The room was clean but had carpet damage upon my check in. 5 days later I get a charge on my account for an additional $500. They said I did the damage and that I smoked in the room. Both of these accusations are flat out lies. I’ve reported them to Choice Hotels, the better business bureau in Greeley and also my financial institution. The front desk staff are extremely rude and basically called me a liar. Beware folks. Check your financial information daily for at least a week to make sure you’re not a scapegoat for them to steal from

Room was filthy and was very sketchy both in and around the hotel. Didn't even end up staying the night and were refused a refund. Everything in the room was disgusting and felt completely unsafe. Also, I'm not sure what's up with the partial dumpster couch and blood curtains.

Room was dirty, breakfast area is tiny, and we accidentally left a couple personal belongings in our room and when we called them they claimed to not have them. So I guess their employees are allowed to steal people’s stuff if they make a mistake and leave items in the room

the evening desk attendant went above and beyond when door card maker broke - he made sure everyone was taken care of and made the stay pleasant even though he was inundated with incident and incident - he always had a positive and professional attitude - and we had a cool visitor on our screen

Kelsey is always on duty working when I check in as I'm a repeat customer here at this location and she as well as the rest of the staff work vary hard to make the stay and accommodations vary easy and pain free. This is a awesome team

Great place to stay although they are still doing the roomservice at request only. Vicki at breakfast was a peach! Christina on the 3 to 11pm shift was awesome when the washer ate alot of my quarters she offer to dry my items for free. Lupe on grave yard was super nice when the clothes were done drying he bagged them up for us. The room itself was clean. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

I work in the transportation industry, trucking division. I spend a lot of time on the road. This particular establishment has always been my go to spot when I'm looking for great customer service and relaxation. The GM Makale and front desk attendant Heidi are remarkable. They're very knowledgeable and caring and always make you feel right at home. Thank you for your continued generosity.

My air conditioning didn't work, I reported it to the front desk, nothing was done about it. I stayed in my 80 degree room. Finally I went to talk to the front desk again and asked to change rooms or get it fixed, they called the GM, and supposedly was to get a new room, but the GM was worried She would lose a day rate if I switched so she wouldn't let me change rooms, maintenance never came. Well Miss GM, you made your day rate yesterday but you have forever lost my consistent business from myself and employees. I hope your day rate was worth it. The rooms are ok barely better than Motel 6 or Red Roof INN. Anyone who has a star rating higher than 2 most likely doesn't travel often enough to know that this particular Hotel is trashy, it smell, GM is absolutely terrible and taking care of guests. Good luck, and don't stay here.

Sidewalks were icy and snow spots. Somewhat cleaned off, but not Safe. Food left in room and refrigerator. Carpet was wet in spots. Bed was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. The pool and hot tub were nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was not bad at Allard, and the staff was overall pleasant. We stayed from Saturday through Sunday night.. There was one woman that was working there on Monday morning who seemed a little grouchy and was talking trash about my partner and son to other guests. Kinda not cool. Otherwise it would have been the perfect stay. All the other staff members were kind and accommodating.

Room was tiny. Hotel smelled like Marijuana smoke. Pool was freezing. Front desk staff was rude and not helpful. Walls were super thin, could hear conversations in the room next door. Spiders in the bathroom. Toilet not bolted down. Bad pillows, lumpy bed. They place a 150.00 dollar "incidental" temporary charge on your cc. Over all not staying there again.

Rooms were super small. No counter space. Sheets would not stay on the beds and there were plenty of them, and revealed stains on mattresses not to mention the bedding itself had tears and stuffing was visible. The pool was ice cold. Breakfast was really good I'll give them that. Tiny eat in kitchen so was a bit crowded and had to move slowly. Best part of this hotel its centrally located across Greeley Mall! Has some nice restaurants walking distance and a Walmart not to far down the road.

We LOVED our stay here. Our room was clean, spacious, beautiful and you could tell it hadn't been smoked it (SUPER PLUS). They had complimentary drinks and breakfast. Ms.Vicki the breakfast attendand was so nice and attentive to my children and I. She was so nice and pleasant which was refreshing because everyone isn't always nice when they see my large brown family. The pool was nice and heated . The jacuzzi actually worked and it was relaxing to say the least. I would like to see the pool be a little more handicap accessible. Met a nice woman who was in a wheelchair and it was a little struggle for her to comfortably access the jacuzzi without her partner. Other than that. We loved everything about our stay . We are avid choice members for a reason.

Excellent experience. Staff was great, the lady running the breakfast was wonderful. Comfortable, clean room. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice friendly staff, but they were not always easy accessible behind the front desk. Rooms were nice and clean. Hot tub had gross murky water, and the pools water looked off as well. There was a smell in the pool room also.

My room was very clean and well appointed. The front desk and breakfast room staff were very accommodating, helpful and kind. Bed was really comfortable. Only problem I encountered was that my room was on the side of the hotel that backs up to the interstate and the windows are not of high quality, so at times the traffic noise was very loud. I would suggest replacing the windows on the interstate side of the hotel with soundproof windows.
