Came in at 8 AM for an 8 AM appointment. Staff did not have badges on (part pf their uniforms). The receptionist had a tattoo on her arm. She was rude upon checking in my daughter. Stated we had a balance due. My wife asked for an itemized bill, she gave her a balance on a post-it note. Waited until 8:57 AM, asked the receptionist how far behind can an 8 am appointment be she stated that our appointment was for 9AM. Played back the reminder voice mail from her office to confirm our 8 AM appointment. She asked if we wanted to reschedule. Unbelievable. Dentist is great. Office staff is ruining her practice. We won't be back.

A simple filling I had done at the Penfield office was done so badly that the dentist had to redo it immediately. After these two attempts I was still left with an open contact. Years later a dentist at the Ridgeway office redid the filling again to correct the original work, and did a bad job on it a third time. I now need to have a crown done on the tooth, because it's been refilled too many times. In addition, the dentist at Ridgeway was openly angry acting while drilling my tooth, which was scary and unprofessional. I empathize that the practice is very overbooked, but it's uncomfortable as a patient there. Another issue is the months long wait for appointments. Very few dentists take Medicaid, so they're always overbooked. Medicaid was the only reason I went there. At the Penfield office the dentist pulled my son's tooth once and continued the procedure as he screamed it hurts I can feel it. It was awful, and gave him a fear of dentists for several years. I also was told by that same dentist in Penfield that I needed a root canal on a tooth, then had a second opinion dentist tell me the tooth was perfectly healthy. The dentist in Penfield had also failed to keep records of work he'd done on me, which the Ridgeway dentist noticed and reported him for. Patients deserve better, and it's a real shame so few practices take Medicaid. I would recommend finding a different practice, even if options are few.

Went in this morning for a 7am appointment arrived at 7:00 am and was told I had to reschedule because I wasn't there at 6:45am. I was never called emailed or a letter sent saying I had to be there at 6:45. Staff was rude and non professional. No wonder they are accepting new patients. Thanks for wasting my time. I wish I could say what I really want to but I will keep it at this.

Dr. Bieber, something needs to be done with this practice. The front desk staff are rude for one, and they never have appointments available. I tried to cancel and reschedule a March cleaning appt. due to an urgent surgery and I was told the next appt. is not until September. This is ridiculous. Any other dentist in Rochester has earlier availability which is why I switched. Their customer service is extremely poor and their attitudes need adjustments.

I always have a good experience here. Rikki, one of the hygienists is very sweet and good at what she does. Dr. Ramos is by far, the best dentist I have ever had. She is friendly and caring and just all around a wonderful dentist who told me that she is passionate about what she does. So I highly recommend this place!

Hannah Marchese DDS Is a good dentist, she has so much respect for her patients and she make sure that she is satisfied with her job and she makes sure her patient is satisfied as well... she doesn’t rush doing the job she takes her time and that’s what I like about her I would recommend anyone for her. I wish I could score this 100% because that’s what she gives. Thank you Shaienda Dry Dr Ramos and her Tech DJ I would recommend anyone to go to them they explained what they were doing step by step they definitely made me feel very comfortable. Dr Ramos made sure everything was done and that I was satisfied with how she did my dental work they need more people out here like them. I give them a 10 star not a 5 Star.

Staff is extremely nice and kind and they're just very fun nice people to be around which makes the experience of not liking going to the dentist a lot easier and much more comfortable. Definitely a good experience going to this doctor's office. They are just naturally nice people all around from the person that cleans your teeth to the dentist that does work on your teeth to his assistant, everybody there is very friendly very understanding and very nice. Great experience

I was very leery about going to this place because of the reviews. I almost cancelled my first appointment. But because I waited 5-6 mos. to get in, I thought I would give it a try. Not only was the dental hygienist Rikki very thorough, she was a sweetheart. Dr. E was very nice. The office was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place.
