Don’t waste your time here Update: I requested an appointment on 06/29/2023. Apparently they have to wait for my insurance to approve said appointment. Checked back in on 07/19/2023, still no approval yet. Did not get an appointment until 08/21/2023. Went to my appointment. The dentist barely even spoke to me. I have a very bad infected wisdom tooth. They prescribed me antibiotics & ibuprofen. The receptionist or whoever gave me someone else’s prescription. When I called them, the response I got was for me to drive all the way back to the office for the correct prescription. I refused & asked for it to be called in. The prescription wasn’t called in until 2 days later. Their excuse was that the hold time for the pharmacy was too long. I called the pharmacy & the pharmacist said that they had been working all day & that there has not been a wait time for calls at all. The dentist office denied this. Today is 09/19/2023. I have been waiting for “approval” from my insurance since the appointment. They texted me today to inform me that they are no longer accepting my insurance. I am in so much unnecessary pain because of this incompetent office. SO, like I said, please do not waste your time & money at this place. Their unprofessional behavior is astounding. Also, it’s quite strange that I had to wait so long for approval from insurance when that has literally NEVER been the case with any other dentist that I have ever been to, or doctor for that matter. Do better. Another update: After blocking their phone number, this dentist office decided to email me the approval letter. That doesn’t mean anything. None of the addresses all of the issues that I’ve had with this office. There is absolutely no reason for them to contact me after blocking them. This is so pathetic & painfully unprofessional. Again, since you didn’t hear me the first time… DO BETTER.

This was my first visit with Greencove Dental. Staff was very friendly and professional. Very clean. We used to go to John McCabe here in Green Cove and they are the most unprofessional and rude dentist. It’s family ran and They have their grandchildren running around inside the work area. Cursing and yelling around the patients. So the experience i had with Green Cove Dental was definitely amazing and i believe i will continue with them for my dental needs.

Went in for xrays+referal and ended up getting a cleaning as well. I can honestly say when i walked in my teeth were in ROUGH shape, but leaving they not only look but feel so much cleaner and healthier. Dr cherry is great, and the dental hygenist was absolutely AMAZING. Shes such a kind, sweet, wonderful woman with a lovely disposition, extremely empathetic, sencere, non judgemental, helpful, and just all around a blessing to be around. It was december , 40 degrees outside, , i made the mistake of wearing shorts n was freezing the whole entire appointment and while she did my teeth cleaning she saw i was a bit chilly and immediatly went and got me her jacket to put around myself durring the cleaning. Such a genuine kind sweet woman. And im still in shock at just how impeccably clean she was able to make my teeth. They instantly looked so much brighter whiter healthier cleaner and all around better. I Truely didnt even think it was possible for my teeth to look so clean and white .. im blow away, sertiously. 10/10 wonderful place-+wonderful people!!

We are first time patients, and this practice was awesome! The dentist is extremely thorough and gives great information! Facility was clean and staff very friendly! Thankful I found them!

Very clean and professional. The front desk is extremely helpful. I wasn't aware of charges since nobody advised me of insurance coverage but she was still nice to me with her explanation.

I would give them a zero if I could! I have never had such horrible customer service! They tell you one thing and it's a lie! They have no respect for the working people! It's such a a shame they don't care for their patients!

Very mean attitudes, want to pull or root canal everything- must be biggest profit margins. Regret going here, driving over a hour away now to avoid going here anymore. The doctor added false comments about me review. MY daughter was your patient not me - I was the one who had to settle my daughter down after leaving your office.... Green Cove Dental in Green cove wanted to make my daughter have 6 ROOT CANELS IN 1 APPOINTMENT - 19 years old - you guys are horrible......
