They was great. Very fresh and I love the waiters and waitress They always are bubbly and. Well y’all got my favorite pizza see y’all next time

I came in on an incredibly busy Friday night and had the best service ever. Nick, my bartender, made excellent drink and food recommendations and made sure that I was taken care of for my entire visit. I noticed that he keeps a very watchful eye out for female patrons at the bar and makes sure that they are as safe as possible. I will definitely be back so long as Nick is working.

I’ve been coming to this Old Chicago’s location since I was 21 years old and am turning 43 soon. It’s always been one of my favorite sports bar. Lately the staff has gone down hill terribly. We walked in and took a seat in a booth that someone had just exited. We waited for 15 minutes and finally asked if we could get a server. She was incredibly rude. We decided just to go somewhere else where we were welcome. As we walked out the she started making insulting and snide comments. Stated that we seated ourselves in the bar when we shouldn’t have. I’m sorry but the bar has always been seat yourself. With the exception of Adrian and one other server there everyone else is very rude and entitled. I have always tipped well and enjoyed it there. I feel like many others I know in this town and have to look somewhere else for basic polite service. Sad to see another restaurant go downhill due to terrible attitudes and lack of basic politeness and customer service.

Walked into the bar, sat ourselves in the bar as we usually do, because we’ve never been told it was wait to be seated. Sat for 15 minutes, no waitress. This waitress that looked Wednesday Adam’s passed by 10 times and never said a word. So finally I ask, “can we get a waitress”? She said, “well I thought you guys had been here since you sat where there were dirty dishes”. She appeared to be the only server as the other one was tied up with a party in the private room. It was not that busy. She grabbed the dishes rolled her eyes and walked off. We decided since she already had an attitude we would probably get terrible service the rest of the night for the Sunday night game. As we are walking out I hear her tell the hostess, “well they sat themselves at a dirty booth so whatever”. I turn around and said “well we sat there because it was the only booth available”. The very young unprofessional hostess started pointing at the half wiped off sign and said, “it’s not seat yourself. I said “well every time we’ve come to this bar it has been”. So she decided to repeat herself and said it again an escalated voice while pointing at the sign. Almost every time we come here lately, your whole waitstaff is nothing but rude. We spend a lot of money and tip very well when we have been there and Adrian is our server (she is the only good one). We will not be back!

If it wasn't for the excellent bartenders and servers, I would not come into this place... I've been a regular here and have loved coming here for 20+ years. However, recent corporate policies and inconsistent management have led to my frequency of attendance to be less and less. The bartenders that I have enjoyed over the years and a few of the servers, are literally, the only reason I still frequent this establishment at all.

I cannot comment on atmosphere since my order was take out. However, the woman that brought my food to me was very nice. The food on the other hand was horrible. I got an order of wings for $11.99 and received 5 wings!! They were very tough and not much flavor at all. I also got a large cheese pizza with original thick crust. That was the worst pizza I have ever had. Not only was the crust plain with absolutely no flavor or seasoning, they barely put any sauce on it which made it so dry that I couldn't eat it. Along with a drink, my bill was $37. It was the the worst dinner I have had in a long time for that much money. Will not return.

Taylor is the absolute best. She's an extremely hard worker and is an amazing waitress. She remembers drinks and food orders for us regulars, that says a lot about her. She always makes us feel welcome and as long as we have Taylor, we'll always be customers.

You do realize you are in Broncos Country, right? Play the Broncos on one of the main two TVs at the bar not the one to the right. When asked we were told people are watching the other two games (one a Steelers fan) (and the bartender was a Ravens fan). This is broncos country. Only place in Greeley not playing it on the main TVs. Won’t come back for a game. Other than that food was good.

We came here and at first was extremely disappointed. We had to wait almost an hour for our pizza. Our waitress said because the kitchen had messed up our 1st one. We also ordered 2 sides of Alfredo sauce that was not prepared correctly and appeared curdled.... *** However, we brought the situation to the General Manager , Jeremy's attention, who in turn went above and beyond to fix the problems. He made us a new pizza himself that turned out perfect. He made us new Alfredo sauce, as well as did not charge us for our pizza entirely! He was extremely nice and wanted to make things right. A not so good experience that turned out great! Thanks Jeremy!

The pizza roll appetizer was great, fries were good but hamburger was not good at all but not bad enough for me to send back or make a fuss(my roommate’s dog didn’t complain). Service was good, waitress was friendly and the atmosphere was the same as a Chili’s/Applebee’s. Would go back but I wouldn’t order a hamburger from here, looking to try their other options though!

