If I could give zero stars I would. This apartment was such a nice apartment but let me tell you... This is the WORST absolutely the WORST property management I have ever seen. They are so unprofessional and you won't get anywhere trying to communicate with them. Anytime we have a problem none of the management is easy to get a hold of. We've been dealing with so many issues and they STILL manage to find a way to screw us over. We pay rent on time and do everything we are supposed to do we find it absolutely ridiculous that they don't have the respect to help us or even respond to us while they expect us to give their property and their staff respect. DO NOT LIVE HERE. We read reviews and read that management was bad and thought the price would be worth it and we could put up with it but I'm telling you, it's not worth it.

I feel bad for any and everyone who signs a lease with Poudre Trails. From the month-long move in delay, to the management that takes no accountability. There is trash and dog waste absolutely everywhere. They should be incarcerated for the amount of litter they're letting fly loose into the environment. Our garage flooded due to a foundation leak, and instead of helping us, they evicted us from the garage with no mention of a solution. It's ran by a small family, and they are horrible at what they do. Issuing credits, but not knowing why they issued them. Giving 24 hr notice that your vehicle will be towed if it's parked near something they want to work on. Doing a poor job, and then disrupting the tenants when they have to redo it. Extremely icy sidewalks during winter, my pregnant wife fell twice, and PILES of ice melt in the wrong spots. Every time I've submitted a maintenance request on their portal, someone calls me that has no idea why they're calling. It was incredibly easy to get into an apartment and now I understand why. They didn't even ask for our pet information. This place is a liability hell, and I highly advise anyone considering Poudre Trails to look elsewhere.

The apartments charge $150 for garages, tell you who can and can’t park in your garage parking space and have personally towed my vehicles twice which cost $300 from my space even when they had both license plates, refused to give me a parking permit and said they did (no proof). They limited the street parking and trying to get ahold of anyone takes multiple hours and said it’s my responsibility

I’ve lived here since the apartments first opened and it’s fabulous. Hardly and problems and when there are they are fixed quickly. Great service from the office staff. Good amenities and everything is brand new. Dog park for my pets to roam around.

The new management is completely ruining these apartments. They’re rude they laugh at you on the phone while you’re seeking help, they don’t respond to maintenance requests, they’re so difficult to work with. We can’t wait for our lease to be up.

A lot of interesting reviews. But, from my experience living here I have not had a negative experience to date. Amy and management were quick to assist us when minor moving-in complications occurred and of that we were appreciative. The appliances are very nice and while their are cheaper options we are confident in our decision to stay here. Travis has been helpful as well when minor in-unit issues popped up and the ability to have our pets has made us feel very at home. For full transparency we did have an attempted break in to our vehicle which caused semi significant damage, while very frustrating I won't dock PRT apartments for that issue as that has little to do with the complex and may be a proximity issue. There is a gap in the fence between the complex and Happy Village trailerpark near our unit, may be a zoning thing but not sure. On deck BBQ's are not allowed but if that is a gripe it is a very minor one. They have placed a barbecue on one of their pads for those interested along with tables and chairs. Overall my wife and I feel this place is a very nice option for the area and give it 5 stars considering the cost of living and relative quietness of the location compared to other local options. As a business professional myself, I am appalled by the attitude, behavior, and lack of urgency of the staff in the office. No matter what industry you are in, hospitality, kindness, empathy, and positive representation of the company values is crucial for every employee regardless of status, seniority, position, etc. The leasing office behavior should result in documentation and or more training to avoid further tenants from experiencing these problems.
