This place isn't what it was. I ordered a croissant stuffer that was cold and matcha latte that was half full. On my way to work very annoyed. Do better and give us what we paid for.

I got the Bacon and Cheddar Omlet bites. They were very tasty and the temperature was hot. I like almost every thing Dunkin has.

Would give this zero stars if I could. Went here at 11:15 am on a Sunday and they were cleaning their latte machine out. It’s nice to know they clean; however it probably would be more convenient to do it at a time with less customers. The donuts were stale. They also gave us a donut that looked like someone took a bite of it, as pictured below. We were able to get a refund but took our business elsewhere. Last time I will ever go to this dunkin.

Ordered a wake up sausage wrap but i received no sausage. This is the second time it happened and I’m pretty upset.

Why work at a place only to have an attitude? it took 30+ minutes to get a small hot coffee and one wake-up wrap. I ordered a wake-up wrap with my coffee and the egg inside the wrap was frozen and was also missing the bacon, I couldn't ask for a refund because I was already on the road late for a meeting. Stay away from this place!

I order a coffee from here daily. 2x in the past week the milk has tasted off. When I have brought the coffee back to say something, no apology. Terrible customer service. I can’t understand the reaction to giving someone off milk to not even say ‘I apologize’ Unfortunately I won’t be ordering my daily coffees from there anymore

Best staff ever! The new workers are so much nicer than the other lady that was working there. The young gentleman who just started as it appears is very nice and caring! Never seen him around before, but he makes a good impression! I ordered an iced coffee with pumpkin and a bagel with cream cheese, everything came out fast and was made correctly. He took my order efficiently and was really nice overall! He proceeded to explain everything to me. Just amazing overall!

I went yesterday afternoon to get one donut and a small frozen chocolate and the guy at the register who was possibly new overcharged me and did not give me a receipt. He never told me the total charged my card and gave me my drink and donut and that was all. I did see him ask the other worker there what to enter into the register. You need to train your associates better. I can't afford to be overcharged.

There are three Dunkin' locations that I typically visit so I am writing a review for each one. What struck me most about this particular location was how friendly the employees were, a young man and an older woman. They both welcomed me with a smile and were eager to assist me. The store was clean and the music playing in the background was not too loud. I try to stop by here when I can.

It was 1:00 in the afternoon, and I know Danny is no longer making the donuts at each location. However, the donuts tasted like they were from last week let alone the day before. It was a big waste of $15 for a dozen.

Got violently ill a couple of hours after eating an English muffin with egg and cheese.
