My search for an engagement ring started back in the Spring of 2018. I spoke and got estimates from various jewelers in both the Raleigh NC area and online and had the same experience; over-priced and hidden fees for low quality diamonds that weren't even .75 carats. I went on a business trip back in January and my friend recommended Charisma Jewelers. When I walked in, I was helped by Morgan. Unlike my past jeweler experiences, she had her focus on finding the diamond that worked best for me rather than trying to make a sale. I told her my budget and the size diamond I was looking for and she pointed me to the perfect one. One thing I really appreciated was at one point during my visit, I asked to compare it to a more expensive diamond with a higher clarity (I wanted to compare the clarity difference between a lab grown and a real diamond). She told me not to focus on the clarity scale because it could easily push me over the budget -- this showed that she cared about what worked best for me. This is another example of what sets Charisma Jewelers apart from the competition. In the end, I was able to get the perfect diamond ring for the love of my life, who is now my fiancée. There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my entire experience from buying an engagement ring from Charisma Jewelers! I was assisted every step of the way by Morgan, and she absolutely deserves a raise. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I felt like I was treated as if I was an old family friend every step of the way. Due to Covid-19 shutting down the showroom, I had to wait three months to be able to pick up the engagement ring. After all that time I walked in with a mask and baseball hat on and Morgan still remembered me as if I had just been in the shop yesterday. I went to three different jewelers before going into Charisma and I was let down by every other place. All of the other places didn't respect that I went in with a budget and tried to upsell me. Also the first day where I went to all of the locations I said "I will not be buying anything today, I am only shopping" and Morgan at Charisma was the only person that still showed me any respect or time of day. Other places either tried to get me to buy or acted as if I was wasting their time. Charisma values their customers and I will be going there for any future jewelry needs that come up.

Heard great things about this place, and they had a great selection. Today was my first day shopping for an engagement ring, so I had no idea what I wanted or was looking for. I have been a Charisma customer for many years. Every time I come into the store, I am greeted by a sales associate who remembers me. They ask what I am looking for and consult their record of what I have purchased with them to help advise my purchase. I have never felt pressured into buying something I didn't like or that was outside my stated price range. When I needed an antique ring resized, they consulted with the jeweler who would do the work before quoting me (what I felt was a reasonable) price. The work was done quickly and professionally.

One of the best shopping experiences we have had in a long time. We were not only extremely satisfied with the service provide and the weddings rings we purchased but also very impressed with Halis memory and level of customer service. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring with Hali in July/August of 2020. I am allergic to most metals resulting in my inability to wear anything other than sterling silver or stainless-steel for long periods of time. Hali helped him pick out the perfect ring and had it made in sterling silver with my favorite cut. We returned to Charisma for our wedding rings in June of this yr. Not only did she remember him almost a yr later but also remembered my metal allergy. She made sure that the rings I was looking at could be made in silver and made sure we recieved any and all discounts that applied to us. When I came in today July 19th Hali recognized me immediately even though the last time she saw me I was in a mask. She remembered that we were moving soon and that our upcoming nuptials are quickly approaching. She remembered that he works in a restaurant and helped him with silicone ring to wear while he is at work. She made the whole experience easy was so pleasant and helpful. We will be using and recommending Charisma Jewelers from now on.

Though my time in Charisma Jewelers was short, I still rate the customer service a 5/5. Charisma was my last stop on a long day of going from jeweler to jeweler. My fiancé ordered my engagement ring from an online store, and though it's is absolutely perfect and stunning, it's a bit too big. Because the store is only online, I knew I wanted to go to a few jewelry stores in my area to make sure I was getting the right size. After having visited a few stores prior and having bad customer service experiences, I decided Charisma would be last on my list to visit. The woman who helped me congratulated me on my engagement, and talked me through how an engagement ring should ideally fit, and then she started the sizing process. As I said, the interaction was short, but she was very nice and helpful, and after having visited other stores that day with not so nice employees, I was happy to have ended my day on a good note.

I cannot rave enough about my experiences at charisma! It all started with my engagement ring! A little untraditional, but I picked it out with the help of Lisa! They have a huge selection and she helped me find the perfect one!! Between the setting the diamond and sizing it was all perfect, they exceeded all my expectations! The other day I stopped in with a broken necklace and they were able to fix it on the spot.. of course it gave me a little time to look around and I found the cutest gold earrings! Moral of the story is they do it all and have something for everyone!! With awesome knowledgeable staff! They are all amazing but I can’t say enough good things about Lisa!! Ask for her!!
