I only eat the chicken pot pie. Oh and the coleslaw. Occasionally I’ll get the meal to include the drink and cookie but I don’t like the cookies here. Pot pie always hits the spot. Consistently delicious. Drive thru service was great. Only issue today the Mountain Dew I ordered was like soda water. I called the restaurant to let them know, Mgr says I can come back for drink 👀 anytime. I’m posting this to show as he did not take my info. Lol.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize two fantastic team members at the jog/forest hill location. I pulled up 6 minutes to midnight, knowing they were closing and hating myself as any fast food worker would. I ordered Mac n cheese and they got it hot and ready in about 6 seconds and were SO polite and friendly. They already had everything broken down, cleaned, lights were off, and they still served me. They were really DOING THEIR JOB! Fantastic! Those 2 ladies were getting it DONE! And with a polite and happy demeanor? At almost midnight on a Wednesday?! Give them girls a raise! Their names were Isamara and Dachemine. I even went to Wendy's for a roommate's order and they still had an hour before closing and treated me like trash. I drove back over to the KFC to make them write their names down because they were so wonderful. Seriously - they need promotions or raises!

the black girl at the drive thru was super chill and nice . great place would come again . also the guy in the speaker was clear and on point

Received the wrong sides, wrong type of chicken, tasted old, not one napkin and missing my biscuits for both meals. Women in the drive through are very rude and the attitude of the manager is very unbecoming of someone in her position. 0/10

walked in to eat and stood at register to order and nobody acknowledged me.. they flat out ignored me... so I walked out... if I could give negative stars, I would... I will never go back to any KFC even if they gave me free food for a year and I don't recommend anyone else go to at least this location... they need to close this location immediately

Advertise hot wings combo for $7.99 of course it's not ready when ordered. Waited and waited still wasn't ready. Late for work and no food

Few people in staff so the orders will take time. Good food
