My son got an email with a coupon for a free pancake meal, so we stopped by to redeem that. He was pretty excited about it. I mean who doesn't like free pancakes :)?! He had Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes and I had a Garden Salad. Everything was fresh and tasted good and our server, Nancy L. was great - she was very friendly and helpful and provided great service.

It was okay. They took forever to serve, but I can't blame them. One person at my table received their side dish many minutes after they got served. The waitress probably forgot, which is a bad thing. The food was good, but probably not worth at least $10 per person.

Do not get take out from this location!! I went at my pick up time and the food was not ready. It was a hot day, and my dogs were in the car, so I waited 10 min and told them I'd need to cancel the order because it was too hot for my dogs. They said the food was being packaged, but then brought me the wrong order. I asked to please cancel and for a refund, and was told a manger would have to approve that. The manager did not come speak to me. It was a horrible experience and I won't be going back.

Greedy! Just got an email saying "Open all day THANKSGIVING, bring the family". And they make them work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!! What about your employees families??! Every business should, and used to be closed at least those three FAMILY days! Never spending another dime at IHOP! Also spreading word to everyone I know. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR UNMITIGATED GREED IHOP! ASSHATS!

We go here once a month. Great people and always kind. Most of the staff treat my 11 year old as an individual and not just a kid. She enjoys that from the waitstaff.

My husband had a hockey game so afterwards we decided to get dinner with a few family members who came to watch. There were 9 of us total. We got to the restaurant at 8:30pm (they close at 10pm). The manager came over and in the most condescending and patronizing tone, let us know that they would not be seating us as she wanted to close early and had only one waitress and one cook working. I don't know if she thought we were stupid as one can see everyone working. The kitchen is open. When we told her we wouldn't be coming back to the restaurant she just said "oh well." But it worked out for us. We ended up going to village inn who had no problem seating and serving us and we even ended up with pie. So skip Greeley's Ihop and go to village inn instead.

Last time I ate here food was good and Waitress was great. We had 4 people. This last time food was cold, and the waitress only came by to take our order and deliver food. It was only 2 of us. Not sure if I want to go back.

I know Sundays are busy days and there is usually a wait. However, when there are several open tables and 3-4 employees hanging out at the hostess stand I'd say it's unexcusable. Where we were seated, there was a table(s) near us which previously had a big group seated there. It was full of dishes when we were seated and remained this way for a good 10-15 minutes. Not only was this big setup "available", there were at least 4 more open tables and the waiting area was full of people. A 45 min. wait with several open tables and plenty of employees at the hostess stand. What made me note this review was the comment a waiter made while standing in their station chatting with a co-worker, "this can wait till I get to it". 😳 He was talking about this table, a table which could have been broken down to seat maybe four, two people at four different tables or even a setup for two groups with four at each table. Really?? You have a line of people in your lobby and outside waiting to be seated. Smh...Unprofessional? Inconsiderate? Poor customer service? Not sure which word to use On a good note, our server was friendly and attentive.

We went in with 1 adult and 6 kids ranging from 1 to 14. Our waitress was amazing and anticipated what I needed before I realized I needed it. When the kids ordered something she gave me the mom look to make sure it was OK first lol. The food was out so fast, warm, delicious and perfect for 7 people. This will be our new family night go to!

This used to be a pretty decent place. We went for our normal after church lunch and were very disappointed. The seating was a mess, the food was burnt and cold when it arrived. They even removed the flavored syrup from the tables and only offered one type of creamer for the cold coffee. This place has absolutely went down hill in a very short time. We will be going to Fort collins from this point forward. Really a shame. Used to be a nice place.

Service is decent but not the best. Food is good but again, doesn't stand out. What does stand out is that every time we have come, it just isn't as clean as a restaurant should be kept. We shouldn't have to ask for the table to be cleaned and we most definitely shouldn't have to ask for clean silverware. Not sure we'll return to this location again.

Ashanti was our waitress and is a big asset to IHOP. Very attentive checking on us several times, ready to refill drinks. Very bright and positive attitude, our food came out without a hitch. We will be back!

This place has gone very downhill. I went on a slow afternoon and it not only took forever to get my order taken and brought to me, but the food I ordered was undercooked and made me sick. Not the first time I've had experiences like this here. If you're looking for a good breakfast place go to country or village inn instead

Christy was amazing!! Went above and beyond for the group I came in with, hands down one of the best servers I have ever had. She was working with another great server, I missed her name but she was also so great to us! Thank you for being so attentive and kind.

