We had a craving for a really good burger 🍔 and Red Robin did not disappoint 😋. My burger came with endless broccoli and a bottomless cola. Staff was friendly. The food was good. Establishment was Friday night busy. Prices are decent. Bathrooms looked kept up but in need of attention. Dining area is clean and modern. 4.75 stars

Super comfy. Very nice waitress who also very generous 😉. Nice and strong drinks😅🥳. Very clean. Amazing burger just the way I like. Prompt service never even went dry 😆. Best Red Robin around. Many thanks!

Food was excellent like always. The driver was super friendly and on time. The only complaint I have is we didn't get any napkins. (Yes I asked for them on the app) so really not to serious to complain about at all. We will keep ordering from them. They did a awesome job. Thank you

Gluten-free, food was exceptional. Our service was fantastic. The only issue was our wait time, I feel we were overlooked because we had 8 in our party, but with the help of the manager, the problem was resolved. They have very dirty bathrooms, so use the wash room at home before coming to the restaurant.

I should have sent my food back. I ended getting food poisoning. It was cold & it looked like half of my fries were eaten... however , maybe it was the ketchup that made me so sick since last night. ( Fever, vomiting & diarrhea and I had to go to jury duty today. Thanks for that.)You guys need to check all of your ketchup bottles. I had already eaten some of my cold fries with some of the ketchup and it was too late when I noticed there was something in the ketchup it didn't look right I'm not sure if it was hair or like a worm of some sort. It just didn't look right. The guy in the bar..where we were sat... seemed really stressed out & angry. He said he had been training somebody, too. I rarely go out but I wanted to treat my family to burgers. We really should have just gone to Five Guys they're so nice there & the food is always fresh.

Stopped for a burger & salad to take back to my room. Not sure if I've ever been to Red Robin before, but I'll keep my eyes out for one in the future. I was 1000 miles laterally and 4,400 ft. vertically from home. Take out container was solid, kept burger warm, salad cool. While I couldn't get a grocery sack at Walmart in Colorado, this container was solid, probably dozens of grocery bags worth LOL!

Our waitress, I believe her name is Jesse. She was working the bar as well tonight 10.24.23, was absolutely amazing. She was just so very patient, calm, and sweet for working alone and having a rush of customers. I appreciate her, thank you! For making our dinner great.

The service was excellent. The food was good. I tried a new shrimp dish, but should have had the sauce on the side. The bar was unusually quiet as we were able to have a conversation without competing with the noise or music. Next time I'll have a burger or the avocado club croissant.

Had a new waiter, and he was great. His trainer was attentive and let him lead and corrected when needed. Very good experience

The food is always good, no complaints there. Never had an issue with service. The waiters are always attentive, and someone is always checking on you or bringing you more fries or drinks. The atmosphere is very good and I love that it's loud because our 10-month-old can be noisy sometimes. Every time we go there to eat, the waiters and even other patrons encourage her to sing and babble, lol.

Red Robin is a great place to get a burger + many other items. They have a wide variety of choices suitable for anyone's tastes. Their food is quality and the fact they offer bottomless fries is awesome.

I'm giving 5 stars because I had a.great experience there tonight. Cyrus was our server and he was absolutely top notch. Very attentive and friendly and at the same time down to earth. He got our order 100% correct and there were 5 of us. His attentiveness was great without being intrusive. The hosts were nice. The food was super fresh and tasty. The drinks above average ( I had an alcoholic beverage). Overall cleanliness was very good

This was a horrible experience. My daughter chose Red Robin for the restaurant to celebrate at after her recital. It is in Greeley, where they have the stampede during the summer, so we assumed they could accommodate a large party. It was NOT stampede currently, nor really that busy. However, to be safe we called ahead as directed to do so on Red Robin’s website. Over the phone we were told they’d prepare but couldn’t really put our name in. Upon arrival the staff told us 20 min. After more than an hour wait, we complained to the manager. She didn’t seem to care in the slightest and it was only then, after we asked, that we got fries while waiting. Finally we were seated. The waitstaff continued to flutter around our table but no one would come wait on us. It was as if they were all instructed to ignore us. Finally a server who was very busy was assigned to our table. Talia was the best part of our night and she in no way contributed to the awfulness of this experience. We are horrified at the manager’s lack of communication and understanding. She did nothing to remedy the situation. The other staff following suit and ignoring us was also horrible. We were justifiably mad. I’ll be calling personally about this manager and location.

