Though
my
time
in
Charisma
Jewelers
was
short,
I
still
rate
the
customer
service
a
5/5.
Charisma
was
my
last
stop
on
a
long
day
of
going
from
jeweler
to
jeweler.
My
fiancé
ordered
my
engagement
ring
from
an
online
store,
and
though
it's
is
absolutely
perfect
and
stunning,
it's
a
bit
too
big.
Because
the
store
is
only
online,
I
knew
I
wanted
to
go
to
a
few
jewelry
stores
in
my
area
to
make
sure
I
was
getting
the
right
size.
After
having
visited
a
few
stores
prior
and
having
bad
customer
service
experiences,
I
decided
Charisma
would
be
last
on
my
list
to
visit.
The
woman
who
helped
me
congratulated
me
on
my
engagement,
and
talked
me
through
how
an
engagement
ring
should
ideally
fit,
and
then
she
started
the
sizing
process.
As
I
said,
the
interaction
was
short,
but
she
was
very
nice
and
helpful,
and
after
having
visited
other
stores
that
day
with
not
so
nice
employees,
I
was
happy
to
have
ended
my
day
on
a
good
note.