Every time I come here I'm always treated great. The food is very good. I love the lemon ricotta crepes. They are so amazing! Definitely give them a shot. The environment is pretty laid back. I love how it's very kids friendly.

For years your prices have gone up and the quality has dropped out the bottom. This breakfast was garbage. Your hashbrowns suck chicken fried steak is bland and prepackaged eggs feel like powdered prison food vegetarian sausage tastes like really rotten soy sauce too much plastic packaging for no other reason than to ruin the planet everything you do is a disappointment.

I got I chicken fajita omelet I cost 14 and some change it tasted good but was ordinary I probably could have gotten it anywhere. There was nothing so great about it to make me crave for it again. Pancakes were good but I was really looking for the crepes florentine and I didn't see it on the menu anymore

Try the Cupcake Pancakes. Trust me. The staff is great. They go above and beyond on every visit. I never give five stars, but I have no choice. I was very impressed. If I'm being objective I'd say the website needs improvement, but that's another story. Great job IHOP!

Fast service. Open seating. Great food. Protein pancakes with like 27 grams of protein.

Our experience was a good one! They were crazy busy so we had a little bit of a wait but not more than 15 minutes! The food was AMAZING and delicious. Decent pricing!! I had an omelette and it was very big and packed full of deliciousness. The kids meals were good portions. The chicken fried steak and eggs was huge and cooked to perfection! Staff was friendly and our waitress was amazingly friendly and accommodating! Overall a great experience!

Service was great and we were seated quickly even though we’re a large family. We had a couple issues with food and our waiter kept fixing everything, he was younger and sincere to address our problems. His manager came over and sorted items out on our bill. The hot chocolate was delicious as well as the churro pancakes!

So after waiting for 1.5 hours to get a table for 5 people, we waited another hour after we ordered to get our food. The waitress was doing everything she could to keep up, but when you see people get seated, order, eat and leave and you still haven't gotten your food, that gets frustrating. We finally got our food and it wasn't anything special. We all ordered breakfast items. We finally got the bill and it ended up being $20 per person. That is stupid expensive for breakfast.

I really enjoyed having breakfast at the Greeley, Co IHop! They staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The food came out quick and delicious! The hot chocolate ws so yummy and my omelet was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend IHOP Greeley.

Fast, friendly service. Food was good and no problems with our order. Server was great. Gluten free Belgium waffles were fluffy and delicious.

Was sat at a table at 10:00 AM. Not too busy. A few other tables were seated after us. We patiently waited for 20 minutes while other tables were served meanwhile no one bothered to even take a drink order. Stuff happens. I get it. We got up and left. Better luck to whoever else chooses to dine here.

I enjoy having breakfast there but the only down fall is the AC is always on and so cold inside and then the food gets cold super fast due to the AC being on. I’ve heard ppl around me complain how cold it is. Maybe they should address how cold it is and how fast the food gets cold. Nobody wants cold food within minutes of getting their meal.

My family and I usually rest enjoy eating here but tonight made us rethink our decisions on coming here for the foreseeable future. It wasn’t to busy but yet took them forever to get our food out. You can hear the staff sitting around talking and they were pretty rude to another employee. Our server forgot about us a few times when we would ask for something and he would be conversing. We finally had to holler to get his attention and he still wasn’t attentive being we were his only table. The food when it came out was cold and bland! Very upset with our food and service tonight !

We enjoyed a great meal after Church. Gina Y, was a friendly and courteous server. Everybody smiles. I’ll be glad when this pandemic is over!!

This place is dirty. They don’t clean. My family chose to eat here. We watched her sweep forks off the floor that people eat on. Yes, my mother and sister still ate here.

It was good, everyone when we went was very friendly. I think amazing food we had and I will be going again!! For two people it was $40 only because of the drink were the most expensive, the food was a regular price but the drink price has gone up. Otherwise our bill would have been lower about $30-35.

I really enjoy coming to this restaurant whenever I am in town visiting my grandparents. I came here during Christmas with my whole family and they were super attentive then. But this time was different. My grandma had taken the turn for the worst and was in her last days. The server was super nice to my dad and me. She helped even apply a coupon for my pancakes for my birthday that was coming up. The food was fresh and refilling especially with the stressful week we have had dealing with my grandma being sick. Would recommend coming here due to how staff has treated my family.

4 stars because the crepes didn't have the cream filling like VI. Not sure if it was forgotten or that's just how they make them. Also the hash browns were not up to par. Otherwise everything was great. Hot fresh food. Great service. Our server was Sabrina and she took very well care of us
