We run our motel across the street. I have to say like omg if you have not eaten with this food truck... you gotta! Their taco salad is amazing! Their asada fries are killer! I get their breakfast burritos for my employees all the time and we all have to sit down and slowly enjoy them or its not worth it. The savory tastes with this food truck is something outta this world. Your taste buds will thank you! The rainbow motel and it's staff and guests thank you! We have gotten many compliments about your truck and wanted to extend the awesomeness. Keep it up and we will help out to tell our guests about your truck. Thank you ever so much. I have spent more money with you guys than a lot of restaurants and this beats every restaurant out of town! Amazing food and amazing people! Bring by more fliers!

First time here, I got the quesabirria tacos, they were so good & crispy! Too bad they didn't have the Ramen with birria anymore. But I still left happy!

Their tacos are great. I wanted to say if you never liked corn tacos, like me, then these will change your mind, they fry them in a way that is so good, I can say I like corn tacos but so far just at Frida's Grill, just 1 mile from JBS, check them out

Highly recommend ! So delicious… 🤍 my husband and I are always looking for places to eat & we saw this new place by our home and thought to try it. & wow I was impressed. It didn’t taste greasy, or old. Like usual places we try & this tasted fresh, homemade, & made with love! I hope this place continues to stay this good. Our go to spot for now on 🤩🌮 - we ordered… Asada Tacos, QuesoBirria, Ramon Birria & rice & beans.

Food is always bomb, try different menu items each time. Birria ANYTHING is what I would recommend 😁

Stopped here for lunch today and got the torta Cubana and an horchata. So Delicious!! They bring great fast customer service! Definitely will be back again!

I'm a trucker and they have the best food!!! They give you a beeper and it goes off when food is ready. Everyone is very nice and they explain any food you ask.
