This experience at the Forest Hill location was truly disappointing. The lack of customer service and small portion sizes forced me to seek out another location for my meal within just an hour. It was clear that I needed better service and a more satisfying experience. To my dismay, even the manager at Forest Hill proved to be of no assistance. Their indifference towards my concerns only added to my frustration. But what truly baffled me was the peculiar color of their sauce. A white base color in a vinaigrette? It seemed completely out of place. When I questioned this, they simply brushed it off, saying it was fine with a casual "BRO." Their nonchalant attitude left me even more dissatisfied. In an attempt to express my disappointment, I took to social media, posting pictures from both the Forest Hill location and the alternative one I visited. I wanted others to see the stark contrast in quality and service. Additionally, Emilio Rodriguez, an employee at the Forest Hill location, took responsibility for the subpar experience, even stating that if I wanted a remake, I would receive the same unsatisfactory portion size. This only solidified my decision to never visit this location again. Regrettably, I ended up spending a hefty $70 on food just to confirm that my dissatisfaction was not unfounded. Thankfully, choosing to go to the other location turned out to be the best decision I made that day. It was a lesson learned, reminding me to trust my instincts and opt for a more reliable establishment. In conclusion, the Forest Hill location's abysmal customer service, inadequate portion sizes, and peculiar sauce color left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. From now on, I will make sure to avoid this location and stick to the one that provided me with a much more enjoyable dining experience.

This is the worse experience that I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a single taco, a chicken bowl and chips/queso (Order#T3X-8AG). The chicken bowl was made I correctly but it was edible. The "taco" on the other hand was not. I was given a bowl with meat, sour cream, salsa and cheese. That is all. I didn't even Order cheese on my taco. I wasn't given a tortilla. It was crazy but I attempted to eat it. The food was cold as if it had been in a refrigerator. It was so cold that the grease from the barbacoa was solidified. See the attached pictures. This was a major concern because I was unsure of this food belonged to someone else. I was also concerned about possible food poisoning due to the temperature which is a major food violation. I attempted to call however I could never get past the automated message. I could not make an online report and the bot offered me a BOGO offer. That isn't a solution to giving someone the wrong order and then placing g their health at risk by saving them food well below the proper temperature.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I had to for this Chipotle. When we entered it took about 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge the people in front of us. They didn't seem to want to give accurate portions for the chicken which my sister and I ordered. I asked for extra and they charged me for it 😑😡. Some of the food items were not even available, and apparently they wanted to make the food last till it was closing time. We came around 8:30 pm and they closed around 10-11 pm. My sister has a reward for free guac, and when she asked the cashier if it went through he said yes. She had to pay for it 😠😠 since he lied about it. The cashier name was Emilio. When we were paying for our meal, they didn't even let me scan. So I had to ask again. Also, it seemed they prioritize their online orders than the people standing in front of them 😒😔. My sister has a kid's meal and needed a cap for her soda which was a small and it was not available for her. So they didn't give accurate portions, had missing items and everything seemed out of place. So this was a bad experience for me and for anyone else going to this Chipotle, be careful. So overall, the staff and the way everything is managed needs to be taken care of better. Chipotle has a standard of the way it operates that needs to be upheld and this Chipotle is way below that bar unfortunately.

Go to this chipotle all the time. People are generally nice. Only rating one star because they had a stack of 100 bowls and they wouldn't use it for walk ins. Only for online purchase. To reiterate they were not able take a single bowl 30 minutes before closing the store when i was the only person walking in. But they had plenty exclusively for online use. Whomever enacted this policy ought to rethink it. See attached picture of bowl stack that they wouldn't share with the general line.

Avoid this Chipotle, go out of your way to find another. Easily the worst franchise I’ve ever been to. No ice in the machine and looks like it has been that way for hours. No sign, just chaos. No napkins, place is a mess. Employee just got off shift and is waiting in line for a meal and can’t be bothered, you get the vibe. What the hell is the management doing here? Nobody would ever want to work in this type of made to fail environment. Total disaster if it weren’t for the food. Step up, owners, y’all look foolish. I have a feeling this place is going to be shut down soon for good reason. The neighbors have given up on this location and deserve better.

It was so frustrating dealing with the attitudes and lack of customer service of the workers. We had ordered 3 bowls that all had guac and sour cream as well as a side of chips with some salsa. All entres were missing the guac and sour cream. They were not helpful in helping us dispute what we missed. Our salsa we asked for with our chips was less than half full and looked very funky as if it was old. All our food quality was poor and soggy. Our rice, chicken, and beans were all soggy and looked as if they were days old. Never had such a terrible experience from Chipotle like this.

My daughter and I am we went to have lunch we absolutely love the place, I’ve been going to chipotle for many years at different places, I never run into this one, it was super clean people super friendly I didn’t even feel like I was a chipotle it felt like a family place

No ice, asked for guacamole and the guy rarely put guacamole on it. Just to realize that they charged me 18.67 for my plate. The food was good but the price is a scam for what they gave me. Every time I go there the tables are a mess. I recommend y’all go to pollo tropical in the same plaza.
