This mall is an absolute dump! Parking lot may have ample parking spaces, but theres pot holes everywhere. Some entrances to the mall look desolate, plus also very run down, a lot of garbage/litter, and some areas are so 1970s dated. Typical selection for stores in a dying mall, fast fashion, cheat-em and beat-em cell phone stores, Burlington etc. I went in, did the return I had to, and left. Did not spend any additional time wandering around. This mall was great back in the 90s, but unfortunately it is showing its age.

I love Greece ridge mall, it is located on Ridge rd west in Greece ny. The parking lot is clean and safe with handicap parking close to every entrance to the mall. They doing a great job keeping it clean and safe for everyone. The interior of the mall is always clean, well maintained and inviting. Great job to all the employees and owners who keep this place my place to come to and buy my items that I need and want. Gerry Thank you 😊 Gerry

The scent of thc wafts thru the air and the parking lot is riddled with potholes. I’m just grateful they haven’t shut down, but the businesses here are just holding on. If the owners would invest in new stores, bring new unique businesses in and repair the potholes this mall might have a chance.

I’m from Buffalo where all we pretty much have is the Walden Galleria and Niagara Falls Outlets left as far as malls go - this was my first time at this mall in Rochester and it was refreshing in this era of “dying malls” to see a mall with such a great selection/variety of stores and food options. Clean and safe. Perfect amount of stores and restaurants. Jim’s Diner was great and nice to see a restaurant like this in a mall that isn’t a huge chain. Love Red Robin though too so I’d hit them up next time. Two of my favorite stores Zumiez and Express are also there so that made me happy, also I respect that there are 2 pretzel options here - Auntie Anne’s and Pretzelmaker. Nice to see Macy’s, JCP, and Dick’s seem to be doing well here but I think this mall is smart to have stores like Marshall’s and Burlington in it too as draws to the rest of the mall because those are stores that always have business and you don’t typically see them in malls. Looks like there was a recently closed movie theater but a new one is opening next year. Could use a H&M store and a Vans or Pac Sun, otherwise was a great day and mall I’ll be back to

Mixed reactions. I have to use a wheelchair and need to use elevators. All I can say is they are FILTHY!! Need to go to the restroom? Good luck. There are not handicap accessible doors to get in or out of the restroom. Macy's was the worst with clothes littered all over the floor and dirty floors. It has been years since I had been at the mall and it just may be a lifetime again

Every single time I come to this mall I always have to stay in the car because I can't get a mobile cart. I get a new excuse every time. Either it's you have to have it back in a hour or they can't be rented at this time and this is around 5pm when the mall closes at 8 or 9pm. Here's my favorite, I sent my granddaughter in for a cart, she was going to secure it until I get in there. At first she was told I have to have it back at 7pm, then they just shut down the desk so I couldn't even get it for that time. Just please take the carts out so we know our business is not welcome at this mall. If you have mobility problems this is not the mall for you. Your money isn't welcome here. SMDH

Unfortunately not equipped to handle nor respect the disabled. Nor do they want to. After this pandemic common decently has gone right out the window. Will never shop there again. The restaurants will also suffer as a result of the malls managements behavior. Sad

Nice place for shopping, and they keep the place clean. Also, you might find couple stores with good deals. However, you might need come back again whenever they offer big price off.

Food court has seen a lot changes recently. Popular outlets closed up. They need to capture the birds 🐦 flying around the seating area. Mall is good place to walk inside. Nice pictures in State Street section.

I got my son a kids meal at Burger King, what a joke. Staff was disrespectful and dismissive of messing my order up. I Will not go back to Burger King at Greece Ridge Mall. There are places with much better customer service which I'd rather spend my money at.

Went for a brief visit to Ulta for hair shears. Was pleasant enough. Masks are recommended but not enforced.

Had lunch at the Red Robin, Southern Charm Burger, bottomless fries. Very good but very expensive (at least to me) about $16 plus tax & tip. Nice friendly help.

I ordered the new iphone 14 and went ro pi k it up. there was a nice young man the first time we went in and told us kindly that we would have to wait a few minutes. we went shopping for a few minutes and cane back to grab the phone and this lady was very disrespectful. she was telling us to do things we knew nothing about with 0 instruction or support and was slouched up against the wall looking at us with dirty looks while we tried to give her the pin she asked for. we eventually figured out for outselves that we had yet to make a pin and thats why nothing was working. lady was very rude and no help.

My shopping experience is good. It could be better. I should not have to drive to Eastview for my favorite stores. The individual store should also have the same items as the Eastview location. Please don't get me wrong...I do enjoy going to Eastview when time allows for the ride out there...not on 3 to 5 times a week.