Took quite a bit to get seated, but overall, was a good experience. (Same every time, or seated and wait forever to be served)

Ordered online that was probably the error here. Picked up food got home one item was missing (our money was refunded) one of our salads didn’t even have the chicken on it and it was a chicken salad. Tastes good so at least there’s that. Probably not going to come back though. How do you forget to put chicken on a chicken salad. If people order food they should receive what they paid for no excuses.

Food was surprisingly really good; last time we went food was subpare an not worth the $$ spent. Service was ALRIGHT. The waiter we had didn't check-in at all for more refills, napkins or even more condiments... we had to keep asking because the waiter seemed to be avoiding the table after food had been given. Not to sure what was going with that.

I was a guest at a retirement party in the banquet room. DJ was our waiter and was amazing. He memorized our names, kept the food and drinks coming and did it all with a smile. Sure appreciate the great service. Would never have known he did the entire banquet on his own! If I could give him 10 stars I would! 😀

Went there for a dinner as we stayed in Greely a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and we experience no wait-time even though other restaurants in the area seemed very busy. I ordered the Salad and my partner ordered a pizza. Ordered the apricot blonde beer which was really nice while my partner also ordered a Not your father's root beer which he really enjoyed. For a chain-restaurant it is good and the service was quite fast. The chicken was very obviously full of saline water to make it more juicy which was not so nice. The dressing was standard and the salad a bit on the bland side. The staff and the service we received really give it and extra star along with the good beer selection.

Not great experiences. We will be trying the Loveland location next time so that we can direct compare. We've been to this location twice in the last few months. The servers were friendly and prompt on both occasions but it took forever to get our food. 35 minutes minimum each time. The wait for the food wasn't the biggest issue for us though. The food left a lot to be desired once it came out. My wife's philly sandwich was cold. I had a calzone on both trips. Not sure if they've changed the recipe or if it depends on who is cooking but very bready. Not a lot in terms of filling and it didn't come out very hot either. I'm hoping this is a location issue and not an Old C's issue. For the price I expect much better return on investment. I typically love Old Chicago's but this location has me wanting to head elsewhere hoping this isn't a chain wide issue. ***Note our most recent visit was on a Tuesday night. The restaurant wasn't busy at all during our visit.

Great food and service! Tried cream cheese on a pepperoni pizza and it was to die for. The server was friendly and had a sense of humor. Enjoyed dinner there.

I expected a Chicago style deep dish, not a pizza hut hand tossed crust. Change the name of your business to pizza hut, if your not going to serve real deep dish.

Compared to Brighton, this place is awesome and not a funeral parlor. Taylor and Haley are always awesome and attentive in the bar, even though I'm not a regular. More like a once a month guest. My Chicken Carbonara did not have and garlic in it, unlike Brighton????

Food came out fridge cold, sent it back to have a fresh one made, came out over hot from the microwave. Chicken dried out and noodles were changing to color green.... worst service from the waitress with a horrible attitude. I'll never come back!!!

We ordered curbside pickup tonight only yo find out, this location doesn't offer it. The food looks overdone and was barely warm when picked up. Not very happy as now we need to figure out something else for dinner. You need to do better and don't give the option if your not going to offer it. We pay a good amount to feed our family amd have other options. We used to love your food, however, it seems like the quality isn't a priority anymore.

This was our first time ordering through Google take out for Old Chicago. The process felt very easy and quick. There was also a way to track where it was in the fulfillment process. I liked that part. Then, we got there to curbside pick up and waited almost 20 minutes. Big bummer. My favorite item is the salad because it has almonds but there were very few in mine. We also tried the Cauliflower pizza which was good. Pretzel bites and pepperoni pizza. The food was okay but was cold by the time we got home. We will not be partaking in the Google online order again for Old Chicago.

Excellent service, we went around 6pm on a Saturday and did not have to wait long to be seated. Prompt service and did not wait long to have water and drinks served. The wait for our food was not longer than average once we ordered and our food came out cooked properly and tasted excellent. Our server did a good job of checking on us to see if we needed anything and how the food tasted. Excellent job!

they served me a dirty plate. the food i ordered was family size so the plates came staked and when i went to share the plates were dirty… the server ( blond girl + big eyelashes probably like 35 ) didn’t believe me?? i took a pic before getting the manager bc she was really rude (tossing my silverware and sauces on the table?? like ??). i would recommend calling the health department before eating here.

We ordered the Italian Nachos, jalapeno bites, and pepperoni rolls from Grubhub. Our driver was on time and was fine. Our food was a joke! The nacho chips were burnt, there was hardly any cheese and no peppers or pepperoni at all. When we were eating what we could, we found a bunch of red thread on a chip. The jalepeno pretzel bites didnt have enough jalepeno to taste and the cheese was watered down. The only decent thing we got was the pepperoni rolls. But by the time we found the red thread we were so grossed out and couldnt eat it.
