This is a terrible place. I fear for my son’s safety, mental and physical well-being, being in there. They don’t treat it like a treatment, they treat it like a prison. The staff lies and get away with it. I strongly, STRONGLY urge any parent considering placing their child there to look elsewhere for help! It is an absolute mockery calling this place a “Villa of Hope”! 😢😠😔 If I could give the Villa of Hope zero stars and get this review posted I would- that’s the only reason I even gave it one star.👎

This is the worst place ever to have your child at. They allow things to happen to your child that should have never happened and then protect the kid that abused mine. This place needs to be shut down and investigated. They allow other kids to take things from people and never replace it. They went through soooo many staff people it's totally outrageous. I tried posting on their Facebook page and they blocked me. I caked the cops but nothing was done because my child was to afraid to talk about what happened. Please everyone read the reviews because this place should be shut down. I wish I could do no stars for this place of hell.

I placed my application for rental assistance back in October of this year. I was in contact with the head of that department, Mr Levar Sanders. Once my application was submitted, I was no longer able to make contact. I reached out via email as well as phone, yet recieved no response. It has been 2 months and still no response. I left direct voicemails and messages with other staff, yet I still haven't recieved a response. I reached out to another agency for rental assistance and they said they would reach out to Levar Sanders concerning my application seeing how they had a Zoom meeting scheduled with him 5 minutes later. It's been over a week and STILL no response. I noticed that the Villa of Hope was only ranked 2.7 out of 5 on Google. With the experience I had with your company, I am not surprised of such a poor rating. I came with an urgent need and made immediate contact, only to be blatantly ignored soon as my application was submitted. I would rather had been denied than to be openly ignored while constantly reaching out for help. There is NO hope in this "Villa". I have nothing but an ill experience to share about this company. Yes, I am very upset. My family was in desperate need when I reached out. Yet we were ignored like junk mail. My problem has not been resolved and is worse now. Thank you for your false hope!

Wish I look at these reviews before and Wish I can give 0 stars. Do not send your children here. My experience was bad. Overall not a good place for any children. I’m happy I got my child away from there.

If it weren’t for the Lifehouse who knows how my life would have ended up. I’m 25 years old now and went in when I was 18, my life got drastically better after learning coping mechanisms. The counselors there at the time were amazing as well. Left a life long impression

Best place ever to build a career. Not only do I work here now, but I worked here for six years in the past, left for a year, and have come back. There is something magical about this place and their mission that serves people in the community like no other organization. No matter what direction the Villa heads as far as programming, it is a privilege to be here.

school is great, helped me a ton, on campus placement not so much. but school, and Jay Street therapy is definitely what's saving the villa. great programs.
