Dr. Sealy is absolutely amazing. His bedside manner is awesome, and he is a really down-to-earth guy. His assistant was lovely also. Very cool people, totally calmed my anxiety about having the procedure done. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I have been a patient since it was Dental Associated; now 34 years. I have gone through several hygienist throughout the years but I truly like Pam C. She's knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and personable. She's truly an asset there. The Doctors have always been great and pleasant. I highly recommend WYNDG-Greece.

I moved to Albany NY almost 2 years ago and chose to continue seeing these doctors in Rochester. They are the best I've ever had. They coordinate my appointments for when I will be visiting almost every time I need an appointment. Dr Sealey has done 3 root canals and I've fallen asleep during 2 of them. That never happens given my terror of dentistry. Both Drs. Sealey make me feel comfortable, are patient with my anxiety and a lot of times make me laugh through my nervousness. I cannot say enough about both of them and their wonderful staff. I tell everyone I know in Rochester about them and how awesome they are. Thank you Dr Mr and Dr Mrs S!!

Family of 5 and patients for 20 years. Practice established new policy of charging patients $100.00 for cancelations without 24 hrs notice. However, they canceled my appointment within the hour of the appointment without any regards for my time. Waiting to see if they will give a $100.00 credit to my account based on the value of my time also. They also bill you based on estimate for what insurance will cover. The estimates are always wrong and you need to reimburse your flexible spending account out of pocket. We’ll probably look for another practice. Very disappointed after so many years of going there

I’ve never had a problem. I have been going to them since 1986. I have loved all my hygienists Penny (retired) Pam(left for a different job) now I have Reda. I had Dr Dow for 2 pregnancies. After she left, I seem to get whatever doctor is available. That would be my only complaint.

This place is highly unprofessional and dirty. They couldn’t give me simple answers to whether or not I had a co pay and had me waiting in the office for several minutes .
