There was miscommunication about the nature of my appointment between the front desk and therapist. I was going to be charged around $300 because of my insurance but I didn’t have time for a full length appointment (I had to go to work and I was in the waiting room past appointment time). The last I was informed by the front desk, I would do a brief check in with whoever took me back and could return on a day off as a walk-in. My experience with the therapist was awful, I urgently need help now - not criticism, threats, and responses like “I’ll be the one who decides that” when I state facts I know about myself. I ended up being charged more than $300 and lost faith once again in the mental health system.

Do your self a favor now and run as fast as you can. I was a patient for two years and all they could tell me was that the system was broken. Im sorry FU you are the system!!!! And I was the one who is broken. They will let you down. After I found a new clinic they sent me two emails and a written letter saying I failed to meet my goals . No what the truth is that pine wild failed me.

The counselor and Dr that I have personally seen and dealt with have been very good and communicate well with me, my spouse, and the other people on my medical team. The entire team is Unity based and I believe that helps facilitate the communication. In short, I have nothing negative to say and encourage anyone to use this resources available at this facility.

Highly thankful for finding both my psychiatrist and psychologist here. Both are excellent practitioners, and are very caring! It helps if you are already part of the RRH network since all of your records and appointments are accessible via the portal in one place. I have been empowered to set own goals and genuinely consulted about changes to prescriptions/dosages and treatment plan. I feel respected and valued as a patient, which has not been my experience at other practices. My only complaints are the lack of weekend care (there's an emergency service line, but it is via a 3rd party who have no access to your records, medications, or the ability to write new scripts in an emergency as there are no doctors/nurses present), and that the building is outdated with worn furniture and stark/sterile decor, bathroom is dingy, and generally does not provide a great calming or welcoming vibe; I much prefer the video visit option. It's also really tricky to get through to the front desk sometimes because the number listed on Google is incorrect, and the callback number from their office is outgoing only. If I had written this review a year ago, I would have given a much lower rating-- they have really improved their administration staffing and procedures, and changed some key personnel in the practice, which has made it a completely different experience. I used to fight to get reauthorizations taken care of, prescriptions to actually get sent, messages to make it successfully from the front desk to my doctors, but since the beginning of 2023 I've noticed a vast improvement! Keep up the great work, and thank you for serving the community in such an integral manner.

I had been going to the facility for eight years and I had needed of an emotional support letter and they did not know how to do them and refused. These Doctors and therapist must own there own home because some of us rent we need letters, and I really need my cats. My cats help me deal with my conditions.

I’ve been a patient here for the last 6 years and connected with the best therapist I’ve ever had. Scheduling is flexible, the staff down to the front desk are friendly and reassuring. They offer group, couples, and individual therapy. I’m very thankful for the staff at Pinewild and my amazing therapist, Gianna. In my opinion this place is underrated but they are consistently improving in all areas as far as training and adding more staff, etc. they take lots of different insurance options as well. I encourage anyone who is on a therapy journey to give Pinewild a shot.

Seems they still require face diapers/breathing disrupters for the flu. I personally identify as someone who always has a face diaper on, just because you can't see it doesn't mean it isn't there. Plus 90% of people who wear them wear them incorrectly, therefore causing the wearing of face diapers to be ineffective. I'd give zero stars if I could.

it's a shame the therapists cancel appointments without warning and then not telling you why!