Dropped in fr a quick bite before work. Thank goodness I gave myself 2hrs as I was almost late. Server was busy with others. Took forever for our food to get to us like 40minutes. Other than that it was wonderful.

I did a drive up pickup. They never let me down! I'm gluten-free and have visited Red Robin in different western states. They're a safe bet for me and always a great burger AND service! The one I visited in Greeley was no exception. They were at my car with my order with an umbrella and smile (it was getting stormy and had started to rain)....before I could even call to say I'd arrived! Needed more ketchup, tho lol Thanks so much!

This restaurant has gone down hill. The food was disgusting. $100 tab and 2 raw burgers, 1 almost burned. The lemonade tasted like dish water, beer cheese was hard, fries were over cooked. 3 meals that weren’t edible. The other was a salad. The place was dirty. Our feet stuck to the floors, the menus smelled horrid. We should of left before placing an order but we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and he wanted a burger. We will not be back.

So.... when we ordered our drinks. Half of them were missing, and one of them was spilt on our child. It was embarrassing. The waiter who wasn't even our waitress was amazing!! Our waitress disappeared and once I finally saw her I asked for the check. My siblings asked for ketchup and did not receive it. She left angry and hungry. I was sad. I just wanted to do something nice for the family. I spent about 100$ on an experience everyone hated.

So to start off we arrived around 8pm. Quoted a 20 min wait for the dining area so we opted for the bar. Order drinks, meal and fries all at once. I ordered a keep it simple burger with cheese. Yes I know the cheese is extra. Server seems great, very friendly and helpful. 20 min later the first batch of fries arrive, cold. Okay they’re busy, so ick but okay. Then the server, while cleaning another table, spills ranch dressing all over the floor/table/chair etc. He goes to clean it up right away with a blue rag, spray bottle and some napkins. Great job taking care of the spill. Epic fail comes when he then tosses the blue towel and spray bottle that he just used to clean the floor onto a dirty table. About 10 min later he comes and uses the same blue towel that he just used to clean the floor, to clean the table. Huge health code violation!!! Our food showed up about 45 min after ordering. I have no cheese on my burger and the food is cold. The server offers to fix my burger, but I don’t have another 45 min to wait. He then tells me, the keep it simple doesn’t come with cheese. Yes, I know this, that’s why I asked for cheese to be added. Specifically, American cheese. Needless to say, it wasn’t the greatest experience. I could have and would have overlooked all of this if it hadn’t have been for the blue towel. So if you want your table as clean as the nasty floor, head on over to the Greeley Red Robin. If health code violations aren’t your thing, go somewhere else.

We go to Red Robins all over the country and enjoy them. Tonight was a little disappointing. Most of our food was cold. Portions were small. An off night, who knows? We have never been to this location. Oh well they can't all be gems.

Food comes out fresh and hot, drinks are plentiful and consistently refilled! Customer service was courteous and attentive. As a bonus, they are well-mannored and able to handle Billy Bob jerks that like to whine their way to a free meal.

We had the best waiter. He did magic tricks for my kids, was very attentive to drink refills and sauces. His team members were very friendly and attentive too. Great experience all around

This place is truly great! The only issue we had was that the VERY sweet host staff was clearly trained to try to engage in conversation when walking to the table. Not so bad except! They ask questions of you while in front of you. You can't really hear what they asked nor can they hear the answer. It's awkward. HOWEVER, that is not a them problem, it's a training issue and overall the food the staff and the place is awesome!

The food was really good, it wasn't too crowded, and we liked the waitress. The only problem was that our waitress didn't come back for over a half hour after we finished eating. We just needed a box! Unfortunately, this has been a common occurrence when we dine here, otherwise I would give them 5 stars.
