3 of 3 visits here have been a terrible experience. The first time I came I found out this location raised the price of the "Faves" to $8 or the price of a regular pizza with a coupon. The second visit they wouldn't take a valid coupon because they don't participate in any coupons other than those received when you buy a pizza. What? You don't take coupons? The third visit just this past week involved the website not working to get the $2 for online ordering. I found a coupon and went into the store to be told again they wouldn't accept it. When I explained my online ordering issue, they said I should've used the app because the website doesn't work. How is this my fault? The employee refused to just give my $2 off at my request. I'm glad you value your $2 more than keeping a customer.

Tonight was an absolute nightmare. I understand things were busy due to it being Halloween but the manager and young man wrapping pizzas were condescending, rude and about as unprofessional as they could be. I ordered on-line at 3:18pm and my food was supposed to be ready at 3:50pm. I get there and the place is packed and I'm told they are running behind. No big deal. I waited and watched them bump people they know to the front, people that ordered after me got their pizzas and when I tried to talk to the manager at 4:45pm, he was so rude, he's lucky to not have ended up on floor. They obviously lost the ticket for one of my pizzas as two were done and one was missing. When I tried to explain that to him, he got belligerent all while telling me not to be rude and that they did nothing wrong. All he had to do was apologize and get me my last pizza on the fly and I would have been fine. But he talked down to me, interrupted me and (as said) was plain rude. Someone is going to lay his arrogant pompous little butt out some day. I want to complement the rest of the crew, they were doing their best under the circumstances, except the young man wrapping and handing out pizzas, he was rude and snarky too. I'll just be taking my business to a different location after this. It's a shame, since this location is only a mile from my house.

They always do a great job of making the pizzas and everyone there is super courteous and great to work with!

Was told twice that our order was too large and now all the people behind us have to wait for their orders. So sorry for a large order and bringing you our business. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.

If I could rate a zero for the food, I would. I have been going to this same place for months almost weekly . Went there tonight. I ordered a family chicken garlic on original crust. Unbelievable! There was a whole different crew working. My pizza was so damn thin it was like eating off a chip! Not to mention there wasn’t enough toppings to even cover edge to edge. I had to add cheese when I got home. Absolutely p#ssed over this and I will be contacting corp with pictures. I don’t know where the other crew was at but I WILL NOT RETURN with the crew that was there!!

Ordered a pizza for pick up, website said 30 minutes showed up 40 minutes later and was told they haven’t even started it yet. No phone call no email no text.

I ordered pizza online for pick up. I chose asap and the app said it would be ready in 30 mins. Figured it was a "worst case scenario" time. I arrived 10 mins early with atleast 6 people waiting at the reigister to order. They were all served before me as well as a few walk ins🤬 Orders should be made as they come through....

The customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! I normally never have a problem with this place, but yesterday I tried placing an order online and their site wasn't working. So I thought I would try again today, still didn't work. We decided to call instead, we accidentally called the wrong location and had no way to get to that location. When we arrived at this location we figured out our mistake and decided to just order again here. Our cashier, I think his name was Shawn was extremely rude to us when we found out we ordered from the wrong place then when we got our order it was wrong. We went into the store to tell them that our half and half pizza was wrong as well as our crustless pizza. They put cheese on the crustless pizza for us but argued with us saying that we ordered it wrong. They told us we were "sos" on our half and half pizza and claimed the best they could do was give us a cup of sauce. Shawn told us " there was starving people in the world and the other location was going to have to throw away our weird pizza, so we shouldn't waste more food". I completely understand that they wouldn't want to make another pizza , and was completely willing to pay for a new one. But I am not giving another penny to that location after how they treated us. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I recommend you find a better establishment that treats their customers with respect.

The pizza is always good here, I've never had an issue and staff is 99% kind and courteous. I would give 5 stars but the man at the counter on 4/12/22 at about 5pm/5:30 was a bit obnoxious and pushy. He hears what he wants to hear and is a bit cocky. (Maybe not always, I don't want to be judgy... but he was tonight for sure!) Stop with the suggestive sales when someone already clearly knows what they want. Slow down and listen to your customers. Yeah we love fast service but you still need to recognize what your customers want, not what you think they want. Never had a bad experience, never had bad food, and the place is ALWAYS clean. So if this was the worst thing to happen in all my visits, I would say they are definitely up to par!

this place does not have fresh anything my veggies were beyond terrible. The manager called me a name and I never even commented on the nasty pizza they made me this time. I have in the past but not any more I gave up they don't care

I ordered the s’mores dessert. It was terrible. What happened to the one made like the pizza dough. The “cookie dough” I couldn’t get baked enough. There was oatmeal bits in it. Why? I pretty much only go here for this dessert. Needless to say it’s wasted $$ cuz it went in the trash.

Always my go to prepare meal for families with new babies. And it's usually a short wait for fresh made take and bake pizzas. Just a little pricey in general though, so we don't go often.

Been here a few times. Quick and easy each time. Ordered off their website which I found confusing at first because it had been forever since I had their pizza. But I did figure it out and got a discount because of it. Tried their BBQ chicken pizza this past week and it was amazing. I'm normally a traditional style type pizza lover but I was impressed with this one.

Come here at times and never a problem. I really enjoy the aspect of take n’ bake. Good pricing and portions.

I had called with a basic question and the guy that answered the phone kept saying "yup" and not to my "knowledge" Epic fail

I would suggest you take a close look at a pizza made at this location. Check out the picture…… $16.83, full price. Had I realized how poorly the ingredients were spread around I would have had them remake it. Lousy quality control.
